in a lovely quiet part of the countryside where you can switch off and relax. well fitted out so you can be comfortable in any weather

First of all - everything was welcoming. The room was bright and friendly, subtle decoration, but nothing overpowering. The cleanliness was superb and it over all was just very inviting. Also... the coffee... I read a bunch of reviews about the coffee and I was NOT dissapointed in any way - you could access the coffee-maker 24/7 too. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh bread, fresh meats, fresh jams and cheeses, everything by local businesses. Thank you Anna and Pawel, your hotel is a lovely, lovely place and it was a great retreat to come back to every evening and start from every morning

+ The quality of the bedroom was amazing, large double bed, really nice en-suite shower and bathroom, all of which was spotlessly clean. + If you have a car the location is great with good access to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy for hiking (c. 45 minute drive to the ski resort of Szklarska Poręba). + The owner and his family were lovely, Paweł was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. + An incredible total price of 148.50 PLN (c. €37) for two people for two nights means I would consider coming back.

- The one and only negative was the kitchenette, there is only a microwave to cook your food. However, there was a kettle and a large fridge freezer and plenty of kitchenware (cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs) which made up for this.
