Este Townhome en James Island ha sido renovado de arriba a abajo. Cuando venga a quedarse en nuestra residencia, se sorprenderá de lo bien abastecida que está la casa. Ropa de cama, toallas de playa, cocina completamente equipada, lavadora / secadora. ¡Todo lo que necesitas es tu maleta! Otra gran característica de esta casa son las televisiones que se pueden encontrar en la sala de estar, ¡junto con las dos habitaciones! No dude en traer a sus animales que también aprobarán el patio cercado y los senderos para caminar en el vecindario. La ubicación es ideal para visitar Charleston. ¡Estás céntricamente ubicado fuera de los caminos trillados pero puedes llegar a todos los puntos de acceso en solo un corto trayecto en auto! Los nuevos restaurantes están a un máximo de 5 minutos en coche. Otras características a tener en cuenta son una parrilla de gas y un patio en el patio trasero. We stayed here for two months while our house was being remodeled. We found the accommodations to be very convenient and the neighborhood was pleasant. Communication with host was excellent and very timely.

This was a winter get away from MI weather for me, my husband and our miniature poodle. The condo was lovely with a private outdoor patio for warm days and a gas fireplace for those colder evenings. The complex has a series of man-made ponds with paved walk ways that made for many pleasant walks,

My husband and I stayed for a month in January. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and make ourselves feel at home. The community was great with a bunch of walking paths and ponds, and the backyard was fenced in which was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold winter mornings and the backyard table and BBQ were a nice bonus. The location is great! A short Uber ride to downtown Charleston and so close to Folly Beach. Thanks Elizabeth for a great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay here. Very convenient, on-site, safe parking, 2 BR, 2BA. Lots of kitchen ware, pretty back yard. Elizabeth very responsive to a few needs and questions.

Quite comfortable with great vintage touches. Well equipped kitchen and an awesome private backyard. That said, the townhome needs a deep cleaning. We don’t have a dog and dog hair was everywhere.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dogs for our trip to Charleston. The location is great, it’s located close to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The house was great and the backyard space was perfect. We even enjoyed the neighborhood the house is located within. There was several walking trails throughout which we perfect for running in the morning and walking our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

First, I was surprised that it is actually 2 bedrooms even though the listing said 1. Had I known, I might have asked a friend to stay too. Home is accurate to photos. Very clean. The location is very convenient with Publix less than 2 miles. Walking paths for 2 legged and 4 legged. Elizabeth was quick with responses to inquires. Highly recommend Black Magic Cafe for breakfast. I would consider staying here again...though not in the sweltering heat of late July : )...yea for air conditioning.

Weekend Love
This property was exactly what I was looking for. Originally being from the Charleston area it was convenient to the beach, downtown and family. I was able to attend the beach everyday with it being only about 7 minutes away. The downtown (Market Street) was about 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends.

Great couple day stay!
We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

Charleston Winter Break
Thank-you Elizabeth for being such a welcoming host. Our six week stay on James Island surpassed our expectations. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It's in a quiet, safe community with beautiful walking trails and fountains on the grounds. The furnishings have all the charm of historic, downtown Charleston. In addition, its close proximity to James Island County Park affords miles of walking and biking nature trails. There are many good eateries close by on James Island and Folly Beach as well. It's location is perfect to sights both in the downtown area, Kiawah Island, John's Island and West Ashley. We certainly will not forget our first trip to Charleston and definitely consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to the area.

This was our fourth stay here. We love this property. Elizabeth makes everything so easy. Love the changes to the back yard! Our pups love when we come here too.

peaceful easy feeling
This home on James island was in a perfect location for us as it is 10-15 from Charleston, Folly beach, Morris island lighthouse. It was located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great walking trails. The home itself was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and lacked for nothing. The small backyard was very useful and very well maintained. I even did some yoga and stretching on the comfortable artificial grass!! I would highly recommend this home as a central homing point for exploration all around the Charleston area!!
