La segunda fila levantó la casa de playa a solo 20 pasos del océano. No encontrará una mejor ubicación en Garden City para su familia. Estamos ubicados al sur del muelle de Garden City en el área de Inlet Point. Nuestra casa es de 4 habitaciones y 2 baños con medio baño en las escaleras y una ducha exterior. El dormitorio principal tiene un rey y baño privado. El dormitorio 2 tiene una reina y comparte un baño con el dormitorio 3, que también tiene una reina. Where to begin?? Rodney kills it with this rental! We're so grateful that we were able to find this beach house for our group. Everything was absolutely perfect! The view of the beach, the incredible pool (5ft or so on the deep end), the front porch, and so much space. Everything was clean and it just felt very homey. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle that the beach has become over the years. The beach is peaceful and had minimal people on it compared to surrounding areas/beaches. We would return without hesitation. If this is in your price range and you're looking for an incredible beach vacation, don't miss this one! Thank you again Rodney! Take care!

Fantastic location with super easy beach access and a wonderful pool. Plenty of room for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer if needed. Sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Very relaxing and comfortable. Rodney was very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic
Best spot in the area in my opinion. You literally only need to take your clothes and whatever food you want to bring in. Very short walk to an amazing beach and a salt water pool that is cleaned professionally every other day. If we had to give one piece of advice, it would be an instruction page, detailing when the trash is picked up and what was expected to be done before check out, etc. This place was perfect and our family enjoyed it greatly. Will definitely be back! Thanks Rodney and family!

Paradise in SC
This place was phenomenal. This was my buddy’s and I first time in SC and it did not disappoint. We came in from Philly and had an early flight. Rodney let us check in early, which made the first day so much better. He was so quick with a response early in the morning. Top notch place and top notch owner. The location was spot on, and if you like the beach it was 15 steps away. Everything you see in pictures on the place on the site was spot on. We caught a sunrise on our last day and you can see it from the front porch. We will definitely be back and if you are looking in this area, you better stay here!!

Great place for family
First off I wanted to start by saying, Rodney is great to communicate with. I prefer a personable experience over a booking agency any day.
Rodneys house was in a great location. With the beach access across the street, it makes beaching very easy. Simply walk across the street and you’re there.
It’s further down in the inlet so it takes at least 10 minutes to make it out to the main road but we didn’t mind!
The house was clean, the pool was clear.
Some of our favorite things were the pool, porch and the downstairs covered area. There’s a ring game down there that we played nightly!
I’d you’re looking for a quiet, laid back place for a family, this is it!

Great second row house
The house location on the second row was great. You can see the ocean from the front porch. Very relaxing.
The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking and dinning needs.
The one complaint I have is about the mattresses, they were hard, lumpy and a made squeaky noises with every single move (in all the rooms) My wife had to sleep on the couch during our week stay bc she could not handle sleeping on squeaky mattress. And that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall rating.
I believe the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house should be the mattress.

Great Location!
We had a great time during our stay. The location of the house is amazing! The public beach access across the street and the the private pool was ideal for our group of teenage boys who couldn't stay in one spot too long. The house is located on the south end of Garden City, which kept the traffic to a minimum. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

My husband and I broght our family to this beautiful beach home for spring break. It's right next to the beach, we swam in the beach and in the swimming pool the whole time. The house includes many amenities to enjoy a beach vacation.

Best Location!
Rodney's home was great! We were so close to the beach to go back and forth as needed during the day. The home was clean when we arrived. Rodney was kind and explained everything to make the check in process very smooth!

Great Location, Listing Outdated
The best feature of this property was by far the location. Wonderful beach access just across the street. The photos of the property in the listing were misleading. The beautiful landscaping was not maintained. The pool was green from Saturday until Monday, however the owner was very responsive. Once clear, pool was great. The deck was deteriorated to the point the surfaces were uneven and nails sticking out. The laundry room dryer was rusted. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival with food remnants left in the refrigerator, something spilled in the freezer, and coffee/food splashes and drips down cabinets. The property served its purpose, but did not meet expectations based on listing.

Beach trip 2020
I am not normally one to write a review. However considering the welcome we received upon arrival to this house and the hospitality we were greeted with I felt the need to express our gratitude. Not only did the owners go above and beyond to ensure our wants and needs were all met, we also were treated with such thought and caring as if we were were family. The ease of the ability to the access of the beach was a dream on its own. Our children could go from the pool to beach scenery within seconds. If we were to pick a fun feature that seems unique to this location would be the outdoor shower and bottom level restroom near the pool. For those with young children this set up is a must! It provided more time for Mom and Dad to spend outside enjoying this vacation and the kids could go from one fun activity to the other. We have already started planning our own outdoor shower at our home! Lastly, the best of all was the extra fridge in the lower level. It allowed us to have large amounts of space for waters and groceries for everyday needs with children. We cannot thank you enough (to the owners) for their consideration and thoughtfulness you showed to our family! We will for certain be booking for next summer!

Great Beach House
The location is wonderful. It is very private on the beach and you can walk back and forth from the house to the beach in just a minute or so. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool is a great as we had beach lovers and pool lovers. The owner was very easy to work with.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect for our family. The location to the beach access was perfect. We had a little blip when we first arrived but I contacted the owner and his response was amazing. We would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

Late March early April vacation
Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. Every thing was as expected from the review for rental. With the beach just steps away it was very convenient. There is plenty of places to eat nearby and things to do.
Now if only the weather cooperates for your stay we highly recommend renting this location.

Stayed here with a few friends for a golf trip - the place was great and we had a great time down there. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the owner was very easy to deal with as far as any questions beforehand. We definitely would come back again!

Location was perfect.
The house was very clean, and full of beach colors. This is the only house on the 2nd row that has a pool in the front yard facing the ocean. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay the service fees. If I book again I will be booking directly with owner .

Fabulous location!!!
Front porch is where I spent most of my time. Ocean is in direct eyeline! Plenty of room for the 5 adults and two toddlers. Owner was quick at responding to any email I sent. Check in was very easy! Great set up, thank you, Rodney.
