El octágono Suite es en realidad más de una suite privada de un apartamento en el País Manor Inn. Está diseñado para 2 adultos, pero puede acomodar a uno o dos niños pequeños también. Está bien equipado con un montón de comodidades y con vistas a nuestro 52 acres privada propiedad de estilo granja con colinas, los caballos de pastoreo y la pesca privada.
Esta suite cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada para preparar su propio desayuno (o cena), además de una gran mesa de comedor para 6 personas, baño privado, una zona de estar con sofá y 2 sillones para visitar, leer o ver la televisión. Hay servicio gratuito de Wi-Fi, además de una terraza privada con mesa de picnic, parrilla de barbacoa y una bañera de hidromasaje para 4 personas en la cubierta.
Ofrecemos todos los platos, ollas y sartenes, sábanas y ropa de cama, jabones y toallas de papel, café, filtros, crema y azúcar.
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a nuestra área privada de picnic, nuestro estanque de pesca privada con un pequeño barco, nuestras rutas de senderismo y nuestro anillo de fuego para asar malvaviscos en la noche.

Excellent stay..absolutely beautiful view..simply peaceful. Such an easy check in and welcoming as soon as we opened the door..Clean and Beautiful room with windows full of view...and the horses made it extra special..Just loved stopping to say Hi as we passed by..Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and well put together. Had a great time riding the horses. The view was amazing and so peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I have stayed at this property previously and found that the location excellent for hiking in the park and visiting Dollywood. Location is close to Cades Cove.The room is a good size with an excellent view. Check in is easy with the owner leaving instructions near the office, taped on to the door of the room. The only negative is the cleanliness of the room. Very dusty under things. Needs a deep clean for sure.

As usual the suite was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The view is wonderful anytime of year and the owners always friendly and available if you need anything.

This was the third time that we have stayed at Country Manor, and it was as delightful as always. The suite is always very clean and comfortable. The view from the suite is amazing and the property is so peaceful. It's a great place to sit on the deck and relax while enjoying the view. We enjoyed petting the horses, the chickens and the cat. The owners are very friendly and personable and always make us feel at home there. We will be staying there again the next time we head to the Smokies.

Room was just Ok. This room was in need of a deep clean. There was 1/4 inch of dust on the ceiling fan; so no using that. The window sills and surround hadn’t seen a cleaning in awhile either, along with the baseboard. The shower floor needs a good scrubbing also. We didn’t use the hot tub.

We are already making plans to return in the future. Close to everything we wanted to do in Townsend, but secluded enough for a romantic weekend together. The hot tub was the cherry on top after being out and about all day. We loved waving to the horses, chickens, and barn cat as well. They looked just as happy to be there as we were. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The best place we've ever stayed. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was very clean and we had a gorgeous view. We will definitely go back soon.

Friendly staff, picturesque views, very comfortable, enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the private deck. Daily walks to see the horses and various trails to hike.

Stayed here since I was running 10 mile race and wanted to be short distance from shuttle bus at Townsend visitor center to Cades Cove leaving at 6AM. Lots of room in the bed and kitchen. Kitchen well furnished. View was fabulous off back deck next to room. Horses on the property if you wanted to pay for a horse ride. Much better than staying in a hotel. Will be coming back to this place.

This property boasts an astonishing view, location, and privacy. Atop a hill, overlooking the Smokey mountains, the sunrises, sunsets and fog covering the trees, as the mornings lift up, is astonishing. We loved the experience.
I would suggest some new cooking utensils, but otherwise, all was clean and up to the minute.

Breathtakingly beautiful and so peaceful. The owners were great to work with. We cannot wait to go back. It was the getaway we desperately needed. Next stay will be longer. Thank you Jeff and April. See you again.

This room had the most beautiful view of the mountains off of our porch, there was a hot tub on the porch for our room and some chair which we enjoyed sitting outside and drinking coffee on, the entire room is lined with windows so you can get the view inside as well! The town that is about 5 minutes from the property is very cute, with small shops, restaurants and coffee shops and the caverns about 10 minutes from there. The only complaint I have is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise the room was very clean and cozy.

Owners were very accommodating to any needs and a late arrival check in. Gave great recommendations for local dining and activities. Loved the horse back riding and enjoying the nature on the grounds. Great hospitality- even the toilet paper was top quality 😃

We returned for a second stay at Country Manor Acres because we enjoyed the first stay do much. We especially love watching the sun rise over the mountains and the beautiful landscape of this quiet, private country setting. The horses quietly grazing, wild turkeys roaming, and countless birds singing add to the peace and serenity. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and convenient. We enjoyed our stay on the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains.

Clean and quiet getaway at the top of the mountain. The view-even in January-was peaceful and stunning. Stars at night above us from the relaxing hot tub. The rolling hills below sometimes have horses or wild turkeys dotting them. We enjoyed making most of our meals in with the full kitchen. Room was clean and owner has been awesome to deal with. We plan on coming back!

We do not spend a lot of time indoors when we visit! The accommodations were perfect! The Joplings were great host and the property was beautiful.

The property was beautiful, the suite was clean and the owners were very nice. The location was easy to get to and close to everything in Townsend. We took a horseback ride one morning of our stay and it was a great experience. We wish we had more time to simply stay at the property and explore it a little more! We will return!

We truly enjoyed our stay for our honeymoon! We wish we had more time to spend on the property! We had tickets to Dollywood and Titanic Museum so we spent most days off the property. We will be back and will highly recommend to family and friends! We could seriously pack up and move here if they would let us!!

I hated to leave the property, it was so beautiful, the views and the horses. Felt like we were in a different world, so peaceful. Owners were very nice, hope to go back again.

We loved Country Manor Acres and the Octagon Suite. It is easy to get to, off the beaten track, and has everything we needed for a very reasonable cost. Owners are very responsive and personable. We enjoy staying near Townsend on the “quiet side”.
