This was our 2nd stay at this house. We love it. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was an issue at all was the internet is not great. It's fine for checking email and such, but you can't count on being able to do "work from home" kind of stuff because it is too slow. But hey, a very small thing for sure.

This is a great property convenient to historic downtown Franklin. The house is spacious quaint and well equipped with beautiful decor. Off street parking was as nice feature. The owner was very responsive to any request. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Minor fixes:
Front and back porch could have been cleaner and cushions worn out. Towel rod broken in main bath. TV Remotes had dead batteries. Only large spoons in kitchen.

This was our second stay and we once again really enjoyed our time. Very close to the main street with restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking available and my kids had room in the backyard to kick around a soccer ball. Had a couple minor issues but the manager responded to us very quickly.

This property has a lot of charm and character- amazing location (walkable to downtown - but really walkable not just theoretically walkable like some listings!) - super clean! We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Town and House
Had such a nice stay in this property, despite rainy weather. This house is perfectly located with lots of yummy eats and good shops within walking distance. Perfect layout for our crew. The older kids had run of the upstairs and the adults and littles stayed downstairs. Will absolutely stay here again.
