My family rented this home for about 6 days when our daughter had a soccer tournament at the SilverLakes Sports Complex. The house turned out to be very close to the fields (about 10 minutes drive) which was great for the early moring games.
I communicated with the owner of the home beforehand about hosting a team party at the house and he was very nice about it. Everything you could want to host an amazing get together is provided at the house - a lovely pool (we even found a volleyball net & ball and set it up for the girls to play some pool volleyball); an outdoor grill, a pile of clean pool towels, a little putting green that some girl played on, and lots of seating and shade (it was in the 100s during the day).
The owner, Don is local and very helpful - I think he lives at the house sometimes when it is not rented out - so the kitchen and every other part of the house is full of all of the little everyday things that you need - we made one grocery run and were set for the week.
Oh and most importantly the house is clean (priority #1) and the air conditioning worked great and kept the entire house very cool in some serious heat. We will definitely come back next year! Thanks for a great stay!

This house was great, clean and tons of amenity's. If we are in need of a place to stay in the Norco, Riverside area again we would book again.

We stayed for a soccer tournament in nearby Norco. Fields are 10 mins away so that’s great.
Place is great! Quiet neighborhood, safe area. Very clean, spotless actually. All the stuff works and is easy to use. Intuitive hot tub / pool controls. TV remotes are simple. It’s annoying to spend a weekend figuring out technology and you won’t do that here.
Well equipped kitchen, but I wish there was a Keurig. I left behind some new darts and tips because they needed an upgrade. Pay it forward with a Keurig :)
Host (Don) is fantastic. Friendly, responsive and thoughtful.
We will be back for the finals in a few months!

The property was in a great quiet convenient location and had all the bells and whistles to entertain our group. Pool table, hot tub, fire pit for evening chats. All good. And the property owner was incredibly responsive to any concern we had. Would stay again. Walking paths out the back and riding stable a mile away. Something for everyone!

The owner's go all out to make it feel like a private retreat. We walked in to beautifully lit house and yard! A perfectly racked pool table. The bedding and towels nicely displayed, convenient, and clean. there were too many convenience items to list, They even left a few new toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours. as well as hair dryer"s , body ,wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It had a well stocked supply of dishes and baking pan's, basics like salt and pepper, as well as a keurig a machine with a selection of coffee pods. I held my fathers 93 year old Birthday celebration there. It was so perfect. He said it was the best party he had been to. And that is saying something coming from him. It was the perfect place to connect with my family. It had something for everyone's interest. soft tip darts, pool table, swimming, soaking in the hot tub,, your own private mini gulf, and so much more. It was just amazing! . Honestly, I was sorry I booked Disney tickets. I wanted to spend more time enjoying the house.

Definitely necessary I will take notes because there are a lot of different remotes, whenever it comes to operating things like a hot tub, Certain lights in the backyard and everything else …TV sound system.
The pool is lovely you won’t rub out of things to do at this house it was a great place for me and my friends to hang out after a night out .
I would definitely book again in a heartbeat.

Great home and people. Were lucky enough to meet both Don and his daughter Dawn. They were great and very attentive. The home is perfect for a nice and fun getaway. Pool and hottub were great and Don was super communicative prior to our arrival and had both heated and ready to go upon arrival. Ton of other things to do in this lovely home with that awesome pool table in the main room. The bar in there is so cool !!! Tiki theme around the backyard and home are very inviting and relaxing. Family had a great time and we will be back to enjoy the home again. Great host and home can not say enough about him and his home. And just in case you were wondering the pictures do not do it justice it really is a great spot!!
Congrats to Don by the way, he and his son finished 2nd at a cornhole tournament that weekend and were playing the finals again the next night...still checked in to make sure we were good and made time for us!! 10/10!!!

Nice home with lots of activities in the house as advertised. No need to venture out, but if you do, minutes from shopping centers and lots of fun outdoor activities. The owner, Don, was very personable and very responsive. Two things I would caution renters 1) make sure to leave the house exactly as-is (literally). I was fined additional cleaning fees by not putting away the dishes and dirty linen left on the floor in the washer/dryer room. This was odd to me as I did not partied in the house and the dishes were washed VERY well but left in the dishwasher. As for linens, many homes I rented would ask soil linens to be left near the washer. 2) Not a good place for people who have seasonal allergies.
That being said, each home has its own rules which should be respected. My fault for not reading the fine prints. I did not contest the additional charges and still feel positive on the vacation home.

Everything was spotless and well maintained. We were able to decorate for the rehearsal dinner and host 50 people easily in the backyard. It was a perfect spot for our family and other wedding guests to stop by and just hang out. The backyard was beautiful and we were able to sit and relax outside in the shade, swim when it was hot, and jacuzzi when it was cold. The firepit was the perfect ending to every night. There were many different things to do which were wonderful since the age of our "guests" ranged from 9 months to 90 years. The host could not have been more kind and professional at the same time. He was ready to help at a moment's notice but otherwise left us alone in our "home". Everyone complimented the grounds and home. I was proud to host my family and my son's future family. Don is amazing and so is his home. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to come back

If the deposit feels like a red flag, you've got good intuition! Owner petty and looking for any reason to keep your money. Overstate your guest count for 2 reasons: 1. Marginal difference in total amount at initial vrbo booking, but owner will charge you arm and a leg for each additional person (he has cameras everywhere and he watches them), 2. Owner calculates arbitrary "utility usage allowance per person", anything over his "number" he takes out of your deposit. I shielded family from the crazy all week so they had a good time. I did NOT: was following everyone and turning off lights, AC, pool/hot tub all week, feeling uneasy under all the cameras in my bathing suit because I got a very uneasy feeling from owner. End of the day, he claimed my entire deposit because he confused me with another renter he was in conflict with, had this 6 mo preggo mama freaking out for an entire day before he reversed the claim, he still kept a portion which he never accounted for. Didn't even fight him on that bit because I was so tired of dealing with him. Such a shame because the house and grounds were lovely, but owner is not worth the hassle! Plenty of houses with pools and hot tubs in SoCal!

My family and I recently stayed here June for my nieces graduation party. So, I’ve never rented a house before on VRBO this is my 1st time. After I paid and booked my stay for 5 nights. Don and I have been texting and talking on the phone, about numbers of guest, I mistakenly added less guest (I didn’t know how to go back to change it) so Don, said “it’s ok, just bring cash for extra guests) which I did. Long story sort. The property is beautiful, it’s nice and clean. The whole time my family and I was there, he’ll pop up. Only once he gave me a heads up. The other time he’ll come water his plants. While intoxicated had to grab him a few time almost falling into the pool. Long story short. If you’re planning on staying here, just know he’ll make up story’s and keep your deposit and damages fee. I’m getting authorities Involved and my lawyer is building a case to have him shut down. He have plenty of criminal charges that us (renters) should be aware of. The only damage I had, when my son ran into the screen. Didn’t brake it, the screen wire just need to be fixed. That’s an easy fix, just line it back in there, I told him my husband can fix it. He insisted, it’s no big deal, he’ll take care of it (free of charge) then he comes the next day. Said I owe him 😡😡. He Offer us weed (li how professional is this guy) that’s what drew the line. I ended up checking out a day early. Saturday night I had my family and I cleaned for 4hr straight top to bottom. Mopped, scrubbed also vacuumed etc. I probably did more than others renters. Only so it’ll be less work for him. Then he wasn’t happy with that. We washed all his towels. Only left our beddings behind, then I get hit. Why is there so much sheets for him to wash. My experience was HORRIBLE!! I just want to warn everyone out there. I just WANT my deposit/damages back. I paid for 5 nights, do I get my refund Since I stayed 4 nights?? I’ve emailed to corporate, no response yet.

Property met and exceeded my expectations. In light of the coronavirus outbreak, I expressed my concern with Don and he assured me that the house would be disinfected top to bottom and left us sanitizing wipes just in case. The lighting at night in the backyard was beautiful. Our doggies had a great time running and playing in the fenced backyard. I can't wait to stay here again with more family. Thanks again Don!

My husband and I stayed here with my mom for a couple of days mid April. When we arrived we were able to meet Don in person, he is very nice and accommodating. He showed us around and explained how things worked around the house. He did warn us, but careful of the tricky step, it'll get ya. The house was clean, located in a good neighborhood. It was only a couple miles away from places to eat, like the Spaghetti factory and Cheesecake factory. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this house with a large group. My parents, my aunt and uncle, and my husband and our 2 toddler children stayed at this house for 5 nights. The host, Don, is amazing and it truly felt like family by the time we had exchanged emails had met in person. Wonderful guy. The house was perfect, as my children played in the pool all day and the adults could sit in the hot tub at night. Everyone had their own "space" so we didn't ever feel like we were on top of each other. We were very close to everything as well, including Disneyland. Great location. Cant wait to go back. Would highly recommend this property!

Don is very nice and helpful, and ee had a great time here. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, but the best part is out back. Pool, hot tub, BBQ grill and a smoker. We really enjoyed the every afternoon breeze. The landscaping is great, and we enjoyed guacamole made with avacados from the tree out back. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in a beautiful home . We were close to our daughter and son-in-law wedding venue. This house was perfect for entertaining . We held a bridal shower at the house and all the wedding party prepared for the ceremony at the home. Our host was gracious and attentive . Home well stocked with all one should ever need.

The owner is really good at getting back to you with any concerns or questions. Unfortunately it was cold when we were there so we did not use the pool or hot tub. The property is really nice. I felt completely at home. The pool table and dart board were really fun. The house is very spacious and the back yard is an entertainers paradise. We has two young children and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We wanted to host our daughter's university water polo team for dinner on their California tour in "our home" and we chose this home to represent that place (since we know the team won't be playing in Canada). We stayed for 5 nights (originally planned for 4 but we were lucky to add a fifth instead of going to a hotel) and we hosted the team and all of the families travelling to see team for a meal on our second evening in the house. We were able to cook for 50 and our buffet was served on the patio under the lanai. All of the families were amazed that this was not our own home because it seemed to have all we needed. (We rented a few tables and chairs for the yard and patio.) Then for the rest of the trip this was our base for travel to Claremont, Pomona, Redlands, Yorba Linda, and of course, Riverside. Thanks Donald and Debbie for providing such a great place for us to call home. We have one more spring break trip that our daughter and her team will be taking to this area in 2016 and we hope to be back in Riverside next spring.

Had a great time staying in this beautifully deocrated home! The details inside and out truly made it feel like home! Loved being able to sit outside by the pool and enjoy the weather. Tha landscaping was so miticulous too! Don the owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable!

We came in from Colorado to warm California for our son's wedding. We needed a house big enough to handle our family that would be coming and going. This place was perfect. It has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and two baths. It has all the things one would need for a stay in Calif. It will sleep 6 in the 3 beds, 2 on the blowup mattress and the rest sleep on the sofas downstairs. Older people may have trouble going up and down the stairs. My wife and I are 69 and we did fine. The location was great for us because the wedding was just down freeway and it kind of centralize everything. The house was clean and everything worked and was up to date. We wanted for nothing.
I saw Don and his wife when we got there and talked to him once on the phone, to explain the spa & pool, and that was it, the house was that well keeped up. Oh, and thanks for getting me out of that parking ticket when we first got their, sweet.
We all loved the place and we would stay there again. Don Thank you for a great time and God Bless.

We stayed for 10 days (9 nights) and could not have been happier. The house is really great. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Between the hot tub, pool, big screen tv, pool table, and darts, there's no shortage of entertainment when you're home. All three beds upstairs are very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and spacious, with plenty of towels.
Donald is extremely helpful and makes himself available to you anytime. Needless to say, for the price, comfort, and amenities, this house really can't be beat.

We held a friend's bachelorette party here and it was wonderful! The house was stocked full of everything we needed to entertain ourselves - hot tub, pool, fire pit, bbq, pool table. Don, the owner, was wonderful from planning to leaving. They had towels, amenities, etc. for our stay which were really nice touches.
One odd thing was when Don's son dropped by to pick up equipment. However, he ended up showing us how to use all the fire pit, bbq etc, and even brought down the extra mini fridge for our use. Very nice owners and great house. Would definitely come back to stay when we are back in the area! Thanks!

The house and the backyard were absolutely beautiful. All we needed was groceries. Don was available for any questions. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were a great way to relax after our long days at the theme parks. We had a great time and are already thinking about the next time we visit.

This is an absolutely beautiful home...the pictures don't really do it justice. We loved that there was a smoker, we have a competition grilling team and smoked a wonderful pork shoulder for pulled pork dinner for family and friends. There is everything you need here for an awesome vacation. Already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Our family stayed in this lovely home for my granddaughters high school graduation get together! We had a small gathering of her friends for a pool/pool party...They went from swimming pool to playing pool! The house is perfect for family gatherings...swimming, jacuzzying, BBQing, gaming! We had a great time! Very well maintained, with everything that is needed! Can't say enough about our stay!

If you are looking for the ABSOLUTE PERFECT home away from home while vacationing in California, YOU NEED TO STAY HERE!!! My husband and I, AND our four small children stayed here for 10 days. The pictures just don't do enough for this home. It is soooooo much more spectacular than they are able to show. Everything is beyond perfect here, from the layout of the home, to the inviting and exciting backyard! What more could you want? Don and Debbie, have their own HILTON right here. AWESOME furnishings, comfy beds, top-notch apliances, surround sound inside and out make this the place to be. Our boys had soooo much fun playing in the pool, they actually chose to pass on Disney to spend more time in the pool. Have I mentioned the Master suite yet??? It alone needs its own zipcode!! All the decor is modern, warm and inviting. If you are looking to stay in the Inland Empire, you NEED to call Don!!!! Don....Debbie, you two are the best. My brother and I recently rented the house for about one week. The house is situated in the beautiful hills above Norco, CA, and on a clear day we had amazing views of snow-capped mountains in the distance. Don was awesome and made the process as easy as possible. We had a great time and are intending to come back next year!

Wow!!! We moved to Maine in June 2011. This was our first trip back home since the move. I contacted Don through VRBO and we had several conversations leading up to the rental of his home. Don was great to work with and his home is in great condition offering a lot of different things to do. We have a huge family and entertained a couple of nights throughout our 11 day stay. There was something for everyone......Play Pool, sit by the fire outside, go into the spa.....the house has a great layout and is comfortable for both living and entertaining. My wife and I were completely blown away by the comfort of the beds in the house.....if they fit in a siut case, I may have taken a mattress!!

We gathered at Don K's place to celebrate Christmas with our adult children and grandchildren. Our daugher lives close by so we chose this location. Very convenient to/from the Ontario airport. We flew in from Chicago. We enjoyed the family room with a decorated Christmas tree provide by Don K along with holiday lighting around the outside of the house. The sound system, DVR, and flat screen TV gave us hours of enjoying our favorite Christmas CDs and DVDs that we brought with us, but their is also a large inventory in the house. The kitchen was well equipped...my daughter made several of her favorite recipies...the addition of a blender would be nice. We also enjoyed the use of the gas grill, the in-ground hot tub and the pool table. The house was furnished in a very "kid friendly" way...we didn't worry about our grandchildren breaking something. The beds were good. Christmas Day we hiked up the "hills" behind the house and had a terrific view of the surrounding area. The neighborhood seemed safe and had grocery stores at a convenient distance. The dogs barking nearby, sometimes throughout the night, was a bit anoying. However, we all concluded we had a great time and found the house to be a fun and accommodating place to be together.
