This was our second time renting a house in Watercolor and everyone commented how happy they were with the property. The beds were large and comfortable and we had plenty of linens. A huge plus for us and our 2 year old was that the house was a quick walk to the playground and Camp Watercolor! The golf cart was perfect for our family of 6 to get around the community and to downtown Seaside. We’d love to return next year!

The property was great and as described. I would say the rental company should find a new cleaning service. While I'm sure it is difficult to clean that many rentals that turn over on a Saturday, one bed had blood stains on the sheets. Towels in one of the bathrooms upstairs were not clean. Two towels in the side downstairs bathroom had shaving cream inside the folds (almost like the previous people squirted it in to make sure we knew the towels were new or not).
The home is a bit older and is starting to show some wear but overall everything was great (once we got the sheets washed and changed and all the towels washed). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans mixing bowls, etc.
We enjoyed the golf cart. The house does have two parking spots. We have two large SUVs so it was difficult to park both and be able to access the golf cart, but we made it work.
We are disappointed with Watercolor's HOA this year. They are charging for parking at the pools. They aren't using the shuttles like before (now they have bus stops instead). Both things really stood out and while it's not a direct reflection of the home, the homeowners do work with the HOA of Watercolor and should know that these changes are not positive for their renters.

This property was great - loved the 3 king rooms for the adults plus the bunk room for the kids. Every room has its own bathroom. The location was fantastic! Being able to use the golf cart was so nice. Property management was awesome. We lost one wristband and they helped us replace it quickly. We had one maintenance item which was handled immediately. They graciously accommodated a late check out for us on the last day. The entire process was very organized. Will definitely be back!

This is a lovely house in the wonderful Watercolor development! The house great! Nice open common area, comfortable beds, furniture, well equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was house was to include a golf cart. We were notified days prior to arrival that the golf cart had been wrecked and another would not be provided. The management company did work with us on refunding an 8th night we didn’t use. I felt a cart should’ve been provided but was told that was a perk, not a guarantee. Read the fine print is my lesson.

We have been visiting WC for over ten years and always choose a different house each visit, however, this is one of our favorites that we might have to repeat a stay at. Very clean, located near Camp WC and grass field, on semi private street so kids can ride bikes safely, and golf cart included.

The property is nice but a bit dirty. The front porch furniture feels dirty as well as the back porch. And the shower leaks water more than come out of the faucet. There’s mold in in the downstairs bath tub.
The brakes on the golf cart need to replaced. It took way too long to come to a stop.
Our experience in Watercolor is always relaxing and we LOVE the environment.
If this property goes up for sale. We’d love to buy it.

The property was in good condition. The location is hard to beat and Watercolor was a wonderful place for the adults and, more importantly, our kids to enjoy. We will be back!!

We enjoyed easy access to Camp Watercolor and the park for the kids. There is obvious wear and tear but overall the house is in good condition and great for a group with kids.

Great location but needs cleaning
This property was very close to camp watercolor. Location was great. Golf cart was a great perk except only had one headlight. Just had to be in before dark! The house itself was big and suitable for our family! It does need a deep cleaning though. Toilets had mold, bathtubs were dirty, floors dirty, cabinets sticky, cockroach in the hallway. The back door needs a working lock so that the kids can’t get out. The window upstairs wouldn’t go down and my husband had to fix it. Outdoor furniture had stains and tables had garbage piled in them. Broken lamp with shattered glass upon arrival. It just really needs some maintenance. The house itself would be perfect with that.

All in all it was a great stay. The location, bikes and golf cart were great. The wood floors and coffee table were dirty when we arrived but the bathrooms amd beds were clean. The house needs a can opener. The hand held one does not work. Also, cocktail glasses would have been nice. We would rent it again bc the location was fabulous. Easy check in and out.

Watercolor fun
This is a great spot for camp watercolor. Loved all the trails and having the golf cart available. Some of the area rugs need cleaning or replacement. Maybe let guestes know to grab toilet paper, kleenex, extra pillows. For the price I thought it would be stocked.

A beautiful month at the beach
This was our second year staying at this property. The location can't be beat. Close to the pools, tennis courts and walking and biking trails. Home was comfortable and inviting! Loved our time there!

Everything was perfect!
This was an outstanding place for me and four friends to spend quality time together. We enjoyed the large kitchen, as well as the bikes and the golf cart to get around Watercolor. We had one minor problem with the freezer which was addressed the same day. We spent early mornings and late evenings on the porch (during August, this would have been improved with overhead fans). The bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. A beautiful property!

Great house
The house was great for our party of 10. The only complaint I have is that if you are going to rent a house that sleeps 11, (4 bedrooms) having a golf cart that only accommodates 4 and two bikes is not really sufficient. I know that a golf cart is an added amenity and certainly not included with a lot of the rentals, but I feel like we paid a premium price for this rental to only have transportation available for 6. Either upgrade to a larger golf cart or make more bicycles available. When you pay a premium for a week, I don’t really feel like I should have to be paying for more bikes to rent.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect and the location is great! We are a family with 5 children, ages 4-15. We loved being so close to Camp Watercolor. The golf cart is an awesome bonus and the two bikes were great.
House is fully equipped with lots of towels and we definitely want to return!

Family Get Away after Christmas
First time visitor and enjoyed the home, the area and the selection of things to do. The bikes and golf cart were life savers. So much to do, weather was good. Definitely coming back.

Perfect Place
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms plentiful, the front and rear porches were nice to hang out on. The kitchen was beautiful and easy to cook in, the gas grill was great shape and was easy to use. We enjoyed having the bicycles and the golf cart. If I had one thing to mention it would be the brakes on the golf cart were not the best. However, the golf cart is essential to staying here. Beach runs and store runs using the cart were a hit with us and our friends.

Our favorite house in the Watercolor/Seaside area. It was a perfect set up for our family group of 9. Nicely arranged kitchen and overall great decor. Close to the pool with the lazy river yet walkable to Watercolor and Seaside. Planning on staying here again!

We just spent a week at this stunningly beautiful home. The house is gorgeous, Laura was very attentive. We had the absolute pleasure to meet the maintenance & housekeeping manager both amazing and very professional. The location of the house is wonderful, the amenities wonderful and Watercolor resort is great and staff with amazing customer focused employees.

Beautiful home!
Apart from being in the heart of Watercolor and the beach, shopping & restaurants being a short ride on the bikes or golf cart, the house itself could not have been any nicer. Airy and bright open floor plan with a beautiful updated kitchen, great front porch and screened in back porch where we enjoyed many dinners. Huge smart TV for streaming movies. We had a fantastic stay & highly recommend Beachwalk!

We had a two family vacation and this house was PERFECT! With all bedrooms having a bathroom and plenty of space to “get away”, it was great! The screened in area was nice. The outdoor shower kept the house from looking like a beach. We found an easy cut thru for Seaside and a public access beach area that was easy to get to the beach. We LOVED Camp Watercolor with its slides, lazy river and yummy snacks and drinks and it was steps from the house. The tennis courts were beautiful and we got some tennis in. Each day you need a bracelet to use the watercolor amenities so don’t forget your card! 😁 great place and would stay here again!

Great location in Watercolor!
Loved the proximity to Camp Watercolor! Made it so easy to pop home for lunch while at the pool. The golf cart made discovering the neighborhood and getting ice cream every day so easy. 2 families with kids aged 6-9 fit perfectly in this house - it was just big enough and the front porch was definitely everyone's favorite hang out spot.

Great Getaway
The property was in an excellent location. Very short walk to Camp Watercolor pool with lazy river and water slide. The golf cart was a great touch and allowed easy access to the beach. Everyone had plenty of room. Great stay.
