El Manitou Lodge, pintoresco y conveniente en Telluride, junto al río San Miguel, encarna el espíritu de ciudad de esquí que puso a Telluride en el mapa.

From booking to arriving to leaving everything was amazing. Hospitality was absolutely the best. Highly recommend.

This property is outdated, the furnishings, carpet, kitchenet (didn't even have a microwave). The whole unit was smaller than the pictures made it look. The shower is so small (2.5 x 2.5) we had a hard time showering and we are all thin people. For what I paid to rent this unit I was very disappointed!

Great location in Telluride. Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely would go back and recommend to others.

Could not ask for a better location in town. You can walk to everything, ski lift, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. Sit on the deck and enjoy the river flowing just outside the door. We stayed two nights, next time we will make it longer.

The iron was also a little concerning due to the noises it was making. Overall, it appears the space needs some renovations and updates and yet we still enjoyed our stay!

This property is in a great location - within walking distance of everything in Telluride and only a block away from the free gondola. This cozy apartment was the perfect location for four adults and a two-night getaway in Telluride. Open the windows and doors to hear the babbling creek, while within walking distance to the greenway, hiking, gondola, restaurants and shopping.

Great Location Property
Overall was an awesome stay, walking distance from the gondola and downtown amenities. However, many of the kitchen appliances didn’t work as they should, and the space was advertised to have hot tub access which was not available for the duration of our stay. Also, the phone tree options to get in touch with the office staff was not working correctly and it was difficult to get in touch over the phone. Otherwise, this space was very quaint, clean and perfect for our group. The location really can’t be beat, and the views surrounding are breathtaking. With a few adjustments we would most definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Tride and this property was a big part of that! The location, and amenities were very fitting to all our needs. I will definitely be booking this same location again.

Excellent location and option for the price
This is a great little unit. Pluses are definitely the location, views, and access to things (especially the lift for skiing). The unit is small, but cozy and perfect for our little family of 3. Bathroom, kitchen and unit in general were cleaned as expected... my reason for giving it a 3 star on cleanliness (and hopefully this will be received constructively to improve services) is that things like the stored blankets and bathrobes (which we needed because it was cold!) were very dirty with hair, food, stains on them. I hope this helps the prop manager add that to the check list between visits. All that said, I would recommend this place as a cozy place with character that is A+ for location if you are looking for something simple and affordable. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Early ski season
I had a great experience with this property. Loved the location (very close to the ski lifts), the common area is cozy, and our room was very nice. Everything about the room was bijou, but efficient. Great spot, nice people! Thank you!

Quick Summer Stay - Excellent Location
The little condo was perfect for my friend and I on a quick, no-frills, two night stay. Location was excellent - right on the river path and a stone's throw from anywhere in town.
Communication was a little dicey - some of the instructions provided were contradictory as to requirements but didn't cause us any issues. My friend left his charger in the unit when we left, and after reaching out to the property management has still not received any word back.
Finally, the unit was pretty cold with the heat not working. We were warm enough sleeping, but sitting in the unit was a bit uncomfortable. My sense is that the building heat wasn't on, but none of the materials on the unit seemed to indicate why ours wasn't working. If it had been colder, I'd have reached out but we just dealt with it.
Overall, hard to beat the value of this unit and would recommend. Thanks!

Nice little stay in a great location
Manitou is a great location to stay in Telluride. The unit was a little small but clean, well provisioned and comfy. Unfortunately due to COVID the breakfast was not served. I will consider this place for my next stay in Telluride.

The location was perfect, we walked to restaurants, gondola, and hiked/bikes right from the trail in front of our condo. I was hoping for a room a little more updated but it was great for the price.

Close to the Town Park so walking to and from the condo was easy on the nice river trail. The bakery is a 2 minute walk for the room so fresh morning treats are within reach.

Cramped space and poor parking
Property is conveniently located near the downtown area. Unfortunately one must street park in a specific area - shortage of space. One must also haul their bags over a footbridge to get to the property. Low ceilings on the second floor and cramped bed arrangements make this tolerable of r sleeping but not much else if you're in your rental.

Summers in telluride
Manitou lodge is a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a great added service AND especially the fresh baked goodies AND afternoon cookies! This is the second year we have stayed here. Definitely would again. Convenient to everything!

Very nice little condo
Very nice little place right on the stream. The walking path along the backside of Telluride is right outside the door of the lodge. It's less than 2 blocks from the gondola (a free and beautiful ride over to Mountain Village) and to a good hike up to Bear Creek Falls. Also only 2 or 3 blocks walk to the main street of town. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was nicely updated, and there is a small kitchen with a mini fridge and stove top. There is a coffee maker, but remember to bring coffee filters with you. The hot tub is very nice and much needed after a good hike. Great place to have a long weekend and take in a beautiful town!

This place is small, cute and perfect for a family vacation. Manitou Lodge was surprisingly much nicer than expected. The location is perfect! Loved it. The host was amazing! Would stay again.

Super cute
This place was the perfect size for a little weekend getaway. It is on the second floor and has a loft that includes the two beds. It was walking distance to everything in downtown Telluride, which made life easy. The place was clean and well taken care of. We would stay here again.

Overall a positive experience due to the super helpful staff at Telluride Alpine Lodging and the super friendly staff at the Lodge itself. Breakfast too was much appreciated and of a good quality. Location is great for accessing the lifts and downtown bars and restaurants.
Here are things to contemplate if you are considering staying at the Manitou Lodge in the future. Parking is a big hassle because there are no dedicated spaces associated with the Manitou Lodge. I ended up parking our vehicle several blocks away. The units are old and share a common and noisy hallway.

Cosy close to lifts
Very homey small condo next to stream and lifts. Very quiet in the building and since it is on the other side of the stream there are no cars or traffic noise, Breakfast and hot tub were great. The kitchen is tiny and doesn't have much storage, but it works fine for simple cooking. Besides you get breakfast in the winter as part of the rental, You do have to haul your gear in a ways, which could be awkward if you don't pack well.

Very dusappointed - Stay somewhere else!!
First of all it was 62 degrees inside when we arrived. Despite turning up the thermostat all the way, it NEVER got warmer than 68 in the room.
The wifi never worked either despite NUMEROUS attempts, causing extreme inconvenience.
And to make matters worse, the refrigerator does not work properly, and FROZE our breakfast food into a solid, unusable ice block that had to be thrown out.
We weren't expecting a high end luxury resort but we did expect to have working internet, a heated room, and for the fridge to not ruin our food. We left at 8am to be in a warm car.
Stopped in to the office and explained all the above to the agent and the only response I got was"sorry". Unbeleiveable.
I never write bad reviews and I travel a lot so this was a real disappointment.

Amazing Town People and Mountain. Only little thing I would say badish was the Hot Tub was too hot and you could stay in it very long.
