Location, location, location The closeness to the ocean and magnificent views far outweighed minor issues. Hope to return

Could have not asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location. The view of the ocean, sunset and sunrise each day was something we looked forward to. Also, the fireworks view was incredible. The one and only thing we experienced at the beginning of our stay is our location of the condo which is directly across from the elevator. At times you could hear the people come on and off when in the bedroom. Also, the smell of the trash was below the bedroom window. It only lasted a day or so until they came and took the trash away. Otherwise, the cleanliness, design, location, comfort and view could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were available and extremely helpful with any"issues" (setting the tv up)or questions that we had. The response was immediately. We are hoping to rent again for next year 2023.

The condo was sparkling clean and very well outfitted with linens, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and appliances. The Keurig stopped working so we messaged the owner (Shashi) and she had a brand new replacement delivered the next morning. We found Shashi always available via IM and very responsive. Comfortable bed and living room and balcony furniture. Excellent location right on the beach with a great view and in the midst of shops, food vendors and restaurants. We had a great weak. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Great location and view. The bed was not very comfortable, and the unit was not super clean, but otherwise a good place.

The condo was beautiful. Well equipped and comfortable, and close to everything. You can get to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and everything along the strip within minutes. Highly recommend! Shashi was very helpful too. We would definitely go back.

We had a great week at the Sea Spray. The condo was clean and had all the amenities of home. This is a great location for the beach, restaurants and night life. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful trip here. The condo had what you needed. I appreciated having more than 2 towels, as well as capability to do laundry! The views were fantastic. People watching from the deck was our favorite. So much to do on the boardwalk, and so close to nearby states for day trips! Would definitely stay again if we come back this way. Shashi answered any questions we had right away.

You cannot beat this location! It is right across the ocean and views are amazing. We were very paranoid about traveling especially with little kids in this covid environment, but the apartment was very clean when we arrived and the kids loved the location and stay!

The view is perfect!! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Would definitely stay again!

We actually didn’t end up in this particular condo as there was a water leak so we were put in her other one on third floor. Clean and convenient location.

The condo was very nice, bed comfortable and furniture in good shape. Equipped with everything you need to stay at beach, except the chairs and umbrella. We didn’t cook, so many nice places to eat. Be prepared for noise and traffic as you are right on the boulevard. Biggest issue was the cable was not working in the main room. Called/texted the owner and when she did answer she was away on family emergency, overseas. I did call the cable company to see if problem could be taken care of remotely, no luck and because owner overseas there was no resolution to problem as they are the only ones that can request service visit. If watching TV is high on your list it might be an issue.

This was a perfect location and the views are beautiful! Convenient to restaurants and shops. The condo has just what you need to sit back and enjoy.

Unit was fairly clean when we arrived, location as mentioned is great. A few items, wash cloths, etc. were missing but no big deal. Being avid NFL fans, one of the first things we did was turn on the TV to find the correct stations. Surprise!, No TV or Internet. Shot a text to the owner who called back, then was put on a conference call with the cable company for two hours! Not a way to start a short stay when you have to waste that much time. Finally, the day before we were scheduled to leave, the owner, Sashi, called and said that she had lost their cleaner and could we clean before we left. I said we would, and the morning of our departure we did just that. Because their dryer is so slow, we could only wash and dry the bed sheets and pillow cases, and not the towels. Not wanting to leave wet towels in the washing machine we piled them on it. Dished were put in the dishwasher and run, and the rest of the unit was left in great condition. When we arrived back home, Sashi sent us a message complaining that the towels weren't washed and that the clean dishes were left in the dish washer. I'm sorry but we paid a lot of money to stay there and we wen't hired to be maids. .

First time in 30 years we go to Hampton Beach so late in the season! Most of the stores were closed but we were there to rest! The condo is perfect. the view is amazing. We would go again for sure.

The appartment was great. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, 4th floor, secure, and close to everything. On our first day, Internet and TV weren't working, but Shashi solves the problem quickly, it was appreciated. All the other amneties work pretty well, A/C also works well. Every room in the appartment was clean and matches the description, except for the bedroom. It was really dirty under the bed (we didn't let our baby play on the floor in that room), and the bed was very, very noisy. On the second day, I decided to thighten the base, it was less noisy, but clearly, the bedroom doesn't fit for the rest of the appartment. We would recommand that appartment, but we think the bedroom should receive a little update. Thanks to the owner, we had a really great stay overall.

Very beautiful place and we enjoyed every moment

My husband and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Very spacious, great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Good security in the building and private parking was a plus. Perfect view on the balcony to watch the fireworks. We would go back for another stay.

This is our 2nd year at the Sea Spray Condo's and it is a wonderful place to stay! The unit is nicely furnished and the view of the ocean each morning is amazing. Can't ask for a better location! Shashi, the owner, was very helpful when we ran into issues the first day with the internet and got everything resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend this unit!

We enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo is lovely and we enjoyed the kitchen especially. It is beautiful as well as highly functional. We enjoyed staying & eating in some nights to enjoy just sitting on the wonderful view from the balcony. I loved the sunrises and everything the balcony gave us during our stay. We enjoyed the closeness of everything on the boardwalk, and especially enjoyed the fabulous view of the Wed.night fireworks. It was a great time! (I really miss it!) Lisa Kelly Thompson

Our family absolutely loved our summer vacation at this condo. We have a 2 and 6 year old and it was a perfect location for them. It was also safe and close to everything. The condo was very clean and modern. Shashi was attentive and always responded to questions. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.

Wonderful ,weather was great ,worth driving from upstate New York just to go out to eat.condo has everything ,bed very comfortable, balcony, private parking is a big deal @ Hampton beach . My husband and I were fortunate to rent this lovely condo for the month of December while we were in New England for the holidays. The condo is new and has very nice furnishings. I loved the well appointed kitchen, and the big screen TV. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed daily walks on the beach. Since it was off season, it was quiet, which we enjoyed. We were able to drive in to Boston in about 45 minutes, and also drove North to Kennebunk, ME in less than an hour. This property was clean, and comfortable, we had no problems, and will rent here again. The owner was very easy to coordinate with!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Hampton Beach, thanks to this beautiful condo and the wonderful owners. Everything was just as it is pictured. The location is perfect, and being on the fourth floor, you can enjoy ocean views and the sounds of the waves without too much noise from the street. The owners made every effort to guarantee we had a great stay, and even sent us a text to make sure everything was to our liking. I would recommend this condo 100%.
