there was an error with their systems. because of this, they did not process our booking and they were fully booked. They drove us to another location and the owner was very sorry and super nice.

Our booking was not correctly processed by them and they relocated us to a place that was very bad. It felt like the place was ready to be taken apart. luckily the owner of the place was a very nice person, but other than that we did not enjoy the relocation.

Beautiful accommodations! Lovely staff and very tasty breakfast.

The cottage is a bit loud as the walls are very thin; you can hear every word of the person in the next room.

Everything, the room was amazing and very clean, the shower had great pressure and warm water that didn't run out, the staff were incredible and so kind and helpful. We rented a bike through them and had no problems and also did laundry. 10/10 would recommend, it's one of the best places we've stayed at during our SEA tour. Oh and the pool is very clean and most of the time felt almost like it was private pool because we were the only ones there.

If I had to give some critical feedback I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, currently I think you can only get veg fried rice and toast with jam which was great but just wish there were more options but would still stay here again! Oh and the walls are quite thin in the cottages at the front of the property.

I loved having my breakfast outside my room. It was impossible to read at night due to no reading light. The shower May need a tune up. Ir sends water in all directions. But I loved my stay at Seken Cottages and if ever come back to Ubud, that’s my choise!!

Staff were friendly and the pool was nice.

We were transferred to another place called 'Lili House' because they had double booked the room we ordered several weeks ago. The shower didn't work and sprayed water all over the room. We ran a bath and the water was super dirty and full of sand, mud and a murky black colour. We also got food poisoning the morning we left which was immediately after breakfast at the property. This experience was not acceptable by any means. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

2 Bungalows near Swimming Pool don't have good/any (sound) insulation, so you can hear people in the room next door as well as outside / Pool area. So if you are noise sensitive you better book another room (upstairs etc ).

The location was great, very close to the main road yet far enough away to not be affected by noise pollution. The place was very quiet and peaceful. The room was mostly decently furnished. The accommodation itself seemed quite new/well-maintained. There was a nice view of the jungle from the room and balcony. The staff was nice enough. This place might be ideal for long-term stays if they offered that as it's like an apartment.

I selected a room with a bathtub only to be given a room that did not have one. I was there for a two-night stay and that was part of my plan for relaxation. They offered to change the room the next day when a room with a tub was available but did not see the point in that. The place is set up like an apartment with a very nice kitchen. The staff mentioned I could cook, but don't understand how that made sense, given the kitchen was entirely empty. Perhaps asking means they keep it somewhere else but seemed like he was reciting from a script rather than using common sense. The accommodation seemed like it had everything removed from it. There were no lamps near the end table, and basic conveniences that normally are in hotel rooms. There wasn't even a place to hang towels or put your soap in the shower. Very strange that in a place that looked nice and modern, there were these things missing. Breakfast inclusion was mediocre at best: dry toast, two eggs, a few pieces of lettuce but at least the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Finally, the 2nd morning as I was preparing to check out, I made the mistake of looking at the comforter which was sandwiched between two sheets. The blanket was absolutely filthy with stains and looked like it hadn't been washed in months. I suspect they don't usually rent the room and decided to just throw it together when getting a booking? Either way, seeing that disgusting blanket and knowing I slept with it two nights in a row was very disturbing. When mentioned to the staff, it was a casual apology. When I see a poor hygiene occurrence like that, it makes me question how clean the place/kitchen, sanitary practices really are - just because it looks clean doesn't mean it actually is!

We’ve kettle but not have a water, we’ve glass for coffee or tea but not have a tea or coffee for drink, poor for service room must be confirm if you want cleaned.
