Our family usually vacations in the outer banks and recently Hilton Head Island. For reasons I won't bore you with this year we were not able to do this. Years ago I saw a fishing special on ESPN that took place in Crystal River and have wanted to visit there ever since.
This area is spectacular! Lots to do and see and if you don't want to do anything at all you can just sit in the shade of a tremendous "oak?" that covers the whole back deck and floating dock and just relax

This was a wonderful place to stay. Wealthy was always in contact and very helpful, the place was cozy and right on the water which made it easy to get the boat in and out to the ocean. One of our best experiences!

My wife and I stayed and was truly impressed with the quiet location. We enjoyed the extra care it takes to make someone's stay pleasant. The boat docking and location to Crystal River is great. It's a short ride to the springs, dinning and the gulf. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

This is a great place to stay in Crystal River especially if you are bringing a boat. It is located on a deep water canal just off the river. There is a floating dock, water hose, fish cleaning station and power. I have a 23ft Sea Hunt, but the dock would accommodate a much larger boat. There is plenty of space to park your trailer across the street. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 7th year coming here to have a guys week and as always was outstanding! With golfing, fishing and food all close by we never wanted for anything. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. The owners were very easy to talk to and answered back quickly for any questions we had. With the addition of the 4th bedroom there is more than enough room for large families and friends to enjoy this jewel on the water. We look forward to returning next year again and making it 8 years of peace and quiet at Crystal River!

This was our third visit to this house. We love this area specifically because it is quiet. There is a lovely lanai where we can eat outside, a big tree that keeps the patio in shade in the afternoon and Crystal River itself has great places to eat and recreate.

This property is on a very peaceful canal but yet so close to the Crystal River, 3 Sisters Springs and many restaurants. We enjoyed the kayaks and being so close to Homosassa Springs as well. The host was very attentive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at your property very much. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Every time we had a question you were quick to respond. It was close to the restaurants , to Fishing, and the Manatees refuge. We would definitely use your property again and highly recommend you. Also recommend Teddy Shupe as a fishing guide. You will definitely catch a fish with him. He knows where to go and is very personable. He will even bait your hook and cast if you want. Thanks so much!!!

We had a great 5 day/4 night stay. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the hosts had every amenity you could need: toilets, fluffy towels, extra pillows, fans, games, kayaks, nice neighbors, everything. It's like staying in a cabin when you've collected all the creature comforts...but your only responsibility is to show up. Hosts communicated promptly and were friendly. It's also impressive quiet! Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it to others.

Quiet neighborhood, just right around the corner to the river via the canal....PERFECT location, the house was probably the best stocked house in my rental history with extra added touches of things that most do not have. Very much one of our best stays & we do alot of VRBO etc.

This was our 6th time staying here and for a group of guys looking for a base for golfing/fishing this has been excellent!! Never have we ever had a issue and with restaurants close by we never go hungry. We are already looking forward to next year!!!

Wealthy is the best host. All communication was quick and with humor. Wealthy, you really need to add pictures of the new deck and floating dock. The deck and screened porch is where we spent 90% of our time. The deck is beautiful. We loved docking the boat and walking into the house. We fished from the dock. Caught more catfish and sting rays than we could imagine. The house smelled and was clean. Great family trip.

This was our second stay at this property. We asked to be there a bit early and there was no problem. The area is quiet and relaxing. Two baths is very convenient. We found some great nature trails to walk and did a kayaking outing to see the manatees. A great visit.

Our family of 5 stayed here, with grandparents coming over for meals. The dock and the screened in back porch were our favorite spots!! So much outside area to sit, relax, watch some boats. The house had all the things we needed to cook meals, a fenced yard for our little dog, and plenty of outdoor space. I totally recommend this place!

Home was exactly as described on a nice quiet street. Floating dock was perfect for our boat and location was perfect for our needs. Spent the days fishing and the evenings checking out local dining. Home owners are great at communicating and willing to help with any questions. We hope to be back! Jason

We enjoyed staying at this house, it was the perfect location to get out on the River and to the Gulf. The boat ramp and deck were great, the shade tree over the deck kept the deck nice and cool, we spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck. The house has everything you need, especially if you forget anything. The owners were great with checking in and checking out, very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had the most wonderful time for our anniversary! Everything was perfect, from cleanliness to comfortable! Hosts, James and Wealthy, are, indeed, premier and gracious! We had a great time here!! It's in an excellent location- especially if you have a boat (you can rent one at Twin Rivers Marina right down the road). We played games on the game table each night amd went boating by day. We also used the kayaks provided and saw manatees, a cormorant eat an enormous catfish, wild pigs, and an otter steal a fish from a cooler on another dock! The house is stocked with everything you'll need for your fun at Crystal River!

Peaceful Crystal River
We loved the place next to a canal. The huge tree by the canal gave us shade all day. The screened porch was a real plus. We really want to come back. The neighborhood is very quiet, beds comfortable and well stocked with the staples you will need.

Great, peaceful, getaway just as advertised!
This waterfront home is modest, but perfect. Just the right amount of space for my husband and I to telework at opposite ends of the house with some privacy, and to entertain some friends over the weekend. Everything we needed was there and the back deck and screened porch were fantastic for watching the local wildlife. Every night we saw the same racoon heading to the woods from a neighbor's house - we began to look forward to seeing him. The neighborhood was great for walking. Short boat ride to several restaurants and fun things to do in town. Easy car ride to town and down to Homasassa. We could not have asked for a better place to get to know the area - we;ve already booked again next year.
