Allí encontrará numerosos restaurantes exclusivos, boutiques, galerías de arte, y una maravillosa tienda librería y registro. A lo largo del año hay conciertos gratuitos al aire libre, películas y eventos especiales. Hay un sendero para caminar y andar en bicicleta por el golfo de 30 millas de largo directamente en frente de la casa. Juegue al tenis en el cercano club de tenis de Acuarela (tarifa), o tome un corto trayecto en coche para jugar al golf en tan solo 5 minutos. Los niños (y adultos!) Me encanta el tenis de mesa al aire libre y el campo de bochas a la sombra de palmeras. Home was very well furnished with a lovely courtyard with pool, children’s pool and fireplace for our outdoor activities and barbecue! View from the top two balconies was incredible. Location was perfect with many places to eat within walking distance. We are definitely planning a return visit to Avalon next year!

We had two families with a total of 10 kids, and this amazing house had space for all of us. So close to the soft white beaches and a quick bike ride to morning coffee in town. The owners and management company were very responsive and took care of all our needs.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Avalon the week of July 4th! We had a total of 16 in our family, so this home with four stories was perfect for our four families! With two complete kitchens, there was plenty of space to enjoy whatever meals we needed to prepare. Being only a few steps from the beach was such a huge plus. I will admit, if you can’t go up and down steps, you may have a difficult time in this home if you choose the third floor. It will be 90 steps from there to the beach! lol! We counted! We also loved having the chairs and umbrellas provided. There were also bikes for the grandkids to enjoy riding to Seaside, which was so close. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. Honestly, we could not have been happier with this beautiful home and all its amenities! Thank you for thinking of your guests!

We were 15 adults and two infants. We found the space very well suited to our large party. The 2 kitchens helpful for meals in. We had all the kitchen items needed for meal prep. The pool area offered good sun as well as shade for the little ones. The beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was good. We never ran out of hot water. Location was great with quick beach access. Quick access to Seaside with shops and restaurants nearby. The only downside was all the construction going on around us

From booking to check out everything was wonderful at Avalon! The home is so beautiful and well equipped for a family vacay!! Loved having king beds for all of the adults and then a bunk room for the kids. Loved the balconies and the ocean views!! Owner and management company were all so quick to respond! Loved having the bikes and road them alot to the grocery and out to eat and ice cream in Seaside. The private pool and beach access just across the street were amazing!! We were able to enjoy our kids and grands and just had the best week!! Perfect Mother's Day trip for us!!

The property was BETTER than advertised! Pool, kitchens, bedrooms and common spaces, beach, location, everything!

We had a great week at Avalon. It is located a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Seaside and directly across the street from the beach access. The house had everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent.

We rented Avelon for a family vacation in June, 2023. There were 14 of us including grandparents, parents and 6 grandchildren--ages 6 months to 17 years. Everyone loved the house. It was the best equipped house we have ever rented and the view from the upper decks is spectacular. There were ample bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering places. The house is steps from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Thanks for hosting our family. We'll be back!

Good size house for family of 20. Main living area/kitchen on third floor. No elevator . Lots of hauling up and down the steps. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices, Mr. coffee style, coffee, pot with filters. Coffee there for first morning. Also Keurig with pods. Also nearly full size kitchen on second floor. Plenty of table and chairs three porches with plenty of chairs and tables. Public beach access directly across the street, very easy. That beach access area, however, was very crowded with loud and disruptive young people every night. Police came nightly. Loud, thumping music kept the young children awake. Small pool was nice to have since the beach was closed for rip currents all week but the pool was dirty and cloudy. The manager did send someone over to service the pool upon request. there were five bicycles, eight beach chairs, four umbrellas, and a few floaty toys. three car garage and plenty of additional parking. New house construction next door. noisy cement trucks began at 7 AM. Short walk to Seaside town Square. House is directly on 30A with bumper to bumper traffic all day, and especially in the evening. but, overall the house was well-suited for our family get together, clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

This would rate as one of our best family vacations, lots for all to do within biking or walking distance. The home was very clean, spacious for our large family, great for just hanging out when not at the beach, pool, or riding bikes. The pool and courtyard were perfect for family time, the kids love the pool, perfect break from the beach. Got to grill out one afternoon while all enjoying the pool “chillaxing”. Would have loved to do more of this but too many good restaurants nearby. We carried our Townie’s “bikes” and the area was perfect for family bike rides with the 5 bikes provided, great for getting ice cream and eats at nearby Seaside. The beach access was just across the street from the pool, perfect! The beach time was great, made it every day and the beach gear was a plus. We had the best aqua colored water we ever had in Florida, can’t describe, wish could attach picture “beautiful”. With the fun had to be rest and the 5 king beds were great. For an old man with some old football knees the stairs were a workout, with the stairs and the bikes I got to eat extra ice cream which was a plus (LOL). I normally get lots of feedback regarding our vacations from my better half and kids, normally just the dislikes, but will say all very pleased with the home and location, nothing but good things this year except “Dad, this vacation went by faster than any, can we stay another week”. Time flies when you’re having fun, don’t let the family times slip away. Great stay

We loved the location! Short walk to the square and even shorter walk to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved having the two living rooms and two kitchens. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool. Also, the views from all three balconies were amazing!

This was our first stay at Avalon in Seaside, FL but it most certainly will not be our last!!! Our stay was everything we could have dreamed of and more. It was my entire family; grandparents, siblings and their spouses and all 6 grand babies! The property is absolutely stunning; two kitchens was just what we needed, ocean views for the best sunrises/sunsets, outdoor pool which we could request to be heated, literally seconds from the beach, walking distance to the courtyard and shops- the list goes on!! Steve and Sonia Bruno handle their guests with love and care, they are truly the best hosts we’ve ever had! Not to mention their management company, Stay 30A with Julia, she was incredible as well! Steve, Sonia, and Julia were quick to respond every time, and would even reach out on their own just to check in prior to, during, and after our stay. Steve and Sonia even sent the most wonderful recommendation email on the area of Seaside which was so helpful and exciting!! Book your vacation here, you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to come back!!

This property is incredibly close to the beach, and it feels like we are staying on the beach. The third and fourth floors have great views of the ocean. And the house is walking distance to the shops and dinning at Seaside.
We had 3 families stay in the house for a combined total of 18 people. Each family had their own floor, and all with complete privacy. The house layout was perfect for the three families.
The property came with pool/beach toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrellas.
This is our third vacation at Seaside, and seaside is by far our favorite family vacation spot in the world (we have been to many beaches such as: Aruba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, California, south Florida, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta) - and seaside, FL is our favorite - hands down.

House was great for a large family of 16. We had 9 adults, 7 children. Lots of space for outside and inside dining and hang-out space. Kitchen was very nice and each family was able to have their own bedrooms.

Immaculate house that easily held our 13 member family. We loved having our own pool; beach access across the street; a five minute walk to Seaside; beach chairs and umbrellas; and bicycles. It was fabulous!

Beautiful Beach Home
This house is absolutely amazing. It was spotless and very well stocked. The location to the beach is perfect and the bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were so appreciated. You can walk or bike to many restaurants which was a huge plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for large family
This property is just what our large family of 11 adults and 5 children needed. The close proximity to the beach and to Seaside made it so easy for us to walk or bike to everything we wanted to do. Publix is just a short car ride away as well. We are ready to book this one again!

Family Wedding House
We were looking for a house that could accommodate up to 20 people for a family wedding taking place at Rosemary Beach. This house was the perfect choice. Plenty of beds and room, and a separate kitchen on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Great view of the Gulf, and a heated pool and fireplace outside. It is about 1/4 mile east of Seaside Village, which made it extra convenient for us. We highly recommend this home for a group of between 12-18!

This property is an AMAZING location right across from the beach walkover and steps from seaside. It has all of the amenities you can imagine and is EXTREMELY family friendly. We have a toddler and it was a perfect set up. They even have a crib and a high chair. Thanks again, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

The perfect house!!
Steve and Sonia are wonderful hosts! Their house, The Avalon, is gorgeous, spacious, and perfectly located in Seaside! You are directly across the street from the beach access, it’s basically like being on the beach! Then you are just a 5-7 minute walk from all the well known Seaside restaurants, like Bud and Ally’s, Great Southern and all the food trucks and shops. It was absolutely perfect for our group with 5 couples and 3 singles. We all had our own space, and the main gathering areas are huge and accommodating for large parties. The balconies are also huge and perfect for morning coffee and beach views! I could go on and on about our stay at the Avalon. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to have the perfect vacation in Seaside!

Amazing Property and Location
Traveled from Ohio to Seaside for my nieces wedding with 17 family members. The house completely accommodated our large family's needs during the trip and weather was outstanding for 7 straight days. The 3rd floor balcony had amazing views during the day and evening and ended up being our place to congregate to play games into the wee hours. The house is well stocked if not over the top stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. We placed an order on Instacart with the local Publix and they delivered food and drinks shortly after our arrival which was wonderful after a long day of air travel. Rented golf carts which were delivered prior to our arrival also which was a bonus too. The communication between the rental company and myself was exceptional and they were able to get us into the house earlier than check-in which allowed for us to settle in a bit before the family wedding. The proximity to the beach is amazing and we all giggled that we had it so easy as compared to many in the area. The property is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, floatation devices, beach toys, etc. We all just grabbed an armload each day and headed across the street to the beautiful beach for a full day of fun each and every day. Upon return back to the Avalon we would congregate in the pool area which was slightly shaded and a welcome relief from a full day of sun at the beach. The children and adult men all had a great time playing in the pool, as the water was a cool and refreshing way to finish out the day before showers and dinner and games. The homeowners were so attentive and sent us several packages of additional games and cards to enjoy while staying at the Avalon. I don't think I watched 1 minute of TV with the exception of the OSU Buckeyes game the entire week. GO BUCKS!!! There is some construction going on all around the vicinity, but that goes with a booming town, so you just go with the flow. Fortunately we were at the beach most of the time and by time we arrived back at the house they were wrapping up for the day. An exceptional home to rent for a large family without a doubt. There are lots of stairs, but we all got a great workout and most didn't gain a pound after a week of eating and drinking !!! With that being said, the stairs both inside and out are wide and deep with handrails which made them quite safe. We just placed our folks in the house according to their abilities to go up and down the stairs.

Awesome house close to beach, comfortable, well equipped, spacious
We had a wonderful stay here at Avalon. The house met all our needs. We loved the deck balconies. The pool was great for the children in the group and the beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, body boards) made trips to the beach even more enjoyable. The two kitchens were well equipped(could use pot mits though) and appliances worked well. We even enjoyed a bike ride to Grayton beach - with the bikes provided and a few games of bocce(when the neighbors weren't parked in the way.) The small issues/requests we had were responded to very quickly. Fair warning, you'll get your exercise going up and down stairs. The house allows groups to easily spread out for different activities or to spend time together. Overall a great house for a large family! Highly recommended!

Wonderful home
We had the best time ever! The house was amazing! The owners were wonderful to work with! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view of the ocean from the house, was incredible!! 5 king beds in one house is a winner in our book!! We will definitely stay there again!

Avalon Awesone
Fully equipped home with perfect location to the local activities and beach access. Spectacular weather all week. Hardest part was figuring out what to do each day, but a good problem to have. Great choice for family week.

Wonderful stay at avalon
Perfect location, great house,pool beach access. Everything was perfect. Property manager Emily was available all the time for questions. Loved this property. We had all age ranges from 2 years old to 60. There were 11 of us in this spacious house and could not have had a better time.

Return visit a success!
This was our second time at Avalon and it was as wonderful as we had remembered. Proximity to beach and downtown is ideal. House is great! Plenty of room for our family of 12 to spread out. View from the 3rd floor is awe inspiring. And the pool was a daily event for our crew.
Julia is a great property manager. Very pleasant, attentive and responsive. And Steve and Sonia, the property owners, are as good of hosts as you can ask for.
Really appreciate their willingness to share a bit of paradise with us!

Perfect Vacation —-Rain or Shine
My family had a wonderful week at Avalon! The weather could haven better, but the balconies on each level made visiting perfect. The teenagers enjoyed the 2nd level with their grinds and gave them everything they needed to entertain and spread out. The adults tended to enjoy the 3rd floor balcony and I used the kitchen for cooking and the large table and bar stools plus the table on the porch gave everyone a seat! The view of the ocean was always relaxing and had a lovely breeze. The first floor was private and perfect for some newly weds in our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and whirlpool abd there was room for all of us to lay out. Of course the beach was only minutes away as was the square with all the shops and dining. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and I wish we could have stayed longer. The only I would have preferred was an elevator. Several guests were older and two had back issues. The steps were difficult for several in my family including myself with a bad knee and 2 hip replacements. But I loved our vacation and hope to return. Decor was lovely and easy to keep clean!

It was just as listed! Perfect location with lots of amenities. Wonderful having 2 kitchens. Plenty of room to spread out. Dryer didn’t dry very well and the main floor AC froze up the last day.

Great time, great place
We had a great time. Very clean, very big place. The bocce court is actually part of a shared driveway, so there's some awkwardness there, but overall we had an amazing time
