Tropical Home with Heated Pool & Near Beaches
Esta fantástica casa de piscina de estilo moderno / retro cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con una cama king y queen. La habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama queen / pop-up (mucho más cómodo que un sofá cama) y la cabaña / sala de juegos tiene camas Bahama (dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar como sofás durante el día). Stayed for a week. The host greeted us to show us everything about the home and the awesome pool that we were in every day. The neighborhood and surrounding area are amazing. Enjoyed the week stay and would stay there again in a minute.

We had a great time at this place. The pool was nice and the location is even better! Only 5 minutes from hobe sound beach. The host is very friendly and offered us some fresh coconuts out of the yard. What a cool experience! Thank you for your hospitality! We would love to stay again some day.

Very private home with polished interior and a fluid layout. Enjoyed the stylish furnishings, well appointed kitchen, an orchid in every room. The generous pool was always the perfect temperature. A number of well kept bicycles at your disposal. Outdoor areas made private with lush tall tropical plantings.

This house was amazing! It was just as described and everything you needed was provided. Alan the owner is the nicest person and is there if you needed him. You will definitely not be disappointed with the property or the host. We were there a week and the kids loved being able to swim every day. I would definitely stay there again.

This was just the perfect place for us. There are plenty of sleeping locations (what we call the game room with the 2 sofas need to go out to pool and enter main house to use bathroom). Beds comfortable. Pool was great. Alan clearly cares for his property and guests. He was readily responsive to text messages and lives near by. Ac worked great. 2 coffee makers (k cup and reg). Washer dryer. There are plenty of towels for showrs and pool. The kitchen seems small in pictures but there was enough space for 2 to 3 adults to putz around and make lunch. We did not cook dinner there. Truly wonderful stay. Cannot say enough great things.

When we planned this vacation, we wanted something nice, with a pool, near the beach. We got that and more! The house is perfect for a getaway with or without family. There is plenty of entertainment at the house for kids - we had a family party to celebrate the 4th of July with kids from 2-19 and there was something for everyone! Alan was amazing and handled anything we needed immediately. We would highly recommend this house and especially this Host! We will certainly be back!

We loved the house! This house was stocked with all the essentials and more. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking and more than enough towels for days at the pool and beach. We really enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and spending our evenings poolside or playing the Wii in the game room. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a private and quiet getaway but still within a few miles to a grocery store or the beach.

The property was as advertised and more! Allan was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and neighborhood were very nice, and just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Would be happy to stay again and recommend to others!

Everything you need in a vacation rental. We hosted an engagement party and had family in and out the whole week we were there. The owner is very friendly and a phone call or text away if you need him for anything. The house is very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was all we were looking for and more. It was spotless and updated. Our host was responsive immediately to every question and request. It had everything to satisfy 3 generations and the covered pool patio was a big plus. We enjoyed evening walks in the beautiful neighborhood and made use of the Hobe Sound beaches just minutes away everyday. There were bikes, sand toys, sand chairs, beach towels and coolers. We grilled in the back yard and so appreciated all the extras in the kitchen that was well stocked! We will definitely return!

A great weekend stay!
Alan and his property were both wonderful. The house has so many features and was stocked with so many items for us to use - beach chairs, towels, extra soap, etc. Alan was a great host and gave us a thorough tour of the place and was also super easy to reach. We had a great weekend!

Great Stay
Our family had a great time staying here this week. The location was perfect for the 4 of us- close to grocery stores, CVS, gas stations, restaurants, and the beach! Alan met us at the property upon arrival and showed us around. He kept in contact and came over to check on the pool without being intrusive. We had everything we needed, including beach toys, bikes, extra linens (a must for fort building!), soaps and detergents, extra paper products (HUGE plus for me!), and plenty of plates/cups/bowls/utensils for us to host my extended family for a dinner party. The plants around the home are beautiful, and help keep the backyard private. The pool was clean and comfortable, and the screen helped keep mosquitos out. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables and having the cabana room to hang out in. The home is clean and the furniture is comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing week in Florida
Our family had a wonderful stay in Hobe Sound. Alan was readily available for any questions and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and patio are. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items for when we cooked/ grilled at home. Property was very clean and provided plenty of linens and kitchen basics. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wonderful property!

Perfect in every way!
Our stay was excellent! The home is very comfortable, clean and inviting! Alan, the host, is gracious and friendly. He has included many things such as bikes, beach supplies, air hockey, foosball , books, puzzles and games that enhance your stay. The pool is kept warm. This is the best VRBO we have been to. Hobe Sound is a quiet, small, wonderful town with restaurants and shops and beach within walking distance. We would love to stay again!!!

Great Get-A-Way
This property is truly a private oasis. What are you feel secluded, you were close to anything you might need. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well stocked. The bonus TV/arcade room was great for our niece and nephews to hangout in. The heated pool was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Wish we could have stayed longer…
Look no further…very clean, well stocked property. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. Alan, the owner welcomed us and gave us the tour. They live new door and are a text away.
2 bedrooms, couches that pull out and another building that doubles as a game room/ bedroom allows everyone to spread out. Cute neighborhood, and easy to explore with the peddle bikes at the house. Beach a mile away has parking, too. Great restaurants near by. We would definitely return. Thanks Alan !

Perfect for 4 adults
Excellent location! Convenient to the beach and some great restaurants. Also just a short drive to Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Everything needed for a beach day was on location (bikes, helmets, coolers, beach chairs, tote bags, beach towels, etc). The most well-stocked rental I've come across. Communication was the host was excellent and we were able to get into the house earlier than expected after the airline changed our flight times which was a huge relief. Home was perfect for 4 adults and there was bedding for more, though I would say children/teens would appreciate those beds more than adults. Would definitely stay at this location again should I need to be in the area in the future.

House is very nice and Alan the host was very inviting. He met us at the location and took the time to explain all of the faired of the house and the area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Area has some great restaurants and amenities very close. We would definitely stay at the location the next time we are in the area.

Highly Recommend!
Great property and Alan is a wonderful host! The property is very clean and filled with amenities to help you enjoy the trip. There are plenty of beach toys, towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool slopes from 3'4" to 5'6" which was perfect for our kids. The beach was a quick drive, there was always parking available at the lot there, and there were life guards on duty. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The landscaping was gorgeous and like a tropical paradise. I can't speak highly enough on how friendly and helpful Alan is. We've stayed at many homes and have never come across a host like him. If you are looking for a home that has a pool and is near the beach, then this is the place for you!

Relaxing and quiet neighborhood for family vacation.
My family and children stayed here for our summer trip. The house was comfy, clean and safe for the kids. Alan our host made sure that everything was up to standards for us and if anything was wrong he was quick and attentive. The pool was great and heated to 85 degrees at all times. There were bikes available to ride around the neighborhood plus chairs and toys to take to the beach. The house is also very close to Hobe Sound beach, maybe 5 minutes or less. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend renting this home for your trip.

The owner was extremely helpful and available. The home and pool were great and it was so close to the beach. Loved that they had bikes for a quick ride to the beach.
