As with most Breckenridge str’s, this one is starting to show its age. Property management was super responsive when the kitchen faucet fell apart on the first night. But the rental had everything we could have needed for a successful trip.

We had a really good time at the rental. It is very spacious and the lay out is great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was always quiet and the balconies were nice. The hot tub needs to be cleaned but it wasnt a big issue with us. Management was super responsive and helpful.

This place was close to lifts and bus stops. Clean, cozy and spacious house. Management was easy to reach, check in and out was quick, hot tub and killer views, what all together contributed to a wonderful family skiing getaway!

Everything we expected and more. Aside from the comfortable beds, clean accommodations, timely support...we also enjoyed the simple check out procedure. We have stayed at other places, where the check out involved a lot of precise tasks and cleaning...here it was simply "Start the dishwasher, take out the kitchen garbage, leave passes and keys". Of course this can change, but this was greatly appreciated.The distance to downtown was short, but fairly hilly, so we still drove anytime we needed to go anywhere. Summer Breckenridge - during the week - seemed to always have parking available when we needed it.

Lovely property
We had a very nice stay at the Four O-Clock townhouse. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the Beaver Run Hotel, where we attended a conference. The hot tub and jacuzzi were nice perks, and it was way cheaper booking three rooms separately for our staff. There wasn't coffee, but there was a lot of sugar. Also, the bottom floor gets way colder than the top at night and there are not individual thermostats to adjust, but it can be managed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with the place!

We stayed in this unit for the amenities, specifically the hot tub. When we arrived Thursday evening it was broken - at only 73 degrees. We reported it at 10 am and the repair person did not come until 2 pm. His service was excellent and he temporarily fixed it. It worked Friday night. Saturday morning, it was broken again, down to 73 degrees again. Our hot tub was broken for 2/3 nights. We were extremely disappointed - it should not be advertised when the 20 year old hot tub does not work. Would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough. I have worked with Summit Mountain Rentals several times and will again. There were only two challenges: parking was very challenging (it was hard to get into and out of the garage, and the outside spaces were too small for a truck), and the hot tub and its patio was a little rough - the sliding screen door didn't work very well. The condo itself was otherwise wonderful. The location was great, walking distance from downtown but not on a busy street.

The pool is a bit of a walk but nice and the garage is small. If you have a full size vehicle plan on using parking spaces.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. My favorite part was how well equipped the kitchen was with utensils to handle whatever you might want to make. Beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable, and only half the jets in the hot tub were working but otherwise couldn’t have picked a better spot.

Overall the condo was as described. The property needs some updating and fireplace was still not operable when we used the unit which was unfortunate. We had some issues in the middle of the night and the property manager responded and handled to the best of their ability. We also arrived early by private shuttle and the room was not ready. Please also be aware that you will need your own travel arrangements from the property office to the condo as it would be difficult to walk uphill in ice and snow with luggage.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo 3 blocks away from snowflake lift. Equipement is a bit old but was functional. Good equipment, lots of space. We had an issue with wifi, the network did not work, we called the property management but they were not helpful.

Our stay was in February 2021. We had 5 adults and 2 children age 2 and 4. We had plenty of space and beds. The town house was clean and ready a few hours before check in time. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had. The home itself is a little outdated but well kept up, maintained, and very clean. My kids loved the huge tub in the master with jets. We loved the hot tub. The bed in the master is super comfortable. The sofa in the loft is a pull out bed. It is a very thin matrices. Worked fine for my 4 year old but maybe not for an adult. The snowflake lift and 4 o'clock run is maybe 2 blocks walk down the road and their is a ski rental shop right there to rent and keep your gear. One word of caution is the parking situation. The parking lot is very small and on an incline. The one car garage for the condo is heated which is nice but pulling the car in can be difficult. The neighbor had an expedition parked in the spot across from the garage and made it impossible to park in the garage. Large full size SUVs just don't work in this parking lot so rent something smaller. COVID did not cause any issues for us. You have to wear a mask at all times and restaurants were at 25% seating so make a reservation and you are fine. The restaurants up on the mountain are also limited seating so we had to eat outside which was really cold so be prepared for that. If you go into Dillion to visit the ice castle have dinner at the Dam Brewery. It is AMAZING! Smores bread good. The Canteen is the best restaurant in Breck. Thanks for the great stay!

Great family time in Breckenridge
We stayed in this unit the first week of Jan 2021 and it was very nice! We came to snow ski and it was a very close distance (walking) to Beaver Run lift & Quick Silver. We had planned to use lockers at Beaver Run for our gear, but with COVID they had them closed so we had to adapt that plan. The unit was well furnished and fit our family's needs of master upstairs w an ensuite bathroom (w an extra loft bedding area if needed) living area & kitchen w a full bath on main level & then 2 bedrooms, a full bath & the laundry on the lower third level along with the porch for the private hot tub - which was greatly used! :) We Loved that! We also were thankful for the heated 1 car garage spot to park our rental in each day. Only 2 things would we critic on this unit- the gas FP was on the fritz most of the time we were there. We called the property management & to their credit they did send someone out 2 times to try to get it working, which only lasted temporarily. It may be time for an overhaul on the FP. And then the location of the complex's garbage cans are right out in front of this unit's garage, which is handy for taking out trash, but is a nightmare for having the room to back a vehicle in and out to the garage, so just beware of that, unless you are driving a super compact vehicle. But overall this is a great unit and we would definitely recommend it and stay here again!
