Lovely West Harwich Cape on quiet street, large yard, ten minute walk to beach!

This is our fourth summer with Stef. We spent 2 weeks here and had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance to Belmont Beach in a quiet neighborhood. One of our favorite things about the house is the large room with the family room and dining table. Lots of natural light makes it cheerful. We rent the house with my parents who are in their eighties and will host one dinner with family while there. My uncle has a rolling walker and had no trouble coming in and out of the house. The house has new appliances and plenty of towels and linens which means we can pack less. I love the hammock and enjoyed reading in it in the morning before heading to the beach. Stef is a fabulous communicator.

The home is perfect for our family -- our fourth year here. Very comfortable furniture/beds. Family room is great for everyone to get together and company. Great supply of towels and sheets. Kitchens have all the appliances and utensils that we need. Even a great supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Patio and yard are private and good sized. Great location to beach, stores and restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just a great as we remembered it! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable. We love the big windows in the living room, the fenced in yard, hammock, and location. We had several rainy days while we were on the Cape and really enjoyed relaxing in the house, reading books, playing games, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions or communications we had with them. We hope to return!

This was our third year in a row renting this property. The house is so well equipped and the layout of the house is perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space to have dinner. The spacious sunroom is full of light and there was plenty of seating. We have already booked 2 weeks for next summer. The location is great. Convenient to Belmont Beach. Very clean. Love the hammock and outdoor shower. Stef is a great host.

Everything was great as usual. This is our fourth year staying here. House is a great place for family get togethers with a large family room. Everything that you could need is available, including a large stock of towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. Highly recommended.

Lovely property with a nice yard in a central location. Kitchen was stocked with some spices, oil, sugar and coffee. There were plenty of clean towels for use.

Stef's home is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay! Stef is super communicative and lets you know about all of the details for your stay--makes everything so easy. All bed, bath and beach linens are included. There is a washing machine and dryer which is great when you travel with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, utensils, mugs, knives and a beautiful set of white and blue dishes. Everything we needed to cook a few meals was there. Plus lots of countertop space and tons of ice in the automatic ice maker. The master bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning units in the bedrooms kept things cool. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and has a sweet backyard with a hammock. The closest beach is just a few minutes away and other beaches and ponds (our favorite!) are very close. We absolutely loved our stay here - everything was pretty much perfect. The house is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood close to the beach and amenities. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did some cooking and found the kitchen to have everything from cooking utensils to serving bowls to beautiful dishes, etc. The yard was peaceful and private and we had so much fun playing bocce ball and relaxing on the hammock. We hope to return to this property again!

We enjoyed our week at this home. My brother lives close by and we were looking for a home within walking distance to him. We drove to the beach each day and parked at the pleasant street beach lot. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Stay!
The cottage was the perfect size and layout for 3 adults and two active boys.
Plenty of space for gathering and bedrooms being away from main living area made it easy for us to be on our own schedules.
Pleasant Rd beach was our go to - just a few minute drive. Activities for kids are also just around a few bends.
Great weather and no crowds made for a perfect week.

Great family getaway
As our third year renting from Stef, we love this house. It’s perfect for a family with an open concept living/dining/kitchen space, along with a great, fenced in backyard. Stef is very responsive. Location is excellent, close to both Dennis and Harwich beaches. Highly recommend!

If you are wondering....Yes, this is the perfect spot!
This is a wonderful spot for a Cape vacation! The house is very comfortable, airy and bright. It's stocked with everything you need including washer/dryer. We found the backyard to be the perfect retreat at the end of a beach day: shady, quiet, cool and pretty. We loved having the outdoor shower too. Pleasant Street Beach is a 4 minute car ride away or a 15 min walk. This beach was wonderful. It was small and family oriented. We bought a beach pass for the length of our stay and it worked perfectly. Our intention was to visit all the Harwich beaches, but we enjoyed this beach so much and it was so convenient, we kept going back. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and we walked often at night. It is also very close to stores, cute shops, mini-golf, ice cream and the bike trails. The owner is very nice and was so responsive to every question we had prior to arrival and during our stay-very welcoming! We highly recommend this property and hope to return again next summer!

Harwichport Beach Getaway
We had a great time at this Harwichport cottge. As advertised, it was close to the local beaches and to the towns of Dennisport and Harwichport. Everything you needed was provided. The backyard was beautiful and we had many great cookouts on the grill provided. Great place to share summer time with family and friends.

July Vacation in Harwich
As with the 2 previous years, the house and owner were great. Every year they make the home even better -- this year there was a new washer & dryer, roof and outside shower. Family room is tremendous place to hangout with friends and family -- with outdoor patio just a step away. Will be back next year.

Wonderful week in West Harwich
This house was the perfect property for us. We had our 80 year old parents and my Aunt with us and we had plenty of space. Everyone remarked on how comfortable we were and how well equipped the house is. It was more than we expected. Stef is a great host. We are going to book two weeks here next summer if it is available. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week on the Cape! We have two young children and this cottage fit our needs perfectly ... it had everything we needed and more! Loved that linens and towels are provided. Great house in perfect location
We had a great week at this house. The house is in a perfect location - less than 15 minute walk to beach or quick (few minutes) drive to many others. We got a beach pass the first day for $65 that allowed us to be able to go to any Harwich beach. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, ACs worked very well, and the house was exactly as pictured. Hammock was a huge hit outside, as was the large patio table. Outdoor shower was great for the kids. I’d recommend it for sure.

Lovely stay
Very comfortable and livable accommodations. Excellent layout for a family. Host was quick to respond to questions. Only surprise was the yard is actually not fully fenced in and only mostly enclosed. This does make a difference for very small children who like to run... fast!

Great house layout with the main living space in the back, and the bedrooms in the front. A nice lawn with hammock and BBQ is perfect for kids and adults. Stef is very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and close to beaches. A wonderful stay!

Really lovely home. Great light, kitchen well stocked with much cookware bakeware. Patio with grill, lovely for dinner. Everyone fought over their turns in the hammock. Great location close to everything very centrally located.

Wonderful House
We LOVED this house and it fit our needs perfectly. It has so many windows letting the sun in, has so many unique touches and is furnished so comfortably.
The only thing that needs improvement is the outdoor shower. But at least it has one!!
The owner was so responsive and attentive. I hope to stay here every summer!

Amazing family stay as this beautiful cape house!
This charming house was amazing for our family getaway down the cape. Stef was super responsive and flexible with our last minute booking. Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need (I’ve never seen a vacation home as well equipped. It has absolutely everything!)
Our girls loved running around in the beautifully kept backyard and the house was spacious yet so cosy. Fantastic location close the beaches and amenities.
Highly recommend! Stef really looks after you and it will make for a memorable stay.

Perfect for my family
My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay. The open living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and helpful to keep an eye on the kids when we were cooking. The backyard was a fun play space, and nice to have a meal or drinks outside. Having a tub and laundry are also big when you have kids. Stef was great and easy to reach with any questions we had. We hope to be back next year!

A great home in a great location
We couldn't have been more pleased with staying at Stef's place in West Harwich. The home was exactly as promised and is in a very accessible location -- near the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and in the center of Dennisport and Harwich (and Chatham).
Communication with Stef were easy and he was also very helpful with input and ideas as we prepared for our trip.

Great family vacation home!!!
The family room is fabulous Whether you are cooking, eating, hanging out, watching TV or outside on the patio -- everyone is connected which makes for a great family get together. The location is very convenient to Harwich and Dennis activities and shops. The owner provided all amenities needed for our vacation, and was very responsive to any questions from booking to checkout. We'll be back and looking forward to it!

Cute Cottage - Great for Family Trip
We had a great stay in this house over the first week in July. We arrived to clean and well supplied house.The house is exactly as pictured. We had a great week walking up to Belmont Beach and around the neighborhood. It was great for a family trip with our young daughter. We would definitely stay here again!
