Pictures do not do this place justice. Sparkling clean, House rules written by my Mom I felt :) Some of the homely house rules: No clothes on the floor, No shoes inside, No eating in carpeted area, Heater to be used only between 21-23 degrees. Loved these essentially, helped keep the kids inline as well. :D Breakfast cereals were great, Bread, Butter and Milk was provided. This was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. Very comfortable beds and clean beddings. Big smart TV had netflix and youtube as well. Master bedroom has Ensuite, plus the bath and toilets are separate for the guest washroom. This house is a full 4 bedroom house. Backyard area is good, BBQ is provided, even a bike to ride if you want is there.

Room heaters need to be provided, or carry them yourself as rooms can get chilly and kids usually throw off the blankets. Way around is to keep two of the reverse cycle heaters on all night. This is waste of energy but necessary. No issue for adults. The hot water is a bit odd, in the morning it's all good, but in the evening, we had the kids take a bath in the bathtub and the water after that was consistently barely warm or cold in the shower and throughout the house. But went back to normal in the morning. It didn't seem to be an electric heater but maybe that is what it was. Ants in the kitchen area, as it is an old house. Spoiled a bit of our open food items, nothing major. We were more cautious. Recommend the host gives a vacuum cleaner, as for long stays it's much easier to clean up after kids. All in these are all minor issues, not worth a negative review, but something to consider when you book.

The place is cozy. A lot of freebies with food and toiletries. Good space.

There is no option of heating/portable heater for the Master’s bedroom.

Continental Breakfast supplied. Had all the necessities and more with a wide selection of cereals and condiments.

All the pillows were thick ones. I personally prefer thin ones!

A little far out of town

the breakfast was awesome, one meal we didn't have to worry about. A good variety. the location was not near the street but had our own car and drove anyway.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else great host and location. Big fan.
