The house is laid out in such a way that everyone could find a quite place when needed as well as large open spaces for our family to gather for games and movies. Ryan was amazing. He answered all my questions quickly and provided service immediately. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and agree it was the perfect place.

We absolutely loved our stay. We got married this past weekend and rented the space for all of our friends to stay with us. We were having issues with the dishwasher working, I reached out to the owner & he had maintenance come right out & it was just a breaker that needed to be switched. Communication was great and the space was perfect to spend time with friends and celebrate.

We had our ladies retreat for a Ladies of Grace group. The house was perfect for 25 of us and we had the best time. The house had all the amenities we needed. We brought an extra coffee pot because there are so many of us. Maybe the house could have two coffee pots. But other than that it was wonderful. the beds were soft and nice. Everybody had a wonderful things to say. The one thing that we wished was different was the parking situation. for such a huge house that sleeps 27, it's obvious that there would be multiple vehicles. We had to shuttle people back-and-forth to the airport parking lot, which is the only lot that handles overnight parking. If something different could be arranged for parking then I could give this home five stars. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend though. 😊😊😊

Overall the house was wonderful. Lacked some general maintenance, the steam room controls were broken thus rendering it useless. The ice maker in the kitchen was broken. The theater room was very difficult to get operational. Parking was tight but worked out ok. The house was clean and spacious. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the top of the gondola. Breckinridge itself is a magical place to visit.

We were searching for a property that would accommodate 17 adults and 6 children for a week-long birthday celebration. Ski Castle fulfilled that requirement. The view from the main deck is breath taking. Enjoying the sunrise over the mountains was a special treat. The property has aged and there were minor issues that did not impact our overall satisfaction. Each family had their private space. The sizes of the main living room, kitchen and dining areas permitted everyone to gather for celebrations and activities. The video room was a favorite spot for younger family members. Recently installed hardwood flooring and new furniture in the living room and kitchen eating area improved the appearance throughout the house. Special recognition is due to Ryan, the Property Manager and David, his maintenance supervisor. Both responded quickly when we had questions or required assistance. Overall, our week in the Ski Castle was enjoyed by all.

It was a great place for our family reunion. The only problem was lack of floorplan for the home made it really hard to plan where people were to sleep. Also, the number of beds in each room was not exactly what was in the description. We talked to Ryan a couple of times and he was very responsive, though his maintenance person was not able to repair the refrigerators, one, by the downstairs bar, that would not get cold enough, and the other, in the main kitchen, that would not make ice.

My wife and I rented this property for a celebration of our 60th anniversary and a family vacation. We chose the property for the number of bedrooms to accommodate our families from Arizona and Florida. Everyone was able to find a bedroom and accommodations that worked for everyone. The grandsons were able to find hiking trails close to the property and it is an easy drive down the hill to the town. It was enjoyable to sit on the upper deck to enjoy the view of the mountain. The whirlpool was used daily. The formal dining room has a large table. We used the big table in the kitchen and everyone kinda of rotated positions in the pretty good sized kitchen table.Overall everyone was satisfied with our stay at this property. Ryan was quick to answer emails and solved our parking problem.Great property that we would rent again and recommend to our friends.

The property was just as listed and as previous renter’s comments. The house was huge with plenty of space. The only issues were the stove didn’t operate properly. It was gas and had to be lit by matches. The ice maker didn’t work and there were lots of light bulbs out so the kitchen area was extremely dark. We were able to replace bulbs so we could see. Finding the right light switches was extremely challenging as well.
With all that said, it was perfect for our group and I would rent again. We had no issues with the neighbors which you are warned about repeatedly. We were nervous as we had to use part of her driveway to get turned around due to the deep snow and piles left by the piles.
We had daily visits from a fox family! They were beautiful.

Our long weekend trip to Breckenridge was amazing and this house had everything our party of 20 could have asked for. Quick and easy access to the slopes, plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained when at home, and enough beds for everyone to find a place to lay their head down just in time to do it all again the next day. We will definitely be back!

Just check the pictures, everything is what it looks like. Very fun stay and very easy to ski in and ski out (only about a 30 yard walk) and the shuttle in to town is about a 4 minute walk that is very helpful since we didn't have a car.
We couldn't quite get the boot warmers to work or the sound in the theater room to work, but frankly that could have been user error.
Otherwise, great trip. We had 17 people total and fit comfortably. I had a humidifier in my room which was appreciated.

We had 24 people stay. 6 families. 12 adults. 12 kids. It was the perfect size for all of us to have plenty of room. The kitchen and living room were great for entertaining and the rest of the house was great for the kids to run around. Perfect location for ski in/out on 4 o’clock run. The sauna does not work so that was disappointing. And the hot tub stopped working as well and only about 85 degrees. But I think someone was in the process of trying to fix it when we left.

We fit 24 friends easily, and the location was perfect for us to walk to the Nordic center for a wedding.

This house has lots of space for a large group. It accommodated our group of 25 easily. Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. One large kitchen met our needs. The downstairs bar/kitchen was also very useful. Home has some age and not immaculate but worked great for our family reunion. Great views, close to the shuttle route. Only complaint is the parking - only five spaces. We had to park our sixth vehicle in overnight lot near the airport. Highly recommended.

Lots of space for a large group
This house has lots of space for a large group. It accommodated our group of 25 easily. Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. One large kitchen met our needs. The downstairs bar/kitchen was also very useful. Home has some age and not immaculate but worked great for our family reunion. Great views, close to the shuttle route. Only complaint is the parking - only five spaces. We had to park our sixth vehicle in overnight lot near the airport. Highly recommended.

Ski Castle Satisfaction
Gorgeous house. Well maintained and super clean. Amenities included were perfect for every type of person: theater room, steamroom, pool table, bar, hot tub, grill,etc. Close to downtown, trails everywhere and beautiful views. We hope to stay here again!

Too expensive for what it is

The house was very expensive for what it is. Dirty towels, and other stuff. With a lot of broken stuff. Someone enter the house and a ring and 3 more things dissapear . They enter the house without letting us know when. Definitely not staying again.

Perfect location
Amazing location for ski in ski out to Peak 8. House is huge. Interior is a little dated for the location and cost. But if that doesn’t bother you it’s ideal.
