We traveled to Watercolor with our three small kids, and stayed in this perfect home with our in-laws from the Midwest. The kitchen and living spaces were exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of linens. The porches (front and back) were spacious, conducive to play and conversation.
We've stayed in Watercolor four different times. This home is our favorite, for the reasons listed above, and for its proximity to the walking trail and downtown Seaside.
We will be back!!

We enjoyed the property so much!!! A golf cart would be my only suggestion to go along with the rental. They evidently sell out fast, we learned after arriving. The kids loved going to Camp Watercolor.

Loved this house! Comfortable and cute, plenty of space for the five of us. The location was perfect: Across the street from tennis, a short ride to the beach, and within walking distance for nightly visits to the yogurt shop. Who could ask for more?

Had a great time at 143 Dandelion in Watercolor. Perfect set up for our multi-generational family trip to ring in the New Year. Each family unit had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for bathing the grandkids. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for all meals. Easy walk into Watercolor shops and Seaside. Fun to ride provided bikes when we felt like exploring further out. Short car or bike ride to Publix which was convenient as well! Loved our time together and look forward to returning.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. We loved all the Decor. The living room was so nice to sit around and we LOVED the back porch.
Me and my daughters got to use 3 of the bikes but my husband was not able to join us as one of the bikes was flat.
The house comes well equipped but missing a good set of pots and of baking pans - the ones there were pretty scuffed. Salt and Pepper shakers would have been a nice thing to have in the house. Plus a couple of beach chairs would also be a nice addition.

The details of this home are fantastic from the furnishings and linens to the extremely well stocked kitchen. We used both the front porch and back screened porch daily- perfect for morning coffee or playing games. The location was excellent- we enjoyed being on a side street away from the main WC traffic which allowed our kids to ride bikes and scooters without worry. Across from the house is a path that takes you right into Seaside. We loved this quick and easy access as well as the numerous other trails surrounding the house. The camp pool is a short 5 min bike ride and an incredible amenity- it had everything we needed from towels to food service and even sunscreen and goggles. We had one minor issue and 360 had one of their kind maintenance techs to the house within minutes. The service we received was as good as it gets, from booking to checkout.

there are still problems that we suggested the owners should fix a year ago that haven't been addressed. So I'm not sure if the owners or the rental agency care what you write but, will take another chance and write it again for 2018..
1. The microwave turntable does not turn. So it does not cook your food evenly.
2. The master bedroom mattress is as hard as a rock.. my back and hips hurt every morning when I would wake up (there are such nice cheap mattresses today...it's a shame)
3. If you rent this house and the water pressure is low, the plumber says that they have turned down the water pressure to 1/8 to save them money. This made it impossible to take more than one shower at a time.
4. we also had plumbing issues while we were here, it was resolved but the communication between the property management company and the plumber and us was lacking clarity. The issue was very simple, the main drain was clogged. We were refunded $200 for our inconvenience.
5. The hose in the kitchen sink is also leaking

Awesome house!
My husband, two year old twins, myself, my 21-year old niece and her friend all stayed very comfortably in this house. The layout is perfect to accommodate families, and the quality is evident. It's very practical and even gave me some ideas to implement in my own home (there are hooks everywhere!). I'd stay here again for sure. My only complaint was that you could hear every tiny noise from the master bedroom because the kitchen is right by, but I'd still stay there knowing that.

Loved the house and the location. Backing up to the forest/lake provided nice privacy to enjoy coffee on the deck each morning. Using the trails and boardwalks- there's a nice way to the Boathouse and beach! Well appointed house.

Exactly the house we were looking for. 360 could not have been more helpful with additional bikes and activity recommendations. Unfortunately probably would not book again due to the 8:00 PM curfew. Our 17 year old and friends were pretty bored in the evenings. 🌴☀️

This is the 5th home we've rented in Watercolor and probably our favorite! Awesome screened in back porch that overlooked the woods with a quiet peaceful view. Upstairs is great for the kids and the main floor masters were perfect for my husband and I + Grandma. The kitchen is a little compact, but well equipped. We loved using the bridges and paths to get to the boathouse, downtown and the beach. And the close proximity to the back entrance to Seaside made the location ideal!

We booked a last minute getaway to the beach and decided on this property. The property is consistent with the website photos but is smaller in person. As there were only 4 of us this didn't matter. As you can expect with 360 Blue the home was very clean and all of the linens were pressed; a trademark of 360 that we appreciate.
We were further from the Watercolor amenities than we expected; a 5-10 minute bike ride to the pool or beach. The home is right across from the tennis center and beyond that is a cut trough to Seaside. The property is actually
Closer to Seaside then the WC amenities. Given the interior construction (cathedral ceiling and wood plank wall finishes) sound really carries, especially showers. So if you are a light sleeper, make allowances. 360 made us aware that the AC systems needed to be replaced. We chose not to have that done during our vacation so we can not fault 360 that one of the 3 bedrooms did not cool properly. The biggest issue was neighboring construction. There is a new hom

Great time for our family! Location of the home was great. The home beautiful and very comfortable for our group. We had one issue with the upstairs ac which was addressed within an hour of our call. Superb customer service from 360. Thanks for a memorable week.

Love watercolor and loved the house. This was our first experience through 360 blue. Bikes were in OK condition. Baskets were broken, and seats were crooked. Had to rent a few more bikes through bike barn and they fixed the issues with bikes provided.. The house was beautiful but our previous experiences renting through St. Joe was easier/cheaper in the end bc we utilize the gym, but for a cost of $200 week as opposed to free when renting through St. Joe. Or canoeing , kayaking, bike rentals cheaper. Just a few amenities that are given to St Joe renters seem to be better for our needs. Overall, nothing bad to say about the house or the cleanliness. Great home, great time, great location.

We had a great stay in this house! It was a perfect layout for our family (3 kids). The house is very comfortable and in great shape. The location was better than expected. The kids could ride bikes to Seaside by themselves via bike paths! The heated pool at the beach club was never crowded and very laid back atmosphere. So many great paths for walking and bikes!
Our only complaint was that there was construction next door and our street was lined with cars of the workmen which made it nearly impossible to get in and out of the driveway. We were worried about being blocked in so we parked on the street overnight one night but we received a warning ticket on the windshield. So we then parked in the driveway but literally could not get the car out. That's a temp problem...nothing against the house itself. Just a bit of a damper juggling the parking situation.

Great house, great location, great experience! We really enjoyed riding the bikes everyday into town and around the area. We would definitely rent from 360 Blue again. A hassle free vacation.
