Woodfearn es una cabaña cómoda y espaciosa para 7 personas en una excelente ubicación, a solo unos minutos a pie de las comodidades del pueblo y el bosque abierto.
La cabaña se encuentra en una calle tranquila a pocos pasos del pueblo de Sway con su tienda de conveniencia, carnicería, farmacia, delicatessen y dos acogedores pubs. Más allá del pueblo hay kilómetros de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta a través de bosques abiertos y brezos.
La cabaña tiene una habitación doble, una doble con una cama plegable y dos habitaciones individuales. Hay un baño, un aseo y un aseo adicional. La cocina es de estilo tradicional con electrodomésticos modernos y está totalmente equipada. Hay una amplia sala de estar que conduce a un invernadero soleado con muchos asientos cómodos. Al otro extremo de la sala de estar hay un gran escritorio y área de lectura.
Afuera hay un gran patio con mesa y sillas y escalones que conducen a un jardín completamente cerrado con césped y arbustos. Al frente hay estacionamiento en la calle para dos autos.
La estación de tren Sway es una parada en la línea local desde Brockenhurst, donde hay trenes rápidos a Londres, Bournemouth y Southampton.

Plenty of room for 4 adults (one in a wheel chair ) and 2 small dogs
The property is right in the heart of the new forest
And close to beautiful beach of Milford on sea lovely walks, Plus local shops just up the road
Extremely comfortable every thing you will need in the house And bonus of a beautiful garden

Lovely, spacious property. Nice outdoor area in back garden with conservatory. Good facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Very well-equipped with both utensils to cleaning products to games and TV/video.Great umbrella shower and crisp, clean bed linen. Situated well as easy to get to Lymington to the ferry for the Isle of Wight, Highcliffe beach and there is a train-line to Bournemouth and Southampton. The only thing which needs improving is the garden chairs as they were a bit dodgy and need checking. We didn't actually have to have any communication with the owner but all access/ TV/WiFi and washing machine info was all easily accessible which was brilliant. Would definitely rent this property again. Highly recommended.

Nice location, beds very comfy. Found quite a lot of the double glazing hard to open and shut. Two of the bedroom doors would not close and kept banging open and shut whenever we had a window open which was very annoying. A full size ironing board and some more pegs would have been useful as well as there was only a small table top ironing board. Great place to stay to explore the new forest.

This house needs a little maintenance and has a nostalgic 80’s feel to it, though the appliances are very up-to-date. It is very comfortable and has a lovely outdoor dining area and beautifully planted rear garden full of unusual bushes, shrubs and flowers. We ranged in age from 9 months to 90 years and all of us loved it here. Thank you Helen for a perfect family break.

It was a lovely sized property in a great location for walking and visiting the area. It had all we needed in terms of facilities and was very comfortable.

Had a fabulous time exploring (cycling) the New Forest. The weather was very kind to us and we clicked about 80 miles of forest trails.
The property is in a perfect location to ride from the front door to the “forest” routes. It was very clean and easy to find. There is a secure garage to lock the bikes away. Kitchen set up with everything you should need. Contact with the owner very easy.
I would recommend this property, plenty of room for families, we were a party of 2 so we did rattle around 😃 and only needed to use the ground floor.
Looking forward to returning.

The property is lovely BUT the marketing information indicates that there is a BBQ and there isn't. We took BBQ stuff but were disappointed not to be able to use it.

This house is really spacious with a lovely large patio and garden.
Sway has two fantastic pubs - we ate at both - plus a co-op. Recommend going to Milford for fish and chips from Mister Pinks on the green - there’s free parking on the sea front after 7pm.
The double bedroom is downstairs, as is the main shower room which is across the Hall. Upstairs the twin plus truckle bed room has an en-suite whilst the two singles share a separate toilet/sink but no shower.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and crockery/cutlery. Helen mailed to say the dishwasher wasn’t working the day before we got there; it was due to be fixed after we left.
The conservatory is a great place to chill and there’s a good sized garden.

Our second stay at "Woodfearn" has been just as wonderful as last year. The house is large, luxurious and immaculate. The beds are extremely comfortable, the three bathrooms are beautiful with abundant hot water, the kitchen is gorgeous and spacious, the lounge is enormous and the seating is very comfortable. The conservatory is a nice extra and the garden is an absolute paradise. Al fresco meals are a delight as the patio is spacious and surrounded by colourful shrubs. We particularly appreciate the secure garage storage for our six bikes, easy parking out front is also an advantage. A huge Thank You to Helen and Joe!
