Great value for money. We also used the pool which is open until 21:00 and had city view. There is also a gym. Hotel is very big and staff was friendly, helped us to order a taxi and we could leave our backpacks before check in which we appreciate. Location is also great, there is shopping center close by.

موعد تسليم الغرفه لم يكن دقيق وأعطوني رقم التواصل اذا الغرفه جاهزة أرجع .وتواصلت معهم في نفس الساعه ولم يردوا على أي إتصال واضطريت أرجع الفندق من مكان بعيد لتأمين الفندق لأسرتي وهذا ليس بالأمر السهل.

Everything was perfect

За эти деньги вполне приличный вариант. Достаточно тихо, стоит немного в стороне от большой трассы. Персонал старался удовлетворить все пожелания гостей. Чисто, хорошее свежее белье, удобная постель. Поблизости много кафе, магазинов. Размер номера достаточный для короткого пребывания.

Hôtel nous a donné la chambre à notre arrivé après un long vol de nuit

We were only supposed to stay one night here but our flight got canceled and we ended up staying for 4 nights more, Just brilliant. We had connecting family rooms with 3 single beds in one room and an extra large king-size bed in the other. Both rooms had smart TVs and a mini fridge. The beds and the bedding were just perfect, the furniture in our rooms was in perfect condition and everything was working. The bathroom in the kid's room had a larger shower which was perfect for the kids and we had hot water 24/7. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good, I had read reviews before saying it wasn't all that but it was perfect, they had a large variety of fresh hot food which was changed daily, a good selection of cakes and croissants as well as cereal. fresh milk, coffee, tea, and a toaster for your bread. My kids have never been so eager for breakfast before!! The swimming pool was a winner with the kids, me and the wife didn't use it but had a nightmare of a time getting the kids out of it, the view from the rooftop was really good! Room service was on point and the guys in reception were really helpful, we checked out at 2.30 am and the reception sent a bellboy up with a trolley straight away!! Excellent and will be staying here 100% next time I am in Muscat!

Nothing to not like - perfect hotel, perfect location, helpful staff, and really comfy beds with an excellent breakfast buffet, what is there not to like???

The location is the best about this hotel and the stuff was also nice and kind.

There was a lot of mosquitos in the room and wasnt clean. I asked the reception to change our room and they kindly gave us another, bigger room.

The hotel is very good, very confortable beds, ver clean and great breakfast. Nice swiming pool. Located not far from Qaboos Sultan Mosque and Opera House. Easy Car oark and there are restaurants around the area.

Mattresses and pillows were the comfiest I have had in a hotel, slept really well. Also had blackout curtains that reached the floor unlike some 4+ star hotels we've stayed in. Roof top pool was lovely with a great view albeit a little gruby as maybe the filter wasn't working that well or just hadn't been cleaned out for a while as noticed a few clumps of hair floating....roof pool was like a hottub in temperature which was lovely in the evening but not so much in the day.

Showers were cold in room. Water did not run hot. Seems it was all fed to the rooftop pool

Room is spacious. Well located for food. KM plaza up the road if you forgot anything else. Plenty of hire car companies around too. Bus stop close by for those that need it. Parking was just across the street.

No info in room about amenities or sightseeing. Bathroom became quite wet as door doesn't seal properly but they did provide extra towels to dry it. Pool is very warm which was fine by us. It was clean but needs a little attention eg : broken filter cover and set of steps.

الفندق بشكل عام قديم واثاثه قديم الصبغ فالغرف يطبق ف يدك اذا مسحت ع الجدار علاق الملابس لا يوجد المسبح لا يوجد مكان لوضع الصابون اتصلت بالاستقبال عشان يوفروا علاق للملابس وقال بيرسله مع الموظف وما حد جاء رقم الغرفة 420 تحتاج لأعادة صبغ الفطور سيء جدا ولا تجد شي اذا حضرت بعد ساعة 9 نصيحة اذا اردت تحجز مم الفندق لا تاخذ فطور
