Nothing can beat this location!
We usually go to Bethany with a larger group, but this year it was just 4 adults and a baby and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It will be hard to stay anywhere but here now.
We made so many special family memories and We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany.
Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Unbeatable location - dead-center on Bethany boardwalk. Allows for an easy walk to anywhere you want to go in Bethany. Gated/secured parking with keypad entry in case you do need to drive to any of the areas nearby like shopping in Rehobeth or the water park in Fenwick Island. The condo has a private pool which is very clean (we saw the pool guy there daily during our stay). The condo itself is clean, well-organized, and has nearly everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this condo - would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to listen to the bandstand from your own balcony, grab food easily or cook at home, and alternate between beach pool beach as our kids demanded!

Property was nice. Just not oceanfront! It was Ocean View. Some lights did not properly work , nor did mechanical shades in living room. Dryer did not dry properly, due to bird nest in outside vent.

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

This property is in an amazing location, right on the boardwalk, which makes it very easy to explore the restaurants and shops, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo is almost soundproof, and we only ever heard the noise from the boardwalk when there was a concert right outside the property.
What we loved most about this property was all of the details that made it easy to just show up! The storage unit is filled with all the beach essentials - umbrellas, chairs, an inflatable baby pool, shovels, sand toys, etc. Our son loved playing with the dump truck! Inside the unit there are plates, utensils, cups, etc for young kids. The bedroom with bunk beds has cute bean bag chairs as well.
Overall, this unit was clean, modern, and in a prime location.

The code was wrong from the Property Manager that was frustrating wasted an hour on that. Also they had ants bad, had to go out and buy ant Spray. Took about 3 days to see any progress. Texted the homeowner to let him know no response. Decorated nicely, kind of a pain to have to bring your own sheets. Not everyone has King sheets had to buy them. Only one patio seems like in picture two. This is on the side of the building so over the restaurants. Nice to be able to walk to all the places to eat. Only made two grocery trips and one of them was to get the supplies for the ant spray. So good location but feel should have been responded to about the Ants situation. And the gate had issues the day we left. Overall nice vacation.

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Our family visited during Spring Break and we could not have asked for a better property and location. The unit was clean, stylish, and overall outstanding. Communicating with the owner was great and checking in and out was very convenient. The location was on the boardwalk and beach near stores and restaurants. Our family had an amazing time! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf! The place was clean and well-equipped. The location was fabulous! We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We parked and never moved our car--we could walk to all activities and restaurants! It was our first time in Bethany and we loved the small town.

Will definitely book this condo again! You can't get any closer to the beach and the boardwalk, and the "people watching" off the deck is a great way to relax.
Also, this place was very clean, unlike a place I stayed last year that was managed by a different company (rhymes with "Song & Shmoster").

Excellent Condo in the Heart of Bethany Beach
We have rented this condo twice now, and will likely rent again next time we stay in the Bethany Beach area. The location of the condo couldn't be better, and the set-up is perfect for 2 couples. Staying in late April, we enjoyed the warmth and coziness of the gas fireplace the first few chilly nights.
My sister has mobility issues, so she really appreciated the ease of the elevator to access the parking level and first floor boardwalk. The pool was open, but the temps were way too chilly to take advantage of it..
The owner offers use of their bikes, children's bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, which is really nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans, knives, and basically everything you need to cook-in, which we did several times.
The beds are comfortable, the master bedroom and bath very spacious, and the home nicely decorated.
As noted in the description, sheets, towels, tea towels, paper products, dish soap, shampoo and soap are not provided (other than what was left by the previous renter), so be sure to bring your own. That's all you'll need to enjoy a perfect beach vacation.

Spectacular Blue Surf
This condo was absolutely perfect! Love the views from the balcony. The size of all rooms was amazing. The kitchen has everything one could need. No expense was spared in the design and decor of this condo. The restaurants we visited were all excellent. Love the boardwalk and the local stores. Hope to return soon.

Fantastic Condo at the Beach
Josh's condo is one of the nicest we've ever rented. The appliances are top-notch, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and the decor soothing and elegant. The owners also provide sand chairs, umbrellas, and beach cruisers for use. The location is great, too, located right on the boardwalk next to the bandstand. We stayed in October, so Bethany Beach wasn't super busy; being on the third (top) floor of the building, we could see the activity below, but it wasn't overly noisy. The small balcony does provide a small, angled view of the ocean. We even spotted dolphins from the balcony!
Be aware that you do need to provide your own bed linens, bath, hand, and kitchen towels, and paper products. Also, you do need to stop at the property managers (Crowley), about a mile from the condo to pick up and drop off the keys. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect
This property was everything the owner stated. My elderly mother, who was not on the beach in years, was able to access the beach with us with minimal assistance. It was everything and more . I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.
The unit was the perfect size for our family, well supplied, and location was great.
The additional beach supplies in the outside locker were certainly an extra plus. We used the chairs, sand toys and beach cart.
Would not recommend a glass coffee table with 18 month old twins but we were diligent about watching them.
Watching the Bethany Beach town activities and beach from our porch was awesome!

Beautiful condo with everything you need
This condo is wonderfully situated in town, right by the beach and very tastefully decorated. We have young kids and elderly with specific diet requirements staying with us so we used the kitchen everyday: there was nothing we felt we needed! Everything was thought of. Highly recommended.

Perfection
Everything about this property was wonderful! Cannot beat the location - everything is just a few steps away. The condo itself is lovely- spacious with all the upgrades. We went with another family (8 total) and everyone had plenty of room and access to amenities. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive and kind!

Amazing Boardwalk/Oceanside Property
Everything you needed in the huge open kitchen was supplied for you including coffee maker AND a Keuring), place was VERY large and spacious with a bathroom for each large bedroom. You could see the ocean from the side of balcony but the balcony overlooked the end of Garfield Pkwy Loop at the boardwalk which was also entertaining but the balcony did not directly face Oceanfront. The decorations, furniture and bedding was beachy and fun (but don't forget your own sheets, towels, TP & paper towels & laundry detergent) and the parking was easy and lots of interesting yummy restaurants (MUST GO TO dinner at Patsy's) and tons of shops seconds away. Nice to have a good washer and driver and a very large storage space around the corner from unit with good chairs and umbrellas, toys, etc. and all TV channels you could imagine with remotes that worked for all 4 flat screen TVs. It was a great place if you can afford it once but just very pricey. We loved it and have never rented a condo that nice before but you get what you pay for so this place was top notch! Thank you owners for the great decorating and it was super duper clean and lovely cheerful painted bedrooms & baths!

Home away from home
The condo was so beautiful and the location was the best couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were there for a family reunion always loved Bethany Beach. Everything was at our fingertips only had to bring our clothes and linens. I would definitely rent this place again when we come. The only set back for me was trying to get out by 10:00am in Jersey everything I have rented they gave us till 11:00-12:00 so there was no rushing but in all we all had a wonderful time.

Wonderful stay!
We had the BEST stay for the week of July 4th! The size of the condo exceeded my expectations and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to everything and never had to get in our car! The amenities in the condo were top notch and I ended up not using half of the things I brought because the condo already had it!! I stayed with my husband and two very small children - and our vacation was perfect!
