The property was spacious and well kept. The pool was beautiful to look at even though it was too cold ( November) to get in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed staying at this EI home. Was perfect for our family of only 7. Bit too chilly to enjoy the beautiful pool, maybe next time. Would recommend this home without hesitation!!

A group of older women were very happy here during their annual beach weekend. While a tropical storm kept us inside for most of the weekend this house was perfect for us. Clean, updated decor and comfortable bedrooms were appreciated. Lots of room in the common areas to move around. We did brave the rain for a quick walk on the beach right down the street. The owner was amazing and responded super quick to all our questions. Loved it!

Pretty nice and fit my family and their families! The master rooms are very roomy as was the other upstairs bedroom. The driveway is fairly steep, and we had to finagle how to park our different cars. The downstairs outlets in bedroom 4 did not work, along with the outside outlets by garage doors and back shower area, which made charging up the golf cart a bit challenging. I did not like that to check out, we had to hand wash the dishes and put up. The dishwasher sanitizes and saves water consumption. We found a white bowl that had reside flour in it that had been put away as if it were clean. I also do not like the fact that the sheets are left on the beds at checkout. No sure way to know if they were clean; however, that is just my preference as others probably would not like bothering to strip the beds. Everyone had a Great visit, and the pool made the stay perfect due to the rough surf conditions. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

We had a fun stay here! When we ran into any issues with the property, Tony was prompt to respond and send assistance. He was a pleasure to work with and his property was great for our large group of friends. The short walk to the beach was perfect!

great rooms for 4 adult's with 8 children there were bug issues around the pool and palmetto bugs in bathrooms

The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Laundry is conveniently located. It was very nice having the 2nd living area downstairs for our grown kids and a dining table that comfortably seats 8. The walk to the beach was pleasant. The house is close to the main road so there is a bit of road noise but you really dont hear it inside.

Stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration with my 5 closest friends and their families from middle school and high school. It was absolutely the best house we could’ve asked for! Everything clean, location was super convenient and the pool kept us and the 8 kiddos occupied for days on end! Thank you so much for lifelong memories that we made!

We will 100% stay here again! The house was perfect for us. We had four families and plenty of room to hang out or get away from each other. The bedroom layout is great. They are spread out for privacy and convenience. Ping pong and the video games were a hit with the kids and adults. We walked to the beach multiple times a day. It takes 5 minutes or less, and the kids could run ahead safely. I would however loved to have had the pool heated. It was beautiful, but it was cold. We knew it wouldn’t be full summer heat yet, but I would have paid extra to turn a heater on. The dryer took many cycles to dry, but everything else was amazing!! A+ rating

We stayed for two nights as a Girl Scout group of 13, the house was beautiful and private, kids loved the pool. Location was great as far as distance to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for us all!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfectly accommodated our family. We all thoroughly enjoyed and the game room was nice touch. Would’ve like to have extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels but overall great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing property on beautiful Emerald Isle. We had a mixed group of adults and teens. The layout of the house was perfect. The kids enjoyed the downstairs space with ping pong table and outdoor pool. Adults loved the wonderful kitchen and many outdoor porch areas to relax. The close proximity to the beach access was perfect. Thank you for a fantastic getaway!

Spent a weekend at the house reconnecting with friends. We were a group of 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The layout of the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house allowed everyone to have their separate spaces while enjoying all the living spaces together in the center of the house. The kids loved the pool, arcade games and ping pong table. It was a quick two block walk to the beach, and centrally located for just about anything you’d want to do on the island. We rented kayaks from Swansboro Paddle Boarding and the service there was great. We had a little confusion about some of the online listing (app info versus website/browser info) but nothing a couple quick questions didn’t address. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Great property with lots of room and space to move about for all ages.

We chose this listing for our large group, and accepted off-the-water because the beach was not our main focus and that gave us more options at better prices. This house is a gem--large, and with accommodations that serve a large group, like lots of dishes, a full size dishwasher, oven, a large table, lots of group seating and multiple balconies that let little groups break away and let individuals have a little down time.

Very lovely home, nicely decorated, but very comfortable and welcoming. Hosts do a great job with communication. Fun to have the game room downstairs. Lovely neighborhood and very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked (minus there is no functional hand mixer or blender).

Everything was great. House was roomy and just gorgeous. We booked this trip for the family to spend time with my mom who has breast cancer for the 2nd time and we all enjoyed ourselves.

When we arrived, we could not find a Spectrum remote for the TV downstairs so it was difficult to operate. A TV in each bedroom would be nice. We had to turn the dryer on 2 or 3 times to dry a load of clothes so it needs to be checked. A direct phone line to you would have been helpful to report these issues. I was not calling to complain but to make you aware. If you don't know there's a problem, you can't fix it. W

We stayed last week with 2 of our sons and 3 children under 7. The pool was such a nice touch for little people and adults, as it was a hot week with perfect beach weather! We were also enjoying the company of 18 other extended family members in houses around the island! It is our annual family reunion. Everyone loved this house! The kitchen was perfect for hosting a large crowd for dinner which we did on 3 occasions. The kitchen was very well appointed for all our prep needs. We probably could have had enough dishes for everyone, but we used paper plates for ease. All the tables on the decks, and basement and front porch seating made for an enjoyable evening. The young adults loved the ping pong table! And the second refrigerator in the basement was so handy! Tony was just a text away to answer questions. The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our 3 families with room to spare. And there are loads of games in the large trunk in the living room. Our family LOVES to play games, so that added to the fun. The walk to the beach was easy, more than 20 steps, but not too far and there was a beautiful ramp to the beach which makes it so easy with little children. We also enjoyed being only 2 miles from Publix and the little shopping area. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this house for a large crowd. The pool is lovely, salt water and is well maintained.

Really appreciated the space and the standard of the fixtures and fittings. Plenty of room and the pool was the hit of the house!

We spent a great summer family beach week here. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and the kids loved the private pool. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. One minor issue (clogged pool filter due to a storm) was resolved in hours. Everything as advertised.

Great house just steps from the ocean. Spacious, clean, well-appointed. We'll be back!

Had a great stay! Only a few blocks from the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor shower. AC wasn’t working well our third night. Owner responded immediately and had someone there to repair first thing in the morning. Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine was a favorite with the kids!

Just finished a wonderful stay with 20 family members ranging in age from 2-75. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we needed to cook and bake for the week. The house and furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The pool was great. There are arcade games and a ping pong table in the basement - which the kids and dads loved. Location is fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach for all ages and the beach was never crowded. Tony was great to work with and was very patient with our questions.we would definitely stay again. I also highly recommend renting kayaks from Swansboro Paddle. Super convenient to the house and very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely House a short walk down a backstreet to a gorgeous beach. Gated pool & porches relaxing. Large enough for 3families with children to spread out & be comfortable. Only drawback on corner off busy Emerald Isle Road, but large trees block traffic sight, & a bit noisy when sitting outside.

Beautiful and spacious home, well stocked kitchen, lovely pool with plenty of poolside furniture and great shaded area for when you need a little break from the sun but want to stay a part of the fun! Ping pong table was fun to have in the evenings. Our family had so much fun! The house is not far at all to beach access. And the beach is AMAZING! We rented a golf cart which was really good to have, but you wouldn’t have to have one. The listing and other reviews are very accurate. It was a great week!
