We had a wonderful stay at the room we had. We had a problem with the parking garage, not being able to get in and having terrible fumes from the repainting they were doing. There is reconstruction being performed south of the property making it very inconvenient to get in and out.
Two of our grandchildren got fiberglass burns on the slide of the pool because there was not enough of water going down the chute. They are both being medically treated.
We like the access through a key code to our room and the parking garage, Although the parking garage key code did not work every time.

The unit itself was spacious and well-designed. Our party of 5 adults was comfortable in the space. However, we did run into a couple of issues. One member of our party got a glass splinter in their foot the night of arrival. Luckily there were no serious injuries. We cleaned the floor thoroughly ourselves afterwards. Secondly, the Wifi did not work for the duration of our stay (2 nights), and neither did the cable TV. The management was notified and we were informed that their was a building-wide internet outage. The location is good with easy access to Breckenridge and Frisco. I would have rated our stay higher had we not run into the aforementioned issues.

Beautiful space, clean and everything we could need. However, disappointed with with all the construction and not being able to walk to the gondola like we had hoped and done in the past. Also, biggest issue, check in at 4:30! Really? And check out at 10:00 am! Really? Not even 18 hours in the lodging but you pay almost 300.00$ for less than 18 hours! Unless you're short staffed I don't understand how it can take all day to clean a small space since we weren't there long enough to mess it up AND your rules of taking the trash out, washing the dishes, again, leaves not much for anyone to clean up after! We are just a couple, no kids, no pets and are neat, tidy people so felt this was a bit much and again especially with the construction right outside our window so no sleeping in even a little.

Great location, short walk to gondola and river run. Outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and a bonus was the steam room. King size bed in main room slept 3 comfortably, the Queen pull out slept 2. Tried the pull out couch, but like most not very comfortable. Having a second bathroom was great for showers after skiing/pool. Movie room was run down, but was fine watching movie in our condo. Pool table also little old, but worked for the kids to play.

As we prefer to walk to the River Run Gondola, we always stay at either Red Hawk or The Springs and rent with Summit County Mountain Retreats. The underground parking is great and allows us to ski the arrival and departure days. We were not aware that a new large construction project blocked the direct walk to the Gondola and River Run Village making the access longer and more difficult.The only downside to #8830 is there is no dining table or chairs. The condo is set up to sleep 4 in the living area which doesn't allow space for dining other than at the breakfast bar or couch.

Just as advertised. Very nice place, even the Murphy bed is comfortable. During your stay you get a locker that fits 2 pair of skis & boots. I would recommend paying $7 a night by the Gondola to store your skis. The pool, hottub & steam room are awesome. On-site there is a small video room with recliners, pool table . The walk to river run is close.

Area is beautiful. Condo wasn't as clean or stocked like normal. When mgmt company text asking how it was, I felt awkward. They didn't read my message or offer assistance or apologize. If I wanted resolution of understaffed supplies, I had to come to them. Also told code worked all day, even if last. Well we got locked out. Not our best stay, we stay 3-5 a year.

We had a great stay at this unit. You can't get any closer to the lift. The unit was very comfortable for 2 of us. Could do 4 here with the Murphy bed. Any more and I think it would be too tight.
There were a couple things that were not 100% clean when we got there but all in all it was a great experience.

Overall a very pleasant stay in Springs 8830 for our family of five. Laundry across the hall was very convenient as was the proximity to the gondola. Unit a bit small for 5, but our girls are young so they made the murphy bed and sofa work. Very clean and management was very attentive. Feedback relayed to mgmt - could use more hooks and hangers (in closet) for hanging ski clothes/clothes; dishwasher in need of repair - there was somebody there working on it when we checked out. Dinner seating is a bit limited, but we made it work. As for Springs - adults tended to take over the 'family' hot tub as the evening wore on. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great unit and location
The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The king bed was comfy for my husband and I, and the full/queen size sleeper sofa and full/queen size Murphy bed for my 3 kids 10 and under we’re just right. The floor from the entrance to the windows in the living areas is wood colored tiles. The bedroom is carpet. The unit has been updated with white stone countertops on the kitchen countertops, barstools and a small table. Probably could have used a bigger dining table. I liked having a kitchen as we cooked small easy meals for most of our stay. The bathrooms were clean, the shower pressure was good. The bathtub in the bedroom though did not drain well. The location is fantastic with just minutes of walking to the river run gondola and the river run village. All the stores and restaurants in the village were open but closed by 8 except for the bars. The outdoor pool was heated-ish and the two hot tubs were warm. As we stayed over a federal holiday weekend, it was crowded at all times though. There were some unruly kids throwing dirty snow down the hot tub and pushing little kids down the slide and there’s no supervision at the pool area. Besides that, would definitely stay in this unit again.

Family of 3 including an 8 yo child coming to hang out with friends in the unit next door and ski for the long weekend. Loved the Murphy bed to maximize space, nice floors great for ski life. Loved having ski lockers and mountain access right out the door- 50 yd walk to gondola. Not a ton of storage but can tell owners made effort to maximize what they could, except for main closet that contained a lot of stuff that couldve/shouldve been in the other locked closet rather than take up the precious closet space. Also only contained 4 hangers, so despite hanging space, unless you brought your own hangers, that was essentially wasted space. Decently equipped kitchen, many of the top bowls and plates dirty requiring rewashing prior to use. Could hear noise from very early morning trucks/plows on nearby gravel road on daily basis, but if sleeping soundly, hopefully not a big deal for most.
