Bienvenido a nuestra casa de playa! Nuestra familia se enamoró de Carolina Beach durante nuestra primera estancia. La isla ofrece el equilibrio perfecto entre relajación y ocio. Es un gran lugar para unas vacaciones en familia, una escapada romántica, o un fin de semana largo. Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra casa y la isla tanto como nosotros!
LA CASA DE PLAYA:
A una cuadra de la playa, nuestra casa ofrece 3 dormitorios (camas para 8), 3 habitaciones de baño completo y 1.800 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. El área común tiene un plan de piso abierto ideal para reuniones sociales con una cocina gourmet bien equipada, sofá seccional nuevo y TV de 60 pulgadas. La cubierta delantera ofrece vistas de la intracoastal, mientras que la cubierta trasera tiene vistas peek-a-boo del océano.

Podemos estar predispuestos, pero creemos que es una de las playas más bonitas de la costa este con gran arena. La playa es amplia y no tan lleno como la mayoría. El paseo marítimo de la playa de Carolina (votado 3ro mejor paseo marítimo en el país por los EEUU hoy en 2016) es paseo rápido si usted está buscando los restaurantes, las barras, y la diversión. Sin embargo, si desea un ambiente relajado discreto, simplemente caminar una cuadra a su propio tramo de paraíso.

We had a great time even with Tropical Storm Debby in the area for the week. Great restaurant recommendations from Alan and overall we had an excellent time. It's a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and more available to use. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was easy. Thanks for a great stay. Definitely enjoyed Carolina Beach!!

We had a fabulous time for our girls weekend! The house is in such a great location, just one short block to the ocean front and walkable distance to the boardwalk! Cleanliness of this place was top notch! Communication with the owner was easy and effortless. 10/10 reccomend!

This home was a great place for our family of 8 adults and our 16 month old grandson to stay. First of all my grandson loved all of the toys and books provided. There were so many, kept him very entertained. We also appreciated the beach items such as the canopy, wagon, chairs, and toys. The kitchen and living room were good size for all of us to sit and relax. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with the wagon. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. He made some good recommendations for restaurants and activities. We walked down to the boardwalk several times. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

We stayed here on a girls trip for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The place is clearly catered to families (the room with bunk beds comes stocked with dress-up close for children and a shelf full of children's books) but we found that it also worked great for a group of 35+ friends. We loved how well-stocked the house was, there were lots of spices and condiments for cooking, plenty of cookware, lots of towels for both the beach and showering, and tons of extra blankets. The place also feels larger in person than it looks in pictures and it was a block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back next year.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only things that made it less than perfect for me and my husband, both up there in years, were the extremely low set commode and the foam mattress. Also with my bad back and hips, I could not sit on the sofa. It too was too soft and I had to have help getting up and out. So I kind of felt like Goldilocks (too hard, too soft, too tall, too short.....)
But everyone else was very comfortable!!!!
If it were not for my health issues, I'm sure it would have been fine.
The owner/s were wonderful. Answered every question with a quickness. Very kind and accommodating. THANKS, Y'all!!

We enjoyed visiting this charming house with a quick 5 min walk to the beach! We had 5 adults, 17, 12, 8 yr olds in tow. Plenty of room to stretch out, yet maintain privacy with the 3bed/3bath facilities. The kitchen is open and large, tv and sectional all in open area so food prep did not prevent us from visiting at the same time. The 2 porches are perfect as you can enjoy the front porch in AM for shade and back porch PM for shade-both with a breeze! The owner of this home is an amazing host! He had friendly and quick communication and was kind to offer his recommendations around town. This was a great vacation stay!

The house is so beautiful and spacious. The location is great and the beach access is super close. The owner is very nice and responsive with communication. Our vacation was really wonderful. Loved Carolina Beach and loved this house. Would stay here again.

This was our first stay at Carolina Beach. I grew up going to Emerald Isle and wasn’t sure what to expect. Carolina Beach definitely is not the same as EI, but it has more places to stay and is beautiful! The house was a great size for our family of five and had everything we needed, including linens, beach towels, and comfy beach chairs. I couldn’t tell from the photos, but it is a three story unit and this is the bottom floor. (We could hear footsteps but no voices.) The beach is just around the corner and wasn’t overly crowded. My college runner son put in tons of miles and said the running was good. (There is a bike lane, but no sidewalks.) Excellent stay and we would love to come again!

A beach vacation with a toddler only to be interrupted by hurricane Ophilia. No worries. The house was loaded with toys and games and big enough to have a good time. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the property! Alan was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly! The property was so clean and had lots of room. Everyone was able to have their own space and we had plenty of time to be together in the dinning and great room areas! There were toys and games to keep the 4 year old happy and busy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, there were porches on the front and back of the house which were lovely to sit out on. The outside shower was a hit with all the kids and helped keep the sand outside. The walk to the beach was so easy, just around the corner. We were even able to walk right out to the beach from where we had been all week for the Thursday night boardwalk fireworks and watch them. The location was so safe and quiet, even being along a busy road we were surprised that there was so little outside noise!
There were only SMALL issues. First, the property is the first level and there is another rental above. Both properties have hard wood floors. So, we could easily hear the renters upstairs running around and walking. We did contact Alan who offered to bring a sound machine, but we ended up just dealing with it, as it was really only in the morning and night time. The other small concern is the towels at the house were musty, maybe it's just way things are with climate/beach. The towels were "clean and folded" when we arrived and after 1 shower they were smelly.

We loved this place. It was clean, a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect for young children, great kitchen and large family room for all to enjoy. Alan was especially attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a very nice beach location and house, this is it.

Plenty of room for our family to spread out inside or on one of the porches. Comfortable table and chairs for fun game nights! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, etc. Big open floor plan set the tone for sweet family memories’

We loved staying here so much! Everything was clean, check-in/ out was super easy, and Alan was a great host checked in with us for any questions or recommendations. We loved the two porches, THE TOYS!!!, beach gear, location, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was great and we hope to come back again soon!

We were very pleased to stay here for our family beach vacation trip. It was perfectly located close to the boardwalk and beach, which gave us plenty to do. Going through Vrbo you never know what you will get. We didn’t have the best weather and Alan was so accommodating. Very attentive and cared about our stay and even offered alternative indoor activities as the weather was very rainy and windy. We will definitely be coming back to stay as long as they will have us as guests.

I was so disappointed earlier in the summer when Covid required us to cancel our reservations at our regular vacation rental, but I am so thankful when we rescheduled our family trip to have found this place! Perfect for our family and the communication with owner was great. Plenty of space for everyone and parking. Located in a great area. Very clean and comfortable and certainly felt like home away from home. We all enjoyed our time here and will certainly return! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with our family!!

My family and I visited with young kids and they loved all the toys, the one closet was filled with them! Plenty of kitchen items plus random extras throughout the closets (shampoos, bandaids, laundry det, toothbrushes…). The fridge also has basic condiments and spices which previous guests were permitted to leave behind. Large rooms with a bathroom per room made it nice for our extended family vacay. Very clean with white linens. Host responded quickly and provided recommendations. He was extremely helpful and polite.
The only con was the road out front does not have a side walk and was narrow so biking, stroller walks, and pulling a wagon to the beach was tricky but only for 1/2 block. The house itself and location were perfect, close to beach and boardwalk/downtown shops.

This home was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. Our only problem was with the door lock. It was hard to open. Our grandchildren loved the toys in the house. We had everything we needed when we first got there. The owner was very attentive. Would definately stay again if in the area.

Relaxing beach vacation
Great location with less than 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of space for family gatherings, two relaxing outside porches too. Alan communicated perfectly so we’d know what to expect. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful time!

Had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly imagine to accommodate us. We especially enjoyed all of the childrwn’s toys both in the house and for the beach! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very kind. Beach and boardwalk was really close. Overall great experience!

Perfect for us
We had a wonderful time at the beach. Not crowded and clean. It is only a short walk away. The condo was great. Our only complaint was it is a bottom floor unit and the kids above us were early risers and apparently liked to run across the floor. Overalll great space and location!

Lovely, clean property that is a very short walk to the beach. Owner provides beach chairs and toys which is a bonus!! Just want to note that if there are occupants in the unit above this one, there is noise from them moving around - it didn't bother us because we are early risers.

Beautiful, Comfortable Place
The condo was clean and large, with a nice view of the channel from the porch. The beds were very comfortable. There were nice touches like an extra folding table for work at home.
The kitchen is really nice with great touches like a waffle maker. If you're looking to bake, bring measuring cups and baking pans.
Alan was a great communicator and replied quickly to our questions. Highly recommend.

Back Again
This was our second time at the property and we will definitely be returning again! Such a great layout, and love that it’s all on one floor. My older son remembered all the toys and was so excited to return. The front porch is wonderful for sunset, and the spacious kitchen and living room are perfect. You truly do feel like you’re staying at a friends house (versus other places I’ve stayed at that felt like a rental); everything is comfortable and all you could need is there.

Of all the vacation homes my family has rented, this was by far the best! The owners were so sweet and thoughtful, and made our vacation even that much better. They had flowers and a gift card to Wake & Bake Donuts at the house when we arrived for Mother’s Day and my birthday. So so sweet, and thoughtful. The house was absolutely perfect! All the furniture and beds were super comfortable. The house was set up perfect for our family as well! They had everything there you could ever need. Perfect place for children! Tons of toys, games, beach chairs, and beach toys. The location was perfect as well. We did not have a single complaint what so ever. Great house, great owners! Great vacation! Thanks so much! We will be back for sure! :)

Enjoyable Labor Day weekend stay
Very nice home away from home! This home had everything we needed, very spacious for our group of 9. There were plenty games and toys for the grands. They really had blast! Alan checked to see if we needed anything or recommendation. I would recommend this place other family and friends!
