We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! We loved spending time on the patio and the short walk to the beach. It was also an easy 15 minute drive to many nearby San Diego attractions. The parking spot is very tight, but we were grateful to have the reserved parking. Our kids loved the bunk beds and this was a very comfortable for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful and helpful when needed.

We loved this property! The bunk beds were perfect for our 7 and 4 year old. A travel crib was provided for our toddler which was extremely helpful to not have to bring our own. The wagon for beach toys and chairs (all provided) was an added bonus to make our beach experience the best. The location cannot be beat. The boardwalk was steps away, we walked everywhere for meals and entertainment. The only time we used our van was to visit the Zoo. This was our 2nd vacation at this property and we look forward to booking again!

Our family of five loved this cute house in mission beach. We had everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Such a short walk to the beach and Belmont park. Very clean and updated. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The beach house was beautiful and functional. It was nicely decorated, and had a great layout. There was a lot of attention to detail for the needs of their guest. They were both friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend this beach house to family and friends planning a visit to Mission beach.

The property and location were wonderful. The property manager was very flexible with letting us drop off our belongings a bit early with minimal notice. The unit was well stocked and thought out. Lots of things to do very close by. It was a great stay.

The condo was nice but small. It worked for our family of 5. The location is amazing.. 50 ft to mission beach. Short walk to Belmont and restaurants. Sara’s taco stand and Capri pizza is right across the street and both very good. We explored a lot of San Diego and everything was in 15-20 minutes of the condo.

My stay was great! The house is lovely and cozy, the location perfect within few steps to the beach. We made breakfast every morning and one night we grilled out 🍔 in a beautiful breathtaking patio. Thank you! We will be definitely coming back.

We just returned home from a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and updated, a quick walk to the beach, and the owners are so friendly and responsive. They provided fun beach accessories so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Comfortable, clean house with everything you need and the best patio around. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism is no A/C and booking details were not clear on that. Weather was great and didn’t need it but windows need to stay open at all times to keep it cool which adds some noise and possible security concerns. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

This is the perfect getaway property for a party of 3-4. We loved the patio and spent most of our time there as it was a perfect temperature all day! The house itself was small but had great flow and everything you need to be comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and on the ready if we needed anything which included helping get the beach cruisers in and out. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. So relaxing, and close to everything. The rental was super clean, newly remodeled and had everything we needed- well stocked with all necessary paper items, soaps etc. Having all the beach gear and bikes available was also was a huge perk. We will definitely be back:)

I would love to give it a 1 star rating and make up some stuff about how bad it was, just so others don't book it. That way it would always be available for us to book. I can't do that though, because it does in fact warrant a 5 star rating. We read through the reviews before booking, and they were spot on. Great property!
