Outstanding host. It was exactly as listed and more. Pool was great, private balconies. Everything was great. Very well equipped kitchen.

The house exceeded our expectations! The house manager was so friendly and professional. She also included extra supplies, so we didn't need to buy anything. The pool area is lovely, bigger than an average pool and lots of deck seating. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future!

This property is a hidden gem and I mean that in every way. Privacy all the way around and a little piece of paradise when you get in. Host was super friendly and made sure you had everything you needed and more. Def my new home away from home whenever I go to the area.

Yolande was the epitome of "make sure your guest have everything they need". The home is beautifully done, the art and decor made us feel we were in Italy somewhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Although the neighborhood appears to be in transition we felt safe and how private and secure the home is we had not a worry in the world. Would certainly stay there again.

Great property, enjoyed the stay. Needs some upkeep done that has been noted since last August. Living room A/C unit needs work on the fan, we would turn it off while in the cabin because it was annoying to listen to. Bathroom fan doesn't work. Evening we checked in we discovered there was no hot water. I called around 10:15 pm and got a voice-mail, left a message about tje water and asked for a call back that never came. Called the next morning and got an answer to which they replied the neighbors had just called too and they were sending someone out. Found out the propane had run out, by the time we had hot water it was after 1:00 pm. Everything else was great and we did enjoy the stay after we were able to take showers.

This house was amazing. It was super clean and has a beautiful heated pool. It is very private/gated and we loved that! Yolande was super nice and had great communication before and during our stay. She met us upon arrival and showed us the property which we thought was really nice. She was so attentive and was able to get a crib for our infant son! My kids had such a great time at the pool which was super clean as well. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great time in Hallandale FL. Our teens loved the pool and outdoor shower area. It was very clean, we had plenty of room for our family of six (nice having a couple bathrooms when you have three teen girls). :). Yolande met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know. Definitely recommend this property. We’ve stayed in over 25 VRBO’s. This was one of our favorites!

This has to be one of the most unique properties I’ve ever stayed at. The house is beautifully decorated inside and out. The outside shower allows you to enjoy the stunning plants, palm trees and warm sun! The house offers plenty of space for the group and even private areas to decompress solo. This house is definitely a favorite! Yolanda was an amazing host! Just a phone call away and extremely easy to work with!

Everything went great! The house was very nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The outdoor shower transports you to somewhere in Costa Rica. My family and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

The home is gated, which was great for privacy. The pool was amazing. We spent most of our time outside enjoying it. There was an issue with cleanliness, but the host was more than willing to compensate. Host communicated well.

This has been the best most relaxing trip that I’ve taken in years Ms Yolande has been nothing but five star. Everything was top notch again the pictures do no justice to the home itself beautiful on the inside and on the out if you ever want a relaxation getaway with seclusion and privacy and home like environment please book with Ms.Yolande she takes care of her property, her furniture, her house and everything .I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better property to visit. All my needs were exceeded beyond expectation she was pleasant and always communicating with me with whatever I may need to have needed. My three year old loved the pool and all the toys, plates spoons and forks for toddlers and room to play was beyond measure. I had to do nothing but buy food everything else that I needed or could think of was there . I definitely plan on locking her in, and so when we go back and take a trip to Hallandale Beach or Miami we will be staying at her place!! I can’t speak enough about her extreme professionalism and kindness. You can’t ask for a better host. Yolande -Thank you thank you thank you 1 million times over this was just what I needed!! ❤️😁😁😁

Such an amazing property - amazing location! - THE POOL WAS PERFECTLY HEATED!! And the host made sure we were ok the entire time!!!! I really can’t wait to go back. !!!!

We are a family of 3 people and we had a lovely stay at this charming little beach house. The house has a heated pool and is very convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies and other shopping. It is a 5-minute drive to public beaches. The house is colorful and comfortable and has everything you need for cooking, bbq-I g and enjoying the pool.

I am going to look forward to rent this place again whenever I’m in Miami

Yolande is the ultimate host. She is the epitome of hospitality. I have stayed at many vacation rentals all across the world, and she is by far my favorite host. My family of 8 people stayed for 2 nights. We checked in at midnight, and Yolande stayed up to meet us and give us a detailed tour of the property. My kids, dad, uncle, and everyone loved her. She made sure to have the house set up with tons of toys for the kids, extra beds for the 3 year old, with everything I could possibly need. We loved the pool, which was the perfect temperature for everyone. My favorite was the outdoor shower. This is a must have for all homes. So so relaxing. Thanks Yolande for your flexibility. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we were back in town!

Neighborhood not the greatest but property was very nice

The house was very clean the swimming pool have a good size. Don’t have much to says except that it was a lovely and cozy house to stay. And the owner is very but very nice nice and helpful. Please do not hesitate to rent it you won’t regret

We had a fabulous stay in Hallandale Beach!! We came for my younger sisters Bachelorette party and had an amazing time!! The location was clean, beautiful and so private. We felt safe and comfortable to sit back and just enjoy ourselves by the pool and the interior of the home was beautiful and picturesque. We got so many great shots of the Bride and crew!! We were able to explore Miami, little Havana as well as having the beach close by. I highly recommend this location and Yolonde made check in and check out so quick and easy I felt like we were leaving a family members home. All I can say is I can't wait to come back!!

This property is totally fenced in and private; safe and secure; boasts a lovely pool and pool deck, a well appointed master bathroom, and a great outdoor shower. The host meets you at the property, reviews the rules (no guests, no parties) and you sign a disclosure. She lives across the street. The location of Hallandale is not cosmopolitan like Miami Beach or tony like Bal Harbour, but seems quiet and safe. We enjoyed the close proximity to Hard Rock Stadium (15 minutes) so a good choice for a game or concert. It is 10 minutes door to beach, though the beach itself is narrow. The neighborhood isn’t very walkable though so not a “destination location” - but a perfect choice if something else brings you to this area. Things to note: there is a nice bathroom with two sinks, toilet and large shower. The other bathroom en suite has a tiny stall shower, no counter, and a very small sink with a toilet. If you are staying with another family- you have to be comfortable sharing bathrooms; the outdoor shower is fabulous though. Also the daily charge varies with the number of guests so we had extra fees when two more people decided to come. Overall I would definitely use this house again if we come back for another music concert or game at Hard Rock.

The property was big enough that our twofamilies had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Our vaca was mostly about beach time and relaxation at the pool and the property accommodated just that. Clean, cozy and spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time and the rental was perfect for our family to enjoy some warmth and sun. Yolande, the property MGR was so accommodating and helpful! The rental was fully stocked with all necessities. We thought it was going to be a little closer to the beach (took us 15 min to drive there each time we went due to traffic) but otherwise it was a great rental!

The property was clean and the home itself was nice and spacious and clean. However, the location is not walking distance to restaurants/shops. The pool is not heated and extremely cold even with the sun currently hitting it. I’m sure pool warmer in summer but that’s it. Also, some neighbor rudely approached and questioned Uber driver while he was waiting for us. Very uncomfortable feeling.
