Overall the place was nice and has a great view. The patio furniture was not cleaned ([patio off the main living area, the tables were dirty) and the patio off the bedroom, the 2 chairs were dirty and cobwebs on patio railings. Also a can was left from a smoker (ashtray). The bedroom with the attached bathroom... the rug was a hazzard as the corner was flipped up and makes for easy tripping.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was very clean, had tasteful outdoorsy décor, and met all our needs. Comfy beds, lots of extra linens, stocked kitchen, cold ac, and a property manager that responded quickly when we had questions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and felt very safe. The porch has a lovely view of the sunrise in the am, and the stars at night. We were close to town, but also had open forest behind us. This was a wonderful stay!

Our location was central to all the family. Also right next to Joe Tank road and national forest. Great for hiking and birding. One thought, instead of saying cottage lane? for the location, say Bison Ridge. There is a road sign for that. Also that it is outside of Sho Low.

We truly had a wonderful time at this charming condo. It was super quiet and everything was onsite that we needed. The only trouble was we never got anything from evolve about getting into the property, etc. Therefore we reached out and we got an email a few days later with a contact number to owner. The owner was amazing and answered all of our questions and helped us get into the condo. Thankfully everything worked out with that part and we were able to get ahold of the owner prior to the trip. For those renting please use your evolve contact to get this information prior to your visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place and clean. Check in was easy and I would definitely rent it again.
Only issues in my opinion is it says non smoking but when we walked in we thought it smelled like someone had smoked in there . It was not overwhelming but you could tell.
Other issue in the checkout process is stripping the beds and cleaning dishes or you will be charged extra. We pay a cleaning fee so I don’t understand that unless the place is a total mess

We were so comfortable in this home! There was nothing it was lacking and truthfully it was beyond our expectations. AND THE VIEW!!! We were close to Fools Hollow Lake that has 4 varieties of fish and wonderful walking trails. We will be returning likely several times a year!

Very nice condo.
The condo was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, overlooking a lush, green forest. The location is good and is close to Fool Hollow Lake.
Just a note…..Using Google Maps got us lost as we were directed to the street behind the condo. I called Sue and she was able to guide s to the correct entrance.

Cozy
We work in Show Low and no longer have a cabin so we have had to stay in a hotel a lot. This was so much better. The cabin was decorated so cute.
