Location was excellent, short Uber ride to Broadway. Communication with owner was outstanding. Check in and out process easy to follow and complete.
Couple items in the home need fixed or updated but nothing more than typical wear and tear stuff. Plenty of space for a two bedroom.

Attended concert @ Bridgestone Arena. Not an easy walk from condo. Location safe and easy access to interstate and Broadway via car. Condo nice and had enough room for 4 adults. Nice to have ROKU and upgraded subscriptions. Nice to have full kitchen. Some suggested improvements: refrigerator needs to be leveled, rust in tub/shower cleaned, hand/towel bar in tub replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely condo. Not only was it perfectly equipped with all we could need, it was beautifully decorated and spotless. The pool, which was a short walk from our building, was delightful. The ease in and out of the secure building and the safety of the parking garage was excellent!
Just a short Uber drive from Broadway, this home was a perfect spot for our getaway with friends! We would definitely stay here again!

We (4 adults) enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. Nicely decorated and very comfy, we loved this as our home base. The 6th floor location is a bonus with access to the roof top deck for lounging and talking. Nice walk to bars and restaurants! Uber’s easy to get when we went exploring other neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay!

Only 1 thing I feel needs to be made clear is that the pool in the pictures is not attached to this building. It is at the
building next door. You have access to it and it is just a 2 minute walk but renters should be aware of this. Thanks for a great 5 days.

We travelled to Nashville with friends to enjoy the music and all the fun that Nashville brings with it. We were all thrilled when we entered the apartment. The view is spectacular. The windows let in so much light and the open floor plan makes the place so roomy. It was great that we could park in the garage without paying a fee.
The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a big plus, since we had been on the road.
The weather cooperated, so we were able to walk to the Museum and to bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, and the layout of the bedrooms on each side of the condo was great and didn’t make us feel like we were in each others space. The condo was a perfect location for the activities we planned on Broadway, the Opry, and other spots downtown. It was just a short Lyft ride wherever we needed to go. Our only suggestion is we wished there was a mirror somewhere other than the two bathrooms :)

This is an absolutely wonderful location for a fun time in Nashville. There are two bedrooms on opposite ends of condo each with private baths. Everything you need is in the condo for cooking, laundry, etc. Beds were very comfortable. This unit on the 6th floor provides a lovely view of downtown and surroundings. The neighborhood is very nice. The walk is probably between 1/2-3/4 of a mile -- very easy. Confession: I had forgotten several sweaters I inadvertently left in the closet. When I realized this a day later (and a state farther), I called the owner. He was very kind to allow a relative to stop in to pick up the forgotten items. His cleaning staff had placed them in storage -- still on their hangars. To the owners, thank you so much! The next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely be booking this unit again! If this unit is available for your trip, book it now.

Property is exactly as depicted in pictures. Very comfortable size for family of 3-4. Little concerned about granite extension of kitchen island and two metal support legs that were floating and not fixed to granite or the floor; accident waiting to happen. Location was great for us in relation to Broadway since we enjoy walking. There were a couple of “ant sightings” by entry door and in the second bedroom. More ice trays or ice maker would be nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location near Broadway was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to the vibrant surroundings. One of the highlights for us was the hassle-free parking right by the entry doors, making our arrival and departure a breeze.
The presence of elevators was a game-changer, simplifying the process of loading in and out with ease.
An unexpected delight was the old chimney tower on the property. Lit up at night, it served as a charming beacon, guiding us back home at the end of each evening. This unique feature added a touch of magic to our stay.

Fantastic place for four 50 year old women. We had space, plenty of bathroom amenities and easy for relaxation in between all the running around. Great location for walking to the action and easy to drive in and out of.

The apartment was very sharp and exactly as depicted! Short burner rides to where ever you needed to go. Cool rooftop common space and only 15 mins to airport. You will need a trip to Whole Foods when you arrive to get coffee milk water and snacks if needed. Really easy to reserve, stay and pay! Would rent again to see everything that we didn’t get a chance to do. We were there for 4 nights! Thanks!
