Very comfortable condo. It is the perfect home away from home in a perfect location that is close to many awesome beaches. There was a great selection of beach equipment available. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive when asked questions. The only complaint would be the showers in both bathrooms lacked pressure that could possibly be corrected with plumbing adjustments.

As usual, we had a great time staying here. So many amenities to make it feel like home. So much to do in the area and the boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc....made our adventures easy! Thanks for providing these. The condo is very comfortable with a lot of space.
Every day we were there was awesome. This location makes it easy to get to multiple beaches, sight-seeing areas or if you just want to hang out in the area, you have the option of walking or just a really short drive to great restaurants, beaches, golf and shopping.
We love Lava Lava, and usually go there a couple times during our stay. I will say, Shipwreck beach, which is really close, typically has very few people. Lots of turtles here and this time I had a visit from a Monk seal.
I can't wait to return.

There were several items about this Waikoloa Colonies condo that we found undesirable. The cleanliness of the condo was not very good. We found that the coffee maker still contained coffee grounds in it as did the coffee pot. The upstairs shower flow is so low making it very difficult to rinse off and could use a hand held shower head instead. The upstairs shower pan looks as if it has not been cleaned in very long time and was stained with dirt. The upstairs toilet would move around and the TP dispenser was so low that the TP would get knocked to the floor most times the toilet was used. Several of the vertical curtains were missing on the downstairs sliding door. At least one of the dining table chairs was taped and glued back together. The condo could use a major remodel. We enjoyed the pool area which was very clean and well maintained.

This is our second time staying at this villa it’s very close to the pool and beaches are short drive ! The villa has everything you need for a beach day to even a great selection of spices for cooking ! Highly recommend our kids loved it

Nice comfortable two week break from the hustle of the main land. The condo is well equipped and in a good location. The pool is nearby and well maintained. Waikoloa has a lot to do especially if you like golf. We’re ready to go back. Not sure what value VRBO adds to the rental experience.

The condo is conveniently located close to a tennis court, a pool and gas grills. Few mins drive to shops, a-bay and also next to the beautiful kings trail. Communication with the host is very good. The unit is clean and overall has everything a family with children can reasonably expect. We enjoyed our stay there.

Our booking at this property was last minute and I’m so glad we found this unit! The location is absolutely perfect both within the development (very close to the pool) and the development’s location within Waikoloa near the Queens Marketplace and Kings shops. Beautiful golf course surrounds the area and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

We loved the two-story air conditioned 2 bed 2 full bath condo. Clean fully equipped with beach chairs sand toys towels etc. It was nice having paper products available when we arrived and many well thought out extra amenities in the kitchen as well. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Perfect for staying all day. Nice restaurants, great shopping options and a beautiful pool with nice clean BBQs for grilling. We had shaved ice many times and loved having fresh fish and chips at the King shops. Our kids loved the Island Gourmet for many reasons. Shopping, cute gifts and pretty good food. We went to the observatory at Maunakea as the kids were not old enough to go to the summit. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunset there as well as many night swims at the Abay beach nearby. The place is quiet and comfortable and met all of our needs. We would love to return. Thank you for making this an affordable option for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and accommodating. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and the washer and dryer since we spent much of our time at the beautiful beaches.
Be aware that if you arrive after dark, Hawaii island is under dark night compliance and it is challenging to find the place in low light. But we still managed by making use of our flash lights! The lock box with key was difficult to open at first, but be persistent. The owner gives very good directions.
There is a pool with hot tub just one building over and it is very nice as well. There are outside grills you can use.

This condo is great for many reasons. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood with an awesome pool and convenient location for beaches/snorkeling, this is it! Jim was very responsive, and although the condo itself is showing minor signs of slight aging, it’s very well appointed. There is vinyl tile flooring throughout which doesn’t show in the pictures on the listing, and that makes it easy to sweep/clean. We also appreciated the appliances and the beach accessories. Check in and out were both a breeze. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property because the location made it so easy to visit all of our favorite beaches. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything from bedding, towels, beach gear and kitchen items right down to all the spices for grilling up the island meats and fish. We would definitely love to book this place again in the future.

We enjoyed our 3 month stay in this villa. It is in a great location in the Colony Villas complex, close to the pool, easy distance to shopping and dining etc. Our only recommendation would be to do some of the simple maintenance needed to make the unit tip top.

Nice area to walk in but restaurants and groceries are incredibly expensive in the resort. Highly recommend getting groceries in Kona or Waikoloa Village.

It was a very positive experience. The condo and complex were very conveniently located and impeccably maintained. We were very comfortable and able to explore the Island with ease. Perfect for what we needed
This was perfect for our stay. We brought my elderly father so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom close by were perfect as he uses a walker to get around. We had our own private room and bath on the second floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. We visited the resort where my daughter was staying, and appreciated our rental even more! We live on island and this was an affordable and wonderful staycation. I would definitely stay here again!

We had such great family time at this beautiful and clean townhome! Great location within 3 minutes to the beach and has beautiful tropical grounds. We loved the pool and hot tub. Just about Perfect
We really enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa. It is a little less hectic than in town but is still within easy reach of attractions, golf courses, and great restaurants. The only downside was parking. My group had to use two cars this trip, and it was sometimes quite a walk from an available guest spot to the villa. The reserved spot was a snap, being right next to the front door.
The villa itself was great!! It was clean and comfortable as our own home. They had all the beach toys and equipment anyone would need. Again, we really enjoyed our visit and would return to this property in an instant if it were possible.

Great spot for a girls trip
My sisters and I took our mom to Hawaii, and we had a great time. The condo is nice, in a great location, and has decent amenities. The condo is close to the pool, but without all the noise. Any issues were handled promptly by the owner. Would definitely recommend the condo. Also, you can’t go wrong with Waikoloa resort.

Solid Vacation Rental
This property suffered from lack of use due to COVID.... I had plumbing issues which were quickly addressed. It had a lovely patio with an amazing outdoor kitchen that I didn't have the time to enjoy. The garage was super tight, but had lots of toys to enjoy. Lovely spot.

Nice property in a good location.
Overall we were happy with this property.
It was accurately shown in the photos.
The kitchen has most of the things we needed, and it was nice to have sharp knives to work with. There was plenty of cutting boards, and everything we needed to prepare meals in the unit. There was a good amount of pantry space for storing our groceries and such.
The kitchen could use some plastic cups and glasses to take to the pool area, however we had brought some insulated mugs of our own that we used.
The upstairs master bedroom is large and has a spacious bathroom and closet area. It was nice to have the privacy away from the rest of the unit. However I think that the linens and pillows are probably due to be replaced. Otherwise there was adequate towels, face cloths and hand towels, of nice quality.
The pull out couch is not very comfortable especially for someone sleeping on it for two weeks.
The twin beds in the main floor bedroom were OK. My kids said they were on the firm side.
There are plenty of beach toys and chairs. Everything you need to enjoy your time is there. There is a great small cooler on wheels that we very much appreciated and then a large cooler if you need as well.
The washer and dryer worked well and there was a laundry basket which is always appreciated.
The Pool area was nice but there is some maintenance required there as there were missing tiles in the hot tub and some of the tiles on the deck of the pool were cracked and moving a bit, however the pool area was nice and very close walk from the unit.
We enjoyed being in the Waikoloa area and would stay again.

Overall a good vacation
We had a great time on the Big Island and this property is nice, but you can tell it's aging. There were many maintenance things that should have been repaired prior to guest arrival. There was a kitchen cabinet door that was off the hinges, dirty floors, and ants in several places. Also, there was a smoke detector not installed and just sitting on the kitchen counter. I called within 15 minutes of checking in to Michael (owner provided his contact information for maintenance issues), and he said he would come by to install it. That never happened. He even asked if it's a problem that it wasn't installed. I told him it's not a problem unless there's a fire.
With more and better maintenance this property would be awesome, but it was a good deal for a family of 4 staying a week.

Loved your condo. About 20 min north of airport. Had one minor maintenance issue. Not a big deal. Well stocked kitchen. Pretty lawns and property. Terrible working dishwasher. Comfy beds and furniture. Will be back.
