Loved this little community and house! Right on the golf course! There’s a lot going on here - so you can purchase an amenity card to participate and purchase things in the community or choose not to. I was staying for only 2 days and chose not to. A few things I wish were included: shampoo / conditioner / body wash and beach towels. But no big deal bringing my own. Property management was extremely quick to reply when I had questions. The house was absolutely lovely.

This location was perfect. It is very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans utensils. The two outdoor areas were a joy to use. We enjoyed watching the small alligator in the river behind the property every morning, it was sun bathing. Great location to beach access and clubhouse. We will definitely be back

Property was very nice! Love the location. Beautiful view of the golf course and lagoon. We saw lots of wildlife. Villa very clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the wide beach. Kids liked the double bunks in loft.
The property does need some TLC and updates but these were minor things. Carpet on stairs to loft stained, broken vent in master bath, hook in master bath coming out of wall, poor patch jobs on drywall in living room and bathroom off kitchen.

Needs some TLC
The property company is outstanding. Communication was great, location was really unique in getting to view wildlife. Biggest issue is the inside just feels dated. Property was clean but really needs an interior repaint (feels dirty even though its not). Couch in living room needs to go. Kitchen well stocked. Would only rent property again with a "facelift" to the interior.

This is a very lovely home located on the Golf Course. It is central to the activities that we were interested in. We could bike and then hike to the beach and we could bike to the beach club. The 6 of us all remarked about how comfortable the beds were. We had a very relaxing and peaceful time.

Wonderful getaway
I thoroughly enjoyed a week of escape to Seabrook, and this villa was perfect. Beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course, and just a few blocks to the ocean—could hear the waves at high tide. It’s near other villas, but it was extremely quiet (low season is perfect for that). There was a beach access point right across the street from the villa “neighborhood” entrance, making it very easy to visit…and far closer than I realized when reading the VRBO description. A big plus. I would definitely return.

Perfect get away home and location
My family and I visited this property and found it to be a perfect vacation home. The floor plan is lovely and the home is decorated with much attention to detail. The kitchen was stocked with every type of utensil/appliance that one could desire. Check in was as simple as unlocking the front door and the house was spic and span! Access to the beach was a short 2 block or so bike ride to the boardwalk. We had a wonderful time and would eagerly rent the same property the next time we can visit Seabrook. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect one family getaway
This villa was right-sized for our family of five. We enjoyed the amenities in the equestrian center, pool club, racquet center and the miles of safe biking on and off the beach. We also enjoyed all the convenient access ways to get to the beach. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. I would have loved a little more upgrades like bedding and decor compared to our other rentals but they were sufficient. My active family was a little bored and would have preferred more activities and people to socialize. We would have also preferred more choices on the island for dining / snacking around the pool club.
All in all, it was a restful and enjoyable stay.

overall great experience given the location near the beach and small pond views from all decks of the house. One thing to consider, please provide access to the beach chairs. Unless you buy them, it is a bit inconvenient to figure out your options once you are there.

Family vacation
Very nice place. We enjoyed our vacation at this home and would absolutely visit again. Our three year old loved all the wildlife that could he seen from the many decks. Short trip to the beach and pool too.

Everything We Needed!
Very cozy place! Wonderfully equipped with all we needed or might have needed! The kitchen was well stocked with various dishes and serving pieces, and even spices and necessities for cooking! We appteciated the washer, dryer, and ironing board. We loved the deck for dinner and evenings. We even got to see an alligator without going to the zoo!

This home has all the amenities. We did have trouble getting the main TV to work. Every room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Only 1 complaint which cannot be fixed. The gnats were ruthless. Seabrook is an awesome vacation.

The property is extremely well maintained and owners pay attention to details in amenities and ensuring the comfort of guests. The location of the property is fantastic with proximity to beaches, pool and island amenities. Kitchen and bathrooms are modernized and made the stay even more special. We always look forward to returning and hate to leave.

Inviting You Back
I have stayed in this villa several times and appreciate its location and amenities. Extending just beyond the neighboring properties and overlooking the golf course and lagoon, the villa is the perfect spot to relax on one of its many decks. If you are regular beachgoers, a 15-minute walk will take you down the boardwalk and over the dunes to the water's edge on a very uncrowded beach. Even closer is the Sealoft pool just a few houses away. The property owners are cognizant of travelers' needs, providing a well-equipped kitchen with ample seating around a custom table and a full bathroom for each bedroom. Likewise, the property manager is responsive to any questions or concerns during your visit. It's hard to stay anywhere else after you've visited this Seabrook home.

Very cute bungalow.
This was the best vacation we ever had. The accommodations were very nice.
We loved sitting on the second floor deck, off of the loft, overlooking the lagoon. It was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't see the ocean, but could hear the waves crashing on the shoreline. We had alligators, beautiful birds, turtles, green frogs and little lizards all around us. What more could we ask for!
The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The showers always had good pressure with hot water!! That was so nice!
We've been visiting Seabrook Island for a very long time. I loved this vacation!

Wonderful Stay!
Seabrook Island is so beautiful and this is the PERFECT home base. My husband and I stayed at this lovely villa with our 5-year-old son over Spring Break this year and last (we had to come back!). The first time we stayed, we arrived at night and in the morning we were surprised to see an such an amazing view, complete with alligators! It's a great location, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was truly a home away from home.

Loved the house. Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Great position to watch the golfers tip toe round the gators! 5 minute walk to a wonderful beach. Golf is good but expensive. Play after 2pm get 50% off. Amenity card needed for golf so that was useful. Fabulous that you can bike round the island in safety and leave the car at the rental. A minor hiccup with picking up the amenity card but Amy at the rental management agency had it resolved immediately. Thank you Amy! Excellent service. Looking forward to coming back.

Great stay at Seabrook
We had a wonderful stay. Very nicely appointed condo. We really appreciated some of the little things, such as a stash of extra beach towels, amentity card and outside shower. Seabrook Island is a great place for kids and adults alike.

Beautiful Place to Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Seabrook. The island is beautiful, the rental was spacious and well maintained. The location of the rental with its 3 porches was wonderful - it overlooked an inlet waterway and golf course. We had views of all types of animals (deer, alligator, turtles, birds) and a very nice ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a delightful week in your well-appointed villa. The upstairs loft/bedroom & bath was a wonderful space and the attached deck offered us our best-ever view for the July 4th fireworks. :)
We enjoyed watching the golfers walk up and take photos of the larger sunning gator each late afternoon and we also spotted a turtle sunning in the back of the villa. The smaller gator was spotted each day on one side or the other of the large lagoon. The wind sounds of the cat tails and palm branches was soothing and I especially enjoyed taking care of the plants! :)

AWESOME
We have been vacationing on Seabrook Island for the last 7 years and we have witnessed many changes but we love our stay every time... every year. Being working professionals we are very finicky when it comes to vacationing… we want a true “get away” ! This year the villa we usually rent was not available so my family of four stayed for the first time at the Sealoft villa during the Easter week of April 7th through April 14th... LOVED IT! The property owner was easily accessible. The villa offers amenity cards at NO extra charge... which is very important when you vacation on the island. The views were awesome... there was plenty of space for my family of 4... with extra even! The owners really go out of their way to provide a home away from home offering... everything from extra shampoo (we had accidently left ours home) to extra spices for cooking (usually villas are completely empty and I detest having to buy all kinds of cooking spices only to have to throw them out when departing)... this has become our NEW favorite villa and we will return to the 937 Sealoft villa every year. You can NOT go wrong with this rental.
