Mostly excellent. Great location. But small communal space for the number of bedrooms. Could have used instructions for TV remotes. Not all seemed to work. High chair had broken side but able to make work. make ×ork. make work.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was near a lot of restaurants and shopping and 8 minutes from the Roaring Springs water park which is why we came here for vacation! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was very comfortable and had every amenity you could think of. Would definitely stay here again next time!

The house is clean and has many of the perks of being home. A stocked kitchen and even laundry. The pool is on the other side of the block - easily walkable, but bring pool towels.

Six of us enjoyed your beautiful home while we attended a family memorial service/reunion in Payette. The house gave us privacy and a place to gather. It was perfect. I left a note there were only 5 forks. Kitchen dishes could have been better organized. Everything was very clean.

The perfect house for us. Home was spacious and just as described. Convenient location just off the exit and central to the Boise area. Home included everything we needed plus had added extras. Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Worked best to email to communicate with the Hosts. We needed an extra night at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This property worked out perfectly for our family. It's conveniently located to stores and resturants. Beds were comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. You have the basics for the kitchen so cooking a meal while you are staying is very helpful. We would stay here again

Everything was really nice. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was using the antenna to get local live TV channels. We were able to get Netflix and Amazon prime but no regular TV news.

Great location but the house is filthy. Carpets are dirty with large stains, air vents and exhaust fans look like they are growing fur, dirty walls baseboards and lights. Bed in front room needs a new mattress and all pillows are old and in need of replacing.
My dad cleaned the exhaust fan in the guest bedroom, my husband fixed the toilet seat in the master bathroom. None of us go on vacation to do chores.
Linens and towels were clean. The size of the home was perfect for 5 adults. The backyard was private with large beautiful trees. Overall the house feels tired, I could have overlooked needing updates if it had been clean.

I wish I’d known this was a pet home - in joy anting anything negative about the owner specifically - but I have issues with vrbo not making it clear that the home allows pets - we all left a day early due to horrible allergies.
Also the beds are like keeping on jello so squishy and uncomfortable

It was a safe, comfortable and accommodating space for 5 women on a get away. We enjoyed it!
Needs some updates: upstairs bathroom needs a better showerhead and has a musty rotten odor, all bathrooms need grab bars, living room needs curtains or an area rug to absorb sound (echos), and the lovely patio has a disintegrating tabletop cover. These changes would give it 5 stars!

We were in town for a baby shower for family and had a great time! The house was comfortable and worked great for our family. The community pool was an added bonus for the hot days and the walking paths around the area were awesome. We would stay at this location again. Thank you!
