The space has been tastefully renovated and it is very clean, with great quality linen, furniture and kitchen equipment, as well as 2 outdoor spaces. There is a couple of flights of stairs to navigate with luggage but absolutely no issue for us. Then there is the location! 2 minutes walk to Sawtell Beach and a 5 minute walk to the main need to even use the car! Recommended and we would definitely stay again on future trips to Sawtell.

Perfect location with all the extras. 2 verandas on either side so you can follow the sun. Would be a great holiday home for a family with kids.

Nice views from up high and good privacy from being on the top floor, with access to the beach perfect and the main street just a short walk away. Kitchen and dining areas are well laid out and the bathrooms look like that have been newly renovated with quality fittings, good water pressure and a nice hot shower.A disappointment was the lounge room with a cheap two-seater lounge and small cane chairs, that should probably be outside, overall, not very comfortable or relaxing, particularly if there are six people staying.Also, the TV was small and with four remotes to operate the accessories was too complicated, probably could have just one big smart TV with all the usual apps, Kayo, Netflix etc. accessible on it.The main bedroom could do with a new king size bed and mattress and adding a TV would make it complete. There are great open decks on the east and west however these are let down by only having hard wooden chairs when they could have comfortable relaxing outdoor settings to enjoy the sun and views.Lots of stairs, so would not work for someone with a dodgy knee. Also, the single garage is very tight, unlikely to fit a big 4WD in there.Overall, a great property and location let down by some poor furniture choices, unlikely to stay again until these are addressed.

Location is ideal, ocean glimpses, fabulous clean apartment with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. Could not fault a thing, highly recommend
