The house was clean and had everything I needed for my stay, was in a great location and has the greatest views (sunrises are amazing). Great communication from Gregg and I was all set when I arrived. Lori is friendly and helpful. Short drive to St. Augustine which is highly recommended. Multiple bike trails and lots of places to ride bikes. I wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.

This house is perfectly described and the owner could not be more helpful. The location is great. It sits on a corner lot and the ocean is just across the street. Watching the sunrise from the house is an absolute must. The house was well equipped with everything that you need and just about anything you forgot. Gregg was so helpful from start to finish. He gives you great tips for the area and is quick to answer any questions that you have. If you want a quiet beach vacation away from all the crowded beaches, this is the place. Gregg’s house is the best in the area! The location is awesome! Pictures DO NOT do it justice! You can sit on the front porch every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean with your coffee listening to the waves. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We spent a month and didn’t want to leave! WiFi is great for anyone curious about the speed due to any work/meetings. The yard is completely fenced so perfect for our dog with no concern of being too curious and sniffing her way out. Gregg is super easy to work with and Lori, his on-site “caretaker” was very friendly & helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!

This home was one of the best locations in Flagler Beach. Literally right on the beach with super easy access. Spacious and homey. Gregg, the owner, was friendly and quick in his responses.

Gregg, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was a great experience! Lori was awesome and we loved Luna!! The only suggestion would be to put some type of patio cover over at the side of the house where you can sit and watch a storm out over the ocean and be out of the rain. Overall, great house awesome view!!

Super clean and comfortable

We had a great time just living across from the ocean, go to the beach anytime. It’s not a crowded area.

What a wonderful location ..beach access right across the street and pet friendly and several restaurants you can walk to with your pet and dine outdoors ..love Flagler Beach.. nice sidewalk to ride your bike on.. The garage on the property was helpful to store our golf clubs and bikes .. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating .. Nice size yard with a wall around it to keep our dog in ..Love being able to watch the sunrise and sunset right from your porch ...we would definitely rent again ..thanks Greg

Mr. Garvey’s house was a really nice place away from the hustle and bustle of everything but in the right location for us to pretty much have beach time alone. My whole family really enjoyed his house and the next time we come to Flagler to stay we will definitely be looking his place up again to see if it’s available. Very comfy place.

Great place, so relaxing and close to Daytona but out of the busy area, enjoyed family vacation

Winter 2019 spent at the beach, January-March 2019. The house is directly across A1A from the beach, the brick walled front yard is perfect if you have a dog, the raised front concrete deck allows easy viewing of the ocean with warm sunshine thru the morning and then shade for the heat of the afternoon. The house is older original Flagler Beach but has been updated with a huge master bedroom and attached washroom with shower. Two separate bedrooms with a queen and a kids bunk bed as well as a small additional washroom with a shower. Use of garage for storage was great and ample parking for several cars in driveway. There is a side concrete deck as well thats nice in the afternoon for more sunshine. Large storage room on back of kitchen makes for easy indoor storage for all your junk, theres also great laundry facilities. Flagler beach is old Florida, no high rises, no chain stores, no chain restaurants along the beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars along the beach road owned by locals and very well maintained and unique. Chain restaurants and shopping malls are a 5 minute drive from the beach inland, all the shopping you could want but it doesnt clutter the beach. Flagler area is central to many attractions by Daytona beach, Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine historic town.

The house was fully stocked with more than an adequate amount of everything you may need and the house was nicely decorated. There were beach items available for use as well. The location is fantastic with beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We traveled with 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and yorkies. We were so happy to find a place that was dog friendly. The house sits right on A1A and I was concerned about noise but was surprised to learn that it was not an issue. The stairs to the beach are located just a short walk in either direction of the house. The owner, Gregg, is super easy to work with and answers any questions or needs that may arise. The washing machine broke on the day we were arrive at the house and Gregg promptly ordered a replacement to be delivered soon. The only thing we did not was like was the mosquitos or other unknown small biting insect that were very noticeable while in outside in the yard. This is not something I blame Gregg for as we noticed the same insects in other parts of the city but not on the beach.

Loved this place. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Gregg was always prompt with any of our questions. The beach is right out the front door and is amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at the house in Flagler Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was well stocked and so comfortable. We had everything we needed from cooking to beach toys and towels!! Everything was convenient for walking & biking from the pier to the local restaurants. We really enjoyed Oceanside Bar & Grill, the food was fantastic and beautiful atmosphere. The Owner Gregg is an absolute gem. We were accommodated and helped every inch of the way along our trip and had no worries at all! It was a great location with our family being in Flagler already, this was the perfect beautiful spot!!! We will definitely stay again and again :) !!!! Thanks so much for your hospitality Gregg, you're the greatest! We signed the guest book and left a little story of our stay as well. Can't wait to come back!! Angel

My wife and I with our four grandchildren, daughter and her husband had a great vacation at Greg's vacation home. The view of the ocean was fantastic, access to the beach was great and the location was convenient to restaurants and everything else in Flagler Beach. Flagler is also conveniently located to St. Augustine, Ormand Beach and Daytona Beach without the crowds. Pet friendly beaches and independently owned restaurants makes for a very friendly atmosphere. The house was roomy enough for all of us and provided all of the comforts and conveniences of home. There are beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys provided for your enjoyment. We recommend this vacation house as a great beach house for family fun!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time. This was our first time to Flagler Beach & we loved it. Gregg's restaurant suggestions were excellent. Good food & wonderful ocean view at each & every place we ate. The kids really enjoyed watching the surfers at the Pier and visiting the local ice cream parlors. The view from the front porch is the best part. It was so nice to sit outside & feel the ocean breeze. The view from inside the house is just as good with the large windows. Beds were very comfortable and we had a very relaxing family vacation. Thank you, Gregg!

Loved the privacy of this single beach house, yet it's only 20 minutes from St. Augustine and Daytona, where the crowds and shops are. We ran out on the beach day and night to swim, hunt for shells, watch the full moon and sunrise, then just crossed the street back to the house. Everything provided from blender and dishwasher to 3 large screen TVs, beach towels, chairs, washer and dryer, even laundry soap. Due to food intolerances, we had to cook in, and Publix is 10 minutes away. Full view of the ocean from the large front windows, with a garage in back, grill and barbecue pit. We visited the fort at St. Augustine, Bulow Plantation where the old slave mill still stands, and drove on the beach at Daytona. Super value and always someone available for questions or problems. Most relaxing vacation I've ever had.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was right across the street from the ocean, and we could hear the waves crashing while in the living room. The location is great. There are many above average restaurants close by. The pier is fun, and Daytona is a short drive away. There were chairs and pool toys provided by the owner to enjoy at the beach.I would recommend this for a small group, due to the fact that one bedroom has a king bed, but the other are one double and bunks.
