Villa Roc e Mar es una nueva villa sofisticada de 3 dormitorios ubicada en Toiny, una de las partes más bellas y vírgenes de St Barts. La villa de aspecto sofisticado tiene un diseño modernista suave, clásico y hermoso. La villa está diseñada alrededor de una gran piscina infinita rectangular y una amplia terraza. El edificio principal consta de un gran pasillo, sala de estar, comedor, una cocina moderna y elegante, aseo de invitados, lavandería, dormitorio principal con vestidor, baño y una gran ducha al aire libre. El edificio tiene grandes ventanas panorámicas y puertas correderas que se abren a la terraza y al área de la piscina. Un segundo edificio perpendicular alberga 2 habitaciones de invitados con camas King size y baños adyacentes también con grandes ventanas panorámicas y puertas correderas que dan al área de la piscina.

We enjoyed our time at Roc E Mar. The place checks all the boxes for us as a family. Definitely would recommend staying here if youre looking to disconnect and soak up what the environment has to offer! Very satisfied with our stay!

It seemed the owners thought of everything to make this a stellar and memorable stay on our first visit to St. Barthelemy. All of the rooms, the beds, the kitchen, the pool were absolute perfection. A great VRBO rental I would recommend to anybody. I appreciated the view of the mountains and sea from the living room window every morning. It was quieter and safer driving on this side of the island too. Wonderful housekeeping. Francois, who met us at the airport and helped to orient us to everything, could not have been more responsive. Again, I would recommend Roc E Mar villa to everyone. Thank you!!

The house was stunning, clean and beautifully finished. The view cannot be described in words, it’s incredible from inside and outside the home. The nearby Toiny hotel and beach club was also fantastic, so many great experiences while on the island. Would definitely stay at this property again

The AC never worked right, and was unable to cool the house. We were told it was out of gas, and then that it was an island issue but it ruined our vacation. If the AC is not equipped to handle the home, it should be updated, as we paid a lot of money for this home for 5 nights. Would not recommend this home because of that.

Perched on a hill in a lovely neighborhood with breathtaking views, steps away from Toiny beach and a lovely island walkway, Roc E Mar is paradise! This setting is a quick ride to Saline Beach and walking distance to the Grand Ford Beach trail to the 'The Washing Machine.' The house and pool are even more lovely than the pictures online and the staff is amazingly helpful. I would certainly return to Roc E Mar for another fabulous stay!

This beautiful Villa checked every box. The views speak for themself but it was truly breathtaking with each sunrise! Lots of space to move about freely with ample outdoor space for lounging. The beds and bedding were perfection with amazing pillows (hard to find on this island). Kitchen was fully stocked, Sonos and WiFi had zero interruption's, tons of closet space too. My family and I had a hard time leaving this home and cannot wait to return. Thank you Goran for letting us enjoy your home. And to Francois who was prompt to answer any questions we had. Roc e Mar is a stunning villa, with one of the most breathtaking views on the island. It was perfectly appointed with everything we needed during our stay, and Francois, the property manager, did a wonderful job answering any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The pictures don't do it justice! This home is spectacular and we want to come back next winter! The pool and views make this property. We also found the kitchen and bedrooms and baths to be all well appointed and very clean. The property manager and daily maid were above and beyond wonderful.
Our only note for future renters is think about renting a 4 wheel drive car because the driveway is steep and our initial rear drive car skidded getting into the gate/parking but was fine after we swapped it out for a 4-wheel drive Jeep.

The perfect stay in St. Barts!

Great villa to get away from it all
Our experience at the villa was overwhelmingly positive but there are one or two things worth knowing in advance.
On the positive front the villa has everything you might want. The views are stunning and never get old. The pool is a generous size and has equally amazing views. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. Kitchen really well appointed, WIR lovely, sofas and dining table etc all in great shape and spacious. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and to recommend it to anyone who wants to be a bit shielded from the often crazy nature of the island.
There are however a couple of things any renter should be aware of.
(I) the villa is on the other side of the island so it is quiet. You’ll need a car and, apart from one resort, there’s nothing in walking distance. This was fine for us and the distances on the island are short. Everything is 15 mins away maximum.
(II) the location can be quite windy and wild. Again didn’t bother us for our stay in June but there was significant wind which we didn’t experience in Gustavia or St Jean
(III) you need to watch the maid carefully with your clothing. She is lovely but ruined a few of our pieces of clothing by taking them and washing them at high heat making them shrink. She is also not great with security, leaving the villa unlocked on multiple occasions when she departed
(IV) finally, and I’m sure not all the owners fault but visitors need to be aware the internet on the island but particularly in the villa is very unreliable. Whilst we weren’t there for work I did try to join a couple of zoom meetings but was unable to hold a reliable connection. Signal drops frequently making watching streaming video difficult.
Overall however these are minor points in what was a really positive experience with the property.

Gorgeous stay
I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. Views are spectacular. The house is well appointed. The property manager is extremely responsive, and it’s a bonus that the housekeeper comes every day. We loved our stay so much that we’re already considering rebooking for next year.

Beautiful Villa that is BETTER than the pictures!
We enjoyed out week long stay at Villa Roc e Mar. The property is beautiful and better than the photos. The negative edge pool blends into the surrounding Anse de Toiny. Everything is well kept, and our host Francois was helpful with everything we needed.
The villa is in Toiny which is on the southeast area of the island. Each morning you will see the surfers waiting to catch a ride.
Everything in the house is comfortable, the kitchen is nicely appointed to cook any meal. Its about a 15 /20 minute drive to Gustavia. A car is mandatory!
Both the owner and host made the visit easy with excellent communication. A housekeeper worked daily and the place was immaculate.
I'd recommend the villa to friend and family and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful villa experience
Fantastic house for a relaxing family vacation. Very private with open vistas of the sea. House was spotless, modern, equipped and comfortable. Spent lots of time in place by the pool and also took advantage of the island beaches and restaurants. Communication with the owner before the stay and property manager wwhile we were there was very helpfuyl.

Peaceful, Modern, and Clean
Beautiful home with unbeatable views. House was very well kept and house manager was friendly and easy to reach when we needed him. Rooms all have their own entrances and bathrooms, so guests have privacy when they need it. I would 100% stay here again.

Breathtaking Views
Roc E Mar is breathtaking and certainly one of the most special places my husband and I have stayed. The views are spectacular. As soon as you walk through the front door you see nothing but a vast ocean. Through the large window, you can enjoy watching the rolling waves and the surfers from afar. The pool is gorgeous! The home is spectacular inside. The furnishing are nice and the kitchen modern with everything you need to cook or grill. Sidewalks make it easy to get to the beach and the nature trails from the villa. Gustavia and St. Jean are only a short drive away. I would suggest renting a car while you’re on the island. Roc e Mar is a gem. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Just so lovely!
So very happy to have had an opportunity to experience and enjoy this enormously lovely villa! The setting is stupendous with wonderful ocean views all around. The house itself Is beautiful, well organized and equipped. The full size pool was wonderful! The owner and the house manager were a pleasure to work with and so very accommodating! Amazing villa!
Our family of five enjoyed 10 days over the holidays. We could not have been more happy with our vacation. The villa is everything described and more. The views are incredible, the space is nicely laid out so everyone had plenty of room and their own space. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals at the villa. The bathrooms are spacious. We had a seamless arrival and departure and the caretaker and staff at the house were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend to others!

Great place on St Barth
Lovely home, great property manager and helpful owner. The Toiny area is a bit far from the main part where restaurants and shops are, but very good hiking and views. We like this area for those reasons. I highly recommend this property to rent.

Amazing! Can’t wait to return
Allan the property manager was amazing, met us at the ferry and brought us to the house and showed us around. The house has three master suites, perfect for 3 couples or a family. Pool and view was incredible. We grilled out a couple of nights and the house is equipped with everything you need. Location was perfect. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return

Fantastic villa
This is one of the nicest vacations and villas we have had. The manager. Allan, met us at the ferry and went with us to the car rental agency. He then took us to the property and explained things to us. He also checked on us periodically and immediately addressed any issues. The property is beautiful, clean, and has beautiful ocean views. The pool was well maintained and a lot of fun to use. We would definitely return here in the future.

Allan, property manager was most accommodating, great location away from more crowded areas of the island. Well accessorized villa with everything you need. This is a very special home with spectacular and unforgettable views.
We arrived in the evening to the wonderful Villa Roc e Mar, we immediately felt comfort in having arrived at such a beautiful home and settled in nicely. The sound of the waves and wind was spectacular, in the morning the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding areas took our breath away. We continued to appreciate them everyday of our stay. We loved the design of the house, each bedroom offers privacy and perfect comfort. Roc e Mar is very well appointed and are grateful to Goran for also having arranged a crib, high chair and baby monitor for us to use during our stay. We highly recommend villa Roc e Mar and look forward to our next visit!

Wow, wow, wow!
This was probably my 20th time on the island and staying at Roc E Mar was my absolute favorite.
This property is a fantastic. Architecturally it is a gem; it was designed with a very keen eye to space and proportion- the views are stunning from inside and out and every piece of furniture, door... is meticulously proportioned and placed. We loved the proximity to the ocean and the practically unobstructed views, it was delightful.
The service was also outstanding. From the owner to the management to the cleaner, totally impeccable.
Leaving the parking area one day there was an American woman waiting outside who said she was dying to stay here and asked our opinion.. of course we told her it was our best experience to date.
I can only give this property and management my highest recommendation. I will stop my accolades now or else VRBO clients will book it out such that I won't find any more availability :-)

Stunning & Peaceful
The views are stunning, the house is absolutely perfect, and every need we could possibly have was met while there. The villa is set in a very quiet part of Toiny, so for those who love peace, tranquility and only the sound of water and seagulls, this is the place. Plenty of room to spread out individually or to gather as a family. Fun to watch the baby goats up on the hillside in the mornings - an added treat! If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have.

Magnificent property, views, and service
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roc e Mar. The home is a peaceful retreat with all the bells and whistles expected of a luxury property. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool overlooking the sea and Toiny Beach. The home is well appointed throughout the dining/living spaces. Finally, the villa manager was fantastic. He helped get us settled and with answering questions throughout our stay.

Wonderful Vacation
This villa was fabulous!! It was 2 couples and all 4 of us could not have been happier with Roc E Mar. It is modern and sleek yet very comfortable will all the amenities you need to make it your home away from home. The views from the infinity pool were mesmerizing and the location of Toiny was spectacular. Also, the correspondence with Goran was excellent as he answered any questions in a very timely fashion. One of the best trips we've taken to a beautiful island and an awesome villa!! We will return to Roc E Mar~
