It’s a very pleasant boutique hotel, the staff was very kind, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the location is epic. One of Europe’s best Christmas markets were like 5 minutes away by walking. The beds are marvelous, so if you’re tired by the end of the year, then I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed when sleeping at this hotel.

To be honest it was a nice full package, what the hotel offered, so me and my girlfriend were pretty satisfied with everything.

staff were lovely, really kind and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you, attention to detail was amazing and thorough, the building was very safe and secure, which meant a lot to us as we previously moved from another hotel that was terrible, the rooms were gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10-spacious and clean and so quiet, we slept really well every night- they are situated in the most perfect place! right next to the Xmas markets and lots of gorgeous restaurants and shops around, a minutes walk from St Stephens square, continental breakfast and juices were included, it really was perfect.

we liked every single thing about it, absolutely no negative comments at all. it was perfect in every way.

Air conditioner did not cool down room quite enough

Great location, right next to St. Stephen's Basilica. Very safe neighbourhood, basic but quality breakfast. Some members of the staff was very supportive and helpful.

The major problem with this hotel is they hire very little staff and they cannot efficiently resolve the issues coming up. For example: we arrived 21:00 and no one was there. We had to call them from our mobile for directions. They told us to take the envelope with our name on the desk, but key number was wrong and we entered other travelers' room! I am glad no one was there at the moment. We called them and they had us use a device to reset the card to the right room number. The other day I heard a gentleman telling them they arrived last night and there were no towels in their room, so they could not shower! Also at breakfast, if anything run out, he had to go to the reception and tell them to refill (which they did). Last, the room fridge was very very weak and did not properly chilled our cheese (even though it was set to the max). It was no cheap either, so I believe they need to resolve these issues.

The staff at the hotel were truly amazing - from check-in to check-out and all the interactions between. The hotel is tucked into a quiet building and we were very happy with the bright and large room. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic, but that was what I was expecting based on the hotel's description. Still, the food was always fresh and delicious.

No comments for what to improve. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Stylish, modern Boutique Hotel in the center of Budapest.

We had the room next to the Breakfast area which means there was some noise starting early morning. And the TV was not working. But these were just minor problems.

Wonderful & helpful staff. Perfect location near the Basilica and Danube river. Thank you for making our stay easy and amazing. Recommended!

At night time, the path into the building needs more light, I nearly fell over at night time because I couldn't see as there was not much light.

Clean and beautiful rooms, big enough for one night stay. In the very center of Budapest, close to all the touristic objectives. We easily found a parking spot nearby. Very smooth check in even we arrived at 23:00 and very good, proactive customer service before arrival.

One of the beds in our room was damaged. It needs fixing. No light at the entrance in the building.
