Beautiful place and scenery. The casita provided for all of our needs. Samuel and Silvina were most accommodating. We so needed the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend staying ihere. The location is perfectly central.

This was a great weekend getaway from Phoenix. There's so much nature, food and wine all in close proximity. The hosts are terrific, as helpful as you need them to be. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the vineyard. I expect to come back again some day.

What a wonderful place! It's absolutely gorgeous, and the view is stunning. Silvina and Samuel are excellent hosts! Very friendly, helpful, quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. The cottage is immaculate, everything you need is provided, and the decoration is beautiful. Very safe, quiet, cozy place. And the stars at night are something to see. Did I mention the view? Breathtaking. Sit on the swing overlooking the vines and watch the sun set. Very conveniently located to several great wineries, birding, and some incredible scenery. We'll definitely be coming back. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place.

Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.

This was the perfect spot for us and our dog!! Very charming unit and well furnished! Our hosts were very attentive and provided us with great recommendations. Our favorite part of the stay was the solitude and location. Easy access to Sedona and surrounding towns without the congestion! Hope to return in the future.

Such a great stay for a rest and refresh. The hosts were nice and responsive..the property has everything we needed. They gave me great recommendations for some wineries in the area. This was truly perfect for a moment of slowing down.

We absolutely loved this estate, the cottage was just perfect and so beautiful. We will definitely come back, maybe when the grapes are on the vine to see the beauty in that perspective. Our friends loved the guest suite also, they will come back too! You are wonderful gracious hosts and take very good care of this exclusive property. Cant wait to come back!

Lovely cottage with every amenity we needed. The hosts were warm and welcoming and then out of sight (but available if needed).The view from the patio is wonderful and the stars....oh, SO many stars!! We really appreciated the fenced-in patio for our pup. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Highly recommend if you’re going to the Sedona area. Less than half an hour to Sedona and the trails. Silvina and Samuel were very friendly and helpful. You can just text them if there’s an issue and they take care of it. Several garages separate the rental unit from their house so there is plenty of privacy. Great view from the patio.

This is a nice spot to relax and the owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with, the place is also well set up with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Will stay here again sometime.

The location is outstanding! The condo is beautiful. Hosts were very welcoming and great communicators. Only suggestion…less knickknacks. Not a lot of space to put your stuff because there was so many “things” everywhere.

You will NOT be disappointed staying at this property. The house is cozy and welcoming. The view is magnificent, with a fenced in porch, patio furniture, and a propane grill! The owners of the property are down to earth, and make communication easy. We will definitely be staying here again. A wonderful place to relax and take in the sights! Great location overlooking private vineyard and the Oak Creek Valley. Close to many vineyards and places to see in the Verde Valley. Hosts were very informative and recommended outstanding restaurants and vineyards. They were pet friendly, and respected your privacy.

Truly couldn’t have been any better. It was the perfect size for a couple, and the fenced in courtyard for our puppy was one of the best parts. Very comfortable and clean place, looks just like in the pictures, awesome shower, washer/dryer were so handy to have, good coffee beans, bottles of wine you can drink and replace later which is such a nice thought and convenience, amazing views, hosts were next door and were extremely responsive yet we had complete privacy. They are very dog friendly which made it so easy and comfortable for us. We would stay here again EVERY time we’re in the area. They have another rental that isn’t listed right now but could be available if we come back with my parents and need to rent both places.

Hosts were great. Place was very clean. Location was perfect to visit Sedona, Cottonwood, and Jerome. Did a day trip to Grand Canyon. Perfect place for a couples get away. Vineyards close by was a plus!

The property is a little hard to find but worth it. It is beautiful inside and out. Very cute with a great BBQ that was flawless and clean. The views are outstanding any time of day or night looking up at the sky at night.
With this said three things did not go well.
1. The picture of the yard looks big and great but that is the owners' dogs fence the fence for the rental is nice and well-built but is very small so only bring a small dog. we have two dogs one a medium (40lb dog) and the other a smaller (30 lb) dog, so the good thing is that I took a lot of walks with the dogs right across the street where the fish hatchery and eco walkways were.
2. It is not on the VRBO website for this Property but there is a $40 per pet non-refundable fee. this caused the property to be 20% more expensive. My wife and I were blindsided but reluctantly paid it in cash and in full. This was not right. They said it was in our acceptance communication from them, but I never read that I went with the advertised VRBO pricing.
3. The temperature control for the unit is with the hosts and the renters are not allowed to adjust temperatures so you he temperature in the unit changed. have to contact them as many times as you want to even a 1 deg change up or down.
With this said it was a great place to spend our anniversary and the hosts were great. We had a good time there and may come back without dogs the next time.

What a find this property is; we highly recommend it and look forward to a future stay! The hosts, Samuel and Silvina, are great communicators and very accommodating; we were so pleased that Sam looked after our dog at the property while we went out for dinner in Sedona to celebrate our Anniversary at the Mesa Grill. This quiet & private property is not only minutes to Sedona but numerous other towns and points of interest that we explored each day as outings. We loved the well-preserved Main St in Cottonwood and enjoyed the sample platter & ribs at the Colt Grill which is dog friendly on the patio. We enjoyed the crepes at Violette's Bakery in Clarkdale which is also dog friendly & we took a couple of delicious croissants back to the comfortable Hidden Hills Vineyard cottage. We enjoyed an outing to Jerome but were disappointed at the deferred maintenance of numerous homes and commercial buildings, especially as a historic place. So much to see and do that we look forward to our return!

Perched on a hill for beautiful sunset views. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay with 2 adult children and mom. While small, it was perfect for our home base while taking in the surrounding scenery, hiking, shopping and wineries. Clean and warm! Proprietor was friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Exceptional communication and response time from first booking until leaving a week later. Clean and well equipped in every room including the patio with a big sky view and distant mountains. A wonderfully quiet place for two, centrally located for our adventures to Sedona (hiking and music concert), Mount Mingus (above Jerome for a 200 mile view), Red Rocks State Park (hiking, birding, and natural history tours, and Arcosanti to the south. Great places to wine and dine all around.

Unfortunately communication was difficult as the manager was in Mexico. We had NO HEAT as the prior renters took the remote to the thermostat, which we didn't find out until after we arrived. The gate would not open as we were trying to leave for my son's wedding, making an already anxious event more stressful. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights due to the cold temperature in the rental. All in all, not a fun experience. Sad, because it's a very quaint property.

Precisely as described . . . hosts accommodating and respectful of your privacy, safely secured by gate access w/ample parking, quiet and calm, extremely clean w/all necessary/updated Kitchen appliances, adjustable temperature, Wi-Fi w/TV services, spacious "California" King bedroom (judging by what we have) w/pull-out Sofa bed in Living space large enough for our 5'2" Teen (could fit up to a 6'2", my height), enclosed Patio for you Dog (Pug on our end) w/gorgeous views in the AM/PM, 10 minutes away from Sedona and/or 15 minutes away from the Safeway in Sedona, a little less than 30 minutes away both from hiking the Red Rocks in Sedona or the other direction to town of Jerome, 2-minutes away from three different Wineries and 3-minutes away from "Up the Creek" restaurant, access to view/walk Oak Creek via the Fish Hatchery again just two minutes away and 7-minutes away from a Gas Station/Deli on Cornville Rd . . . recommend to stay 3-nights, we stayed 2-nights but had to hit all sites back-to-back-to-back, excellent experience and one for the MEMORIES!!!

The property was beautiful. The location was okay alot of road noise day and night. The sofa bed had old dirty dog blankets when we arrived lucky their was an extra set in closet. This is not a private location. The owners front door is 20 feet from yours. Keep in mind this is someone's home there could be workers mowing and weed trimming outside your door at 6:30 am. Which there was during our stay also alot of car traffic in and out of the property. Beautiful place but if you are looking for a quiet private place this might not be for you.
