We had a stay in the Vacancéole - Les Demeures Champenoises Confort from Saturday 27th of July until Monday 29th of July. On Sunday the 28the of July the whole day there was no water due to an issue. They told us that it will take approximately until noon. When we got to the hotel in the evening there was still no water. There was nobody at the reception and there was no option to get any water. We could not take a shower or flush the toilet. We were so thirsty that we’ve searched the property to find someone who would give us some water, but without result. All with all, the communicatie from the property and how they handled the lack of water supply was very poorly. When I asked about it at the reception, they said to contact booking. Because we were fully charged for 2 night with I think is crazy because there was no water at all or communication about it….. we expect a refund for at least 1 night.
I’ve contacted the service desk last Tuesday and they said that they would respond within 24 hours and we still haven’t heard from them.

Tout d'abord la proximité avec le millesium et tout de suite après le rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet. Une très bonne surprise! Franchement pour visiter la région je conseil. Top!
Si il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire je dirais les portes coupe-feu très nombreuses et bruyantes (si on ne fait pas attention à les retenir).

Ci è stata assegnata all’arrivo una stanza su due livelli nell’edificio A. Era sporca, per niente attrezzata e con moquette per terra. Semplicemente orribile. Ne abbiamo chiesta un’altra e ci è stata data una nell’edificio B al piano terra. La situazione è migliorata ma non di molto.

a good mid range place in champagne. not many choices in champagne that are affordable. free parking which is good. staff readily available, young and pleasant. Very decent breakfast.

The region in overall was a discovery. The duplex room, friendly personnel.
There was also coffee and drinks dispensers.
Due to late arrival, it took me few extra time to find the building (3 similar buildings) and to move the car to the nearst parking.
Indications in place or on the reservation confirmation (a kind of map) could be helpful.

Just a basic hotel room, clean. The building of the hotel seems to be a historical one.

The studio apartment size was great. most of the staff were lovely and helpful. I had requested a room on the ground floor and was pleased that I had one. The bed was comfortable. Separate toilet. The aircon setting for the whole building was appropriate to the weather (very hot outside- pleasant inside). For the price the location was good as well.
The apartment needs refurbishing- stucco wall paper peeling off in places, bathroom shower area tiles..
The compact kitchen was fine but there is no power point for the kettle and I had to put the kettle on a chair near the dining table and connect it to a power point at floor level. No toaster.

Have no illusions, this is "value" hotel so have to set expectations accordingly. That said, it was good.
Space was excellent, fridge a bonus, large bathroom, novel layout with much more privacy when more than 2 people sharing.
Watch out for the cleaning rules or you could incur a 50 euro charge.
The cleaning penalty was not communicated clearly when booking as daughter found the notice on the door. But easy to manage.
