Best location off the beach!
Kitchen fully equipped for cooking-as a family we don't go out to eat, so having a full sized fridge and a fully equipped kitchen was important to us - did not disappoint!!
The condo is secure, the pool was too much fun with our grandchildren, and the beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away.

Property exceeded expectations. No surprises. Exceptionally clean, well appointed and everything in good condition. Elevator was a plus. Owner very responsive. Great location, walk to beach, Lake Park, restaurants and boardwalk. Very nice little pool right next to the unit, used it everyday. Neighbors all very friendly. Entire premises clean and secure.

The condo is so nice because there is plenty of room for a family of 8. It is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We have stayed here twice and were very happy each time!

We enjoyed the condo and had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect-everything was within walking distance that we needed. We rented a 4 & a 6-person golf cart-they fit nicely in the garage. As noted by the owner, the ice maker did not want to work correctly but we planned ahead and did not use it after the first day. We purchased ice from the ice box across the street from Stoked at the boat docks ($3.00 for a 20-pound bag). There were plenty of beach chairs (nicely hung on the walls), coolers, sand toys (in a bucket) and the grill in the garage. Plenty of coffee filters, baggies, foil, dish washer soap, hand soap and toilet paper - we brought some, just in case and left some to keep the supply going. We did move the spices to the cabinet above the fridge since we did not know how old they were or who's they were. The pool was clean and only a few steps from the garage - it looked small but the week we were there, it was never crowded. Mentioning the next 2 items just so the owner knows-not a big deal at all-the washer left little white things on your clothes after each wash (probably from sand not being shaken out of things first). We made sure to shake piece of clothing before putting them in the dryer as to not clog the dryer with them (maybe needs a service in the off season) we did wipe it out between each load. The beds sounded crunchy & you knew anytime someone moved. Thank you for sharing your condo with us & we hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was great. The rental was extremely clean which is a major plus for me. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Parking my car and walking to everything available is yet another plus. Hope to return next year.

This condo is in an excellent location.... close to the beach and restaurants. The layout was perfect for our family and it was very clean. Our family appreciated all the included amenities....pool, garage, beach chairs, kitchen tools, etc. We have enjoyed our beach vacation here the last two years and plan on returning.

We had one issue with the shower Door but that was taken care of the owners were right on it the layout was perfect and the place is much bigger than we expected right in the heart of Carolina beach was able to walk to everything very easily hope to go back there next year

The condo was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location and the only place you really have to drive to is the grocery store. Everything else is within walking distance.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a family vacation! Perfect location to enjoy the beach, walks around the lake, the boardwalk, Britts doughnuts and dinners and ice cream! Great spot to watch the fireworks as well. The pool is a nice spot to cool off after a morning on the beach. We are already looking forward to next year!

Best place in CB
This is the second time I have stayed in this unit. Michelle Stiles is really the most accommodating owner I have ever encountered.
Their home provided us with all the amenities that we could possible want and need while we were there.
It's in the best location, close to the boardwalk/beach, lake, and it has a pool!
What more could you ask for....
I traveled with my mom, 2 children (10&6) my niece and nephews (17+17+12). We celebrated 2 graduations from high school and 1 birthday while we were there.
My nephew and I cooked like chefs the whole week!
If you love coffee and steamers for the kids you MUST check out Majik Beanz!!! I am obsessed, we went there every day. Trust me, it's worth the wait!
If you want to stay in CB in the middle of everything this is the place to stay. We will def be going back, I may have to book now after my review lol.

We were very happy with this VRBO for our family vacation.
This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The layout of the condo with three bedrooms and attached bathrooms accommodated our family of 6 adults. Baby gates were provided which helped in keeping our baby grandson safe. Not only was this condo perfect as far as the layout, but it was also very clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the pool that was in the condo complex. We will definitely be looking to rent this VRBO for another family vacation!

Beach Vacation
The location of the property to the beach and other attractions was perfect. The rental was perfect for our family staying in rooms that all had a separate bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and will considering returning in the future!

Teddy grahams in blankets
Loved the house, the property was beautiful. Instructions were easy to follow. Only complaint was there were teddy grahams in the blankets on the top bunk so you know they weren’t cleaned prior to our stay. Other than that everything was great! Loved the fact that there was a baby gate for the stairs.

Amazing location for family trips!
This rental is in a prime location! You are only a couple minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk which made getting to all the activities with our kids easy and convenient.
The condo is super clean and the hosts make the stay a breeze providing all necessary instructions before arriving to your stay. We didn’t need to reach out to the owners because everything was perfect! We will be coming back here as soon as we can!

Extremely clean/ and in a safe area within walking distance to everything! Had everything we needed and more… We didn’t need to bring anything but towels and sheets for the stay. The bicycles, cooler and beach accessories were a definite plus!

Cleanliness- unit was not left in good condition by prior renters and cleaning company hired by owners did not clean the unit to owners satisfaction or ours. We cleaned it the Monday after we arrived.
Check-in process- check in time was 4pm. Cleaning company did not pull out of garage until 4:30pm.
Accuracy of Listing - owners did not disclose active security camera located in garage to us in their emails and other VRBO communications.
Communications - owners answered their phones and responded to texts about our concerns over unit cleanliness upon arrival.

Michelle was very helpful and the check in process was super easy! The location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet spot. The condo was huge, clean and the elevator was very helpful for my elderly father and to help bring up suitcases, etc. Our family will definitely be staying here again!!!

Wonderful place!
Finally able to reunite with family after way too long!!!! Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and large enough for everyone to have plenty of space. Some of us had to work a bit while there and internet and separate spaces was fine. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very short walk to beach. Michelle was super quick to respond-much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

Perfect location
Beautiful condo has everything you need, just like you were at home. Close to the beach, the boardwalk and some good restaurants. The ice cream shop right across the street was a nightly stop for us.

We enjoyed our stay. It is very close to grocery store and lots of good restaurants. We really enjoyed taking walks down to Britt’s donut shop which have the best donuts ever. We would definitely come back.

PERFECT LOCATION. PERFECT CONDO. AMAZING OWNER.
We booked our trip to Carolina Beach blindly 6 days before our arrival. We knew nothing about the area. Michelle answered a few questions we had immediately & what a huge factor in us deciding to book her condo. The location is absolutely perfect & walking distance to everything you could want in Carolina Beach: restaurants, boardwalk, and the beach. Given the pandemic, we really apreciated the extra COVID cleaning prior to our arrival & the private elevator to avoic unnecessary contact with others. The condo was spotless & had everything we needed (she even left freeze pops for our 2 girls & niece ages 4-9). The girls were OBSESSED with the bunk beds & that whole room/bathroom set up. I'm not sure we'll be allowed to stay anywhere else if we return in the future. Also, the extra things in the garage were fantastic. The kids used bikes & we used some chairs too (but there was a ton available!). What a nice extra touch. The neighbors were even super sweet as we encountered them throughout our stay.
Also, Michelle has a handy binder about the condo & local things in the area. We referred to it as the "house bible". If it was in the "Bible" it must be good... Michelle says! Excellent recommendations in there.
Honestly, I just couldn't have imagined anything more perfect considering we made a last-minute decision to cancel our trip to Myrtle Beach & find some safer. We're so thankful to have found this location. Just book it! You'll be glad you did :)

We had a wonderful vacation despite the rain we had this week. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the place was very spacious. My only complaint would be that 10 people couldn’t all sit together for a meal but we made the best of it. Thanks again

Great for family vacation
We had a really great family vacation at this property. Everything was very clean, the location is really ideal for Carolina Beach, being walking distance to the Boardwalk and the ocean. We met many very friendly people during our time. The condo itself worked perfectly for our family. It's kid-friendly. The owners have many extras waiting for you to use (bicycles, beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) The owners sent a wonderfully detailed check in procedure note ahead of our stay that was full of details about the property and very helpful. We will seek out this property for a future visit.

Sweet Carolina
Rockie start with check in. Pervious rental left wet sheets and towels in the dryer and I asked to dry clothes. Britt's donuts and fireworks at the pool are a must. Great time with my family.
