Beautifully, Renovated Home in Quiet Cul de Sac! Close to EVERYTHING!
¿Odias alquilar casas y sus muebles son viejos y angustiados? Bueno, ese no es el caso aquí ... ¡Queremos que te sientas como en casa!
Este es un recientemente renovado y recién pintado de 2 dormitorios (camas queen size), 2 baños con garaje y entrada para 2 autos en un callejón sin salida privado, en una comunidad muy segura y tranquila. Muchas personas me han pedido que me quede una quinta persona en la casa, la quinta persona puede quedarse en el cómodo sofá seccional. Las camas de matrimonio solo tienen capacidad para 4 personas. La casa está equipada con NUEVO aire central instalado en agosto de 2018 y ventiladores de techo.
La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavavajillas y microondas. Está equipado con todas las comodidades y listo para funcionar. Gabinetes de madera de diseño espresso que incluyen una isla central.
El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño y ambos dormitorios están equipados con un televisor inteligente 4K de 48 pulgadas.
La sala de estar tiene un aspecto contemporáneo con un sofá seccional y una televisión inteligente 4K de 55 pulgadas y chimenea eléctrica.
Lavadora y secadora disponibles para su uso de lavandería. El hogar está abastecido con todas sus necesidades: sábanas, toallas, platos, tazas, almohadas y más. 2 sillas de playa están en el garaje para su disfrute.
Acceso completo al patio trasero (cercado) con mesa y sillas en el patio. Barbacoa también accesible si elige usarlo.
Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en Oldsmar, cerca de playas, restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. El hogar se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos de tiendas y restaurantes, parques infantiles y del lago Tarpon de agua dulce de 2,500 acres con parque del condado, 12 min. al golfo; Parques de luna de miel y Caladesi, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes. ¡A solo 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Tampa y a 10 minutos de la PLAYA!

Property interior was exact as shown in pictures. Feel the door leading to the garage should have a lock on it. Some small cosmetic items need attention. A few more toiletry items needs; large trash bags, toliet paper.

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, and I highly recommend. Our host was quick to respond. When we arrived, the A/C did not appear to be working properly, but our host quickly got the issue resolved, and it worked perfectly after that. We slept very well, and it was so quiet!!! This was a very enjoyable vacation.

Nice place in a very quiet neighborhood.
We had some issues but they were resolved very quickly.
Great bike paths behind the house and not far from the Pinella Trail if you wanted to ride further.
Walmart & grocery shopping close by.
Lots of attractions in Dunedin, Clearwater & Tarpon Springs.
We stayed for the entire month of March and had one evening of rain.
Weather was fantastic.

My hubby and I stayed 3 weeks and it was clean and comfortable. Any small issues that arose was addressed and fixed immediately. For us (who are older), the tv was so easy to use and has only one remote, that is a plus. Definately will be back.

Comfortable home away from home
Located in a peaceful residential area central to Tampa and Clearwater with many nearby restaurants and shops. Modern appliances and cabinets. My only criticism is that the non-stick cookware is well past its prime and a few maintenance items need attention. Overall I’m glad I stayed at this property and I would consider it again if I’m in the area in the future

We were staying there because it was really close to our daughters house and she just had her first baby. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. I would stay again. The only thing that was not very good for us was there was no king bed and we like room. But the beds were nice and comfortable.
