This condo was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the whole stay went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in all 3 rooms, especially with teenagers. The in cabinet ice maker in the kitchen was awesome. We use a ton of ice. The pool was big and super clean. Overall an A+ experience for my family. Thank you!

This property has great amenities and is so close to the beach! Traveled with grandparents and 3 kids 4 and under and it was perfect. House was clean and updated!

We really loved this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The premises were well kept and very clean. Only one minimal issue was that the "queen bed" was actually a full size bed so it was tight for an adult couple.

Overall we love the Adagio. We have stayed here multiple times. But this unit could stand some major appliance upgrades for what you pay. We stayed here 9 DAYS and were only given one roll of tp per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. The ice maker didn't work and had mold in it. The knives were very dull, the coffee maker was about the cheapest you could get as well as the blender. The toaster bottom wasn't connected and the sliding doors wouldn't lock. The adagio has always had a very high class feel but this unit was definitely not the standard we were used to.

This property was in the perfect location! Plenty of room! Great pool and access to private beach! My only concern was the master bedroom needs better room
Darkening curtains or add blinds. Too bright with the morning sun shining in early in the morning. The mast bed was not comfortable for me but that may just be me? Lastly the floors had not been cleaned well. When me and my family would walk across floor barefoot our feet turned black from grime. We quickly learned to put shoes on! I would stay here again but I hope some

Beautiful newly remodeled unit right next to the beach! Bikes, bakery, pizza, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. My only complaint was necessities were not stocked... we had to by toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt/pepper/olive oil to cook. Please consider keeping simple things like this in stock for guests staying a week. Overall great place, will definitely visit again!

Such a beautiful, well kept condo! We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very spacious, very clean and in a great location. The easy access to the beach and pool were wonderful. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. Communication was great with the host. Highly recommend this place!!

The condo was in walking distance to many restaurants, next to the bike and golf cart rentals, and had easy access to the bike and walking path, beach, and pool, which was perfect for my family needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony that overlooked the three tier pool. Very clean, everything worked, and the property was not crowded which is extremely important to us. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together!

The owner of this condo need to update the furniture. The night stands were worn out. The living room couch was so low to the ground I could barely get up. The kitchen sink was leaking, however they left a note and said they were aware. The Kitchen had a dirty rug on the floor. The mattresses were hard as a rock. The owners should invest in larger TVs in the bedrooms. The Master Bathroom shower door would not close. One of the secondary bathroom needed plastic shower liner. I definitely would not stay at this condo again. Owners please update the furniture. Also, the tile flooring needs to be power cleaned.

We’ve been coming to the Adagio for about 10 years. While the overall quality is still top notch, somethings are deteriorating. In our unit the master shower door didn’t shut, the kitchen sink dripped, master faucet had loose handles, the couch was comfy but was broken (think college frat house).
The beds were comfy and a great time was had. Just needs some upgrades and surface repairs.

We just stayed at the Adagio F205, and it was wonderful. The condo location was perfect. Overlooking the pool, and just a short easy walk to the beach. But also located near so many great restaurants and shops, an easy scenic drive down 30A to Seaside and Rosemary beach, both beautiful locations!
My only issues(I wouldn’t even call them complaints) are that the carpeting could use a good cleaning, and the master bed wasn’t very comfortable. A little hard for me, but some may like a firmer mattress. Other wise the condo was great. Everything you need was there….except a dish drying rack. That would have been useful. The condo is very quiet, didn’t here anything when inside. The rental company was so very easy and nice, communication was terrific!!
We will definitely be back!

The dishwasher only had a lower rack so had to be run twice to do a full load. It could not be fixed while we were there. The air conditioner had not been well maintained and broke down for over 24 hours during a heat wave. The technician arrived the second day and got it working but said it would need a 4 hour service to really fix it. The face plate on the microwave was falling off but did work. The sliding glass door lock was broken. It was clean and spacious and we had a good time, I just expect more for the price we paid. I would stay at Adagio again but I would select a different unit.

The ice maker in the kitchen is awesome for the beach. Like most rentals, the knives are terrible (ha!) but the equipment and dishes/glasses were great. It’s decorated nicely. The couch is worn and the carpet could for sure be replaced in the bedrooms but the rest is travertine tile which is very nice to have. Washer and dryer are older but they work great. The convenience to the pool and beach were awesome. The chair rental guy is the nicest we’ve every met. We had a fabulous trip!

Wonderful place. Our family really enjoyed our time at the condo. The only negative would be the beach situation. We were not aware that 80 percent of the beach is for daily rented chairs. And the security monitoring the neighboring “private beach” was ridiculous.

We really loved our stay at Adagio. The unit was spacious with a great outdoor space. The pool was amazing. We loved all the seating and shade options.
Some attention is needed with the appliances. This unit is way too nice to have a damaged microwave and dishwasher.
I also would have appreciated a little more beach space. The chair and umbrella rental company pretty much took the majority of the beach. There was very little room to set up your own chairs. And the neighboring property has a security guard keeping people from sitting on their private beach. Sad. I hope Florida changes this law.
