The backyard is AMAZING! Dogs LOVED it.
The bathrooms were awesome. So pretty, nice, and clean. That hall vanity is to die for and mirrors are what I see on the HGTV shows. Bed and living area was very comfy. Location was fantastic, with the convenience stores, coffee shops, grocery, UPS, liquor, restaurants and the neighborhood itself. The hills and Fall leaves and everyone’s Christmas decorations making it so festive and sweet.

This was a cute little house on a beautiful and quiet street. Easy access to freeways, stores and restaurants. The house had pretty much everything we needed. Thank you to the host Karen, for being available to us when needed. We I’ll keep this place in kind if / when we visit Little Rock again!

There was a strong odor of dog as we walked in the door. The sheets had holes, a cabinet door in the kitchen was hanging by one hinge. I reached out to the host with those issues and asked if they had been onsite recently. The host responded quickly to say "Yes, at 3pm prior to your check in" and offered to send out someone to fix the cabinet and the housekeeper to swap out the sheets. They did not acknowledge the report regarding the odor. We spent part of the first day cleaning. I purchased a mop and cleaned all of the floors. The rinse water turned dark. One set of the replacement sheets also had a hole.
Some other issues that caused me to rate this property so low include: the shower in the primary bathroom is too small for an adult to use, mold/mildew in the other bathroom also the switch for the light and exhaust fan are actually in the tub/shower enclosure, the sofa and area rug smell strongly of dog. I don't usually leave ratings this low, but in this case I felt that a warning for others was appropriate.

This home was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Quiet location but close to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!

It was well stocked and even had a grill with a full gas bottle so we enjoyed eating a lot of grilled food that kept the kitchen nice and cool!! After I asked about our issue u did not answer! Well I still don’t see any missed calls 501-628-6808

Traveled from Texas to meet our son that goes to college in Arkansas. The house was perfect! Accessible to many restaurant and entertainment! Not new, but we’ll maintained and we’ll-stocked! Loved having soap, coffee paper towels, etc.
The only problem was we did not get access instructions before our arrival. We were able to contact owner / property manager and entered 1 hour later. No doubt we will be returning to Little Rock in the future and, if needing a house, will rent same home again!

We have stayed at this house before while visiting family. The house is in a great area of NLR, close to everything. It is super comfortable. Karen the host was super responsive and helpful. She let us know that they will be doing some renovations after our rental, we cannot wait to see how it turns out the next time we stay there!

Great Spot, Great Host
This was the perfect location for our holiday trip to North Little Rock. The location is nice, and in a nice neighborhood. We have two small children that were easily corralled and kept safe in the home, with lots of different things to entertain them (Roku, games, puzzles, etc.) We had initially intended on bringing our dogs, but didn't at the last minute, and there is a very large, fenced-in back yard if one chose to do so, this is a great location for that. This is an older house that has seen better days, if one wanted to nit-pick, but there was absolutely nothing outstanding that would keep us from staying here again, for sure.

We enjoyed our week stay in Little Rock. The place we stayed was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The home was well furnished and clean. The host of the home was very friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. Well done.

Cute mid century house with beautiful original hardwood floors! Clean and perfumed with air fresheners. Washer and dryer off of garage. Fenced backyard with deck and lots of birds and hummingbirds. Conveniently located with quick access to stores and interstate. Very safe neighborhood with sidewalks and friendly joggers and dog walkers. Super easy check in and check out. Very professional and responsive host.

Disappointing stay
This is a very modest home to rent, and the neighborhood was nice. I was fine with that since the price was right. The first impression is the storm door that flies open and doesn't close automatically behind you. A liability that you could be billed for if the owner chooses to say you caused it. I was billed $80 for a bedspread I didn't ruin with a burn. I was told I should have taken a picture of it and sent it to her to prove it was there when we walked in. Since the property starts with a broken storm door how was I to know that she considered all things perfect at the house. We didn't burn the bedspread but she took my money out of the deposit. I only hope she uses it to buy nicer bedspreads for both rooms. My son is stationed in the Air Force there and this will be one of many stays in the area but it will not be here again after this.

We arrived at the house around 5 pm after a long drive from Chicago. We were very happy with the house. It was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Karen was so easy to work with and very sweet. I would definitely stay here again the next trip to Little Rock. Thanks Karen!

Convenient
This property had easy access to the major highways which made it convenient to navigate all of Little Rock. I felt it had ample comfort and supplies for the price point, which I thought was very fair. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay at this location again.

Good house
The house was being remodeled on the outside. Sometimes we couldn't sleep when needed. I am happy for the remodel but wished I would have known about before the day we were to arrive. I will still stay there again. The landlord is great to take care of things.
