The place was as pictured. Had everything you would need away from home. We cooked breakfast every morning had everything we needed. You didnt need to bring beach towels or beach gear everything was provided. I was very impressed with how clean it was i usually have to tidy up anywhere we go. The beach was too rocky for me but there was a great one couple of minutes next to marineland. Marie was very responsive and even got a last minute deal!

My husband and I came to get away from it all. The place was just as described, very clean, very well kept. The VIEW was amazing! I loved being eye to eye with the pelicans as they flew by.
I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful. The sites of the ocean was amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony it took off from Cape Canaveral.

We enjoyed the beachfront property. Although the weather did not agree we still had a very relaxing week. All amenities were included and we really didn’t have to think about a thing. The outside porch was wonderful!

This condo is located perfectly on the Atlantic shore half way between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine FL. The ocean view is outstanding. The unit is well supplied. The property manager is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

We had a great time in this unique and beautifully located ocean front condo. It had all the amenities one would need to make your vacation a memorable one. One of the best properties where we have ever stayed. The host was great. St. Augustine and Daytona were only 20 or so miles away. Flagler beach is awesome too. The Coquina are interesting to observe on our walks on the beach. 2 thumbs way up for this property. We would come back and stay!

This is my 2nd time staying here. It is my sincere desire to return as often as possible. There is literally nothing to critique. The condo is immaculate. The property is expertly maintained. The beach is exceptional. Marie & Kevin are consummate hosts. They have put great effort into making this a phenomenal place to relax and enjoy the beach. Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean
One of my close friends and I decided to do a girls trip. Thank goodness we stayed at this wonderful condo.
There are so many parts of this vacation that made it special:
-amazing oceanfront views
-wonderful host
-large wrap around balcony
-beach towels and chairs provided
-starter supplies that helped us throughout our stay
-dolphins swimming up and down the coast.

Another return trip success!
This was our 3rd year staying in Marie's condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as it was the first time! Everything you need is provided. It's a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine for shopping and exploring, and just far enough outside of that area to avoid the crowds. The condo's beach is very nice and had just a few people on it so we were able to relax without dealing with a bunch of people. It was quite hot while visiting. Marie's AC worked perfectly to keep us cool while indoors. The private pool was also a nice touch for cooling off with no crowds. Thank you so much for letting us visit again, Marie! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We never have visited Palm Coast. The rocks on the beach are something to see; great for pictures. The beach was not crowded. It was very peaceful!

Another great stay
Our second time here and will be back! Gorgeous view, clean and very well equipped, easy in and out from garage. Pool, beach and intracoastal waterway access makes you happy to stay put, but Palm Coast and St. Augustine close by. Marie a good communicator so you know what to expect. Great stay!

Can't say enough about the views from the balcony! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.
The gazebo and fishing dock on the Mantanza River was a wonderful added treat. We saw dolphins, a manatee and beautiful sunsets.

Great stay at great location
We had a fantastic stay at Marie's property. The view from her apartment and on the balcony was really incredible. While in the apartment we spent a lot of time on the balcony and really enjoyed the view.
The beach is rocky and if one isn't aware of that it could be a problem. But we still enjoyed the beach and at low tide went searching through tide pools and even found a starfish. If you want a more traditional all sand beach there is one about 10 minutes north by bike.
We didn't have any issues with the apartment except some trouble getting the tv remote to work properly but this issue as well as any questions we had were always answered promptly. Marie is a great host.
Overall we were very happy with the location and the apartment and if we vacation in the area again we would certainly want to rent this apartment again.

Wonderful view and condo!
We had a lovely time at this condo. It was very clean; well equipped; quiet; and there was plenty to do in the area. We loved walk-in on the beach in the morning and waking up to the sunrise which you can view while still in bed! We will return!

Relaxing vacation.
Enjoyed our stay immensely, the condo offered everything we needed and much more. Since the onset of the pandemic we haven't travelled on vacation in a couple of years, so the view and sound of the ocean was truly welcomed. And I mean that literally and figuratively, with the patio door open you can hear the ocean from every room in the house. We will definitely return to rent from our wonderful host again. Palm Coast is a nice little slice of paradise for sure.

Great beach-view getaway
2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was great. Fantastic balcony to view the ocean and relax. Pool available. Be aware this section of beach is all rocky, not good for swimming. I enjoyed climbing on the rocks at low tide, with good hiking shoes on.
This is a 5- to 15- minute drive to great restaurants in Palm Coast, Crescent Beach, St. Augustine Beach or Flagler Beach. (We did eat out for all meals except breakfast and some lunches, vs. cooking.)
It is a clean, nice unit. Great TV, kitchen, and master bath shower.
Marie was great - helpful, friendly and accessible.

Mismatched everything
The condo does has a huge balcony but it also is furnished with kmart style plastic stacking chairs. The table is held down with a bungy and a 15 pound weight. Those chairs you see in the photos that look like Adirondack chairs are plastic. So the size of the patio is negated as it is not comfortable to relax on. Now imagine a zebra and then imagine a teflon sauce pan. That is the only sauce pan. I suggest you don't use it because teflon should not be eaten! There is what I image was supposed to be a valance in the small bedroom but it does not go all the way across the window and it is held up by thumbtacks. It appears ro be a table runner folded in half. There is decor in the master bath held up by thumbtacks also. The side tables in the master bedroom are covered with shelf liner like the one ypu buy at the dollar tree. I call it mismatched because nothing matches starting with dishes, furniture, bedspreads in the small bedroom, picture frames and patio furniture which also included 2 metal corroded bar stools. I don't know if the owners just never go there or they just don't care that all the furniture looks like it was purchased at goodwill. The sliding door to the patio from the master was dirty which was frustrating because we are there for the view. I will not rent that condo again. I felt like I was just there to pay their mortgage and not like I was a welcome guest who's comfort was important to the owners.

Excellence on the Ocean
This was our first stay at this condo and It was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin & Marie are truly excellent hosts and it is evident their goal is for their guests to have a first rate experience. Marie is a pro and she knows exactly how to make a rental run smoothly. She gladly assisted me with rental details.
The property itself is excellent. The buildings and grounds are expertly maintained and presented. The cleanliness of this property is nothing short of perfect. You have the great benefit of 24 hour security at the gate and covered parking. The vibe is relaxed & respectful. I didn’t notice any excessive noise inside or outside the condo. I appreciated that and it made for a relaxing stay.
The condo itself was immaculate. There wasn't one speck of SAND in this OCEANFRONT condo! The unit is smartly equipped with tile floors thoughout with the exception of the bedrooms. They have lovely new carpeting. I don't believe in knocking the decorating style of homeowners, but I must say how refreshing it is this condo IS NOT decorated with kitschy, beachy decor. It's tasteful but not at all fussy.
The kitchen is fully equipped, lacks nothing. The appliances appear to be nearly brand new and in perfect working order. The view from the kitchen sink & table is stunning! The laundry set up is fully functional & very convenient.
The bathrooms are both in perfect condition. The master bath has a wonderful walk in shower and separate soaking tub, dual sinks and water closet. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Master bedroom is inviting with an amazing ocean front view. Bed is firm. That's not a criticism, just an observation. Bed linens are clean and in excellent condition.
The bath & beach towels are plentiful and absorbent.
The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, napkins. That not seem like a big deal but I assure you that is NOT always the case. I appreciated it immensely.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, both are equipped with mattress toppers for extra comfort.
The BALCONY is truly phenomenal and nicely equipped. You must pay attention to the tide schedule to get the most out of the beach area safely. The coquina is beautiful, but if you desire unobstructed walking it is a very short drive up A1A and you can walk to your hearts content.
I've stayed at pricey resorts nearby and they pale in comparison. Thanks, Kevin & Marie!!

Relaxing Get Away
Very nice condo. The view was gorgeous. The grounds were well maintained. It was very convenient that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers provided for guests. We visited St Augustine and Flagler beach during our week stay. Very easy drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and well maintained and a lot of undated had been done to it we enjoyed our stay here walking every morning on the beach it was a little hard to get down to but I’m 70 and could do it so I think anyone could do it and we loved the pool

Terrific Stay
We stayed in the unit for a month and very much enjoyed our time. In fact, we tried to extend the trip, but there was no availability. Marie and Kevin were very communicative and conscientious hosts. The unit was well stocked and has a wonderful view up and down the Atlantic Ocean (the porch is enormous). The Surf Club I facility is very well maintained and quiet. The beach sand is soft and inviting. There is quite a lot of coquina on the beach, which we actually enjoyed “hiking” on (with sneakers); just don’t fall on the coquina – it is hard and rough. The facility has very nice hard-court tennis and pickle ball courts across the street, as well as shuffleboard and horseshoes. There are three nice pools available to use, but be warned that none of them was heated during the month of December when we were here, so the water was cold. The dock on the Matanzas River provided a nice walk through the woods and an even better sunset. Thank you, Kevin and Marie, for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay in Palm Coast!
Marie was wonderful to work with and the property was amazing! Everything was very clean and the view was incredible! The beach is very unique with the rocks, but we really liked that about it and there was plenty of beach to enjoy even with the rocks there. The pool was large and we enjoyed that every day as well! This area is beautiful and very convenient to St Augustine, St Augustine Beach and Flagler Beach when we wanted to venture out! We had a chance to go horseback riding on the beach about 5 minutes away, which was something we had always wanted to do! My only regret was that we could not stay longer!
