We had an amazing stay. The house surpassed our expectations. Location is perfect to beach, pools and seaside. The golf cart and bikes are crucial in this area and made getting around easy for us and the kids. the house was clean. Jay, the host, self manages so all communication is quick and easy. Having Jay manage the property is more like having a friend in Florida that lets you use his house for your vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again for next trip.

We enjoyed our weeks, vacation and watercolor as a family and the house made it even more special. With lots of things to drag to the beach, the close proximity to the pool in the ocean made it easy on us. It was an easy walk or bike ride, and sometimes we would take the golf cart, which was very convenient! Jay was on top of things and we appreciated that! Would definitely stay here again!! Until next time!

Location to beach and Water Color resort was Great, simply a couple block walk. Family loved the small pool in the back to relax by. Host is responsive, and great to work with. Family memories made are priceless. 💚

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The home was clean and very well appointed. We had a few requests and questions during our stay and Jay was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. The pool was the perfect size for our young kids and they loved swimming in it every day. Having access to the golf cart made getting around a breeze, especially since parking for cars can be limited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to Jay's home again in the future!

What a wonderful place to vacation! This house exceeded our expectations. The house was exactly how it looks in the pictures and is ideally located for access to everything you need in Watercolor and the surrounding towns... with the golf cart and pool being amazing additions to the stay. From the minute we booked, the owner was helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a place to stay in Watercolor.

My family spent Thanksgiving week at the mystic cobalt property. It has a great location, walking distance to everything you need and the beach! The home is very cute and cozy! And Jay was very accommodating and friendly!

Seaside is a charming community. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Kids enjoyed the bikes and golf cart was great for early morning coffee and donut runs.
Location is perfect. Easy walk to beach, pools, shops and restaurants.

This property is ideally located in Watercolor. Its a beautiful home with great amenities including a private pool and GEM vehicle which we used every day. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had.
We cant say enough about the Watercolor resort community. The resort pools are fabulous and access to the beach is so convenient. Definitely a 5 star family vacation!

The house was gorgeous and very well kept. Property was perfectly located near shopping, beach club, and a close walk to seaside. Kids enjoyed using the pool and the back porch made it easy to not only relax but also keep an eye on the kiddos while they swam. Jay was always available for questions and kept us up to date on any changes that came up with the check in process.

We loved our stay at Into the Mystic!
The fantastic location of this house cannot be emphasized enough (easily walkable to the beach, Seaside, Watercolor Beach Club, restaurants and other locations within Watercolor). Even though it was in the "thick" of things, it was also very quiet and peaceful with no significant traffic noise.
The included golf cart was also a super nice amenity which made it convenient to drive to Camp Watercolor (approximately 1 mile away from the house) and for AM runs to Seaside square to pick up coffee etc.
The small pool in the back of this house was also a major star of our trip. Our kids (ages 5 and 8) as well as my wife and I loved being able to take our bluetooth speaker out there after dinner and listen to music during our regular evening swims while the sun was setting. The water was warm, clean and the pool itself was in excellent condition.
Jay was quick to respond to questions and was, in general, an awesome host. Really couldn't have asked for more from him. Check in and check out were easy and without issue.
Definitely recommend this property without qualms. Hope to stay there again!

We had the best week at Jay's property! Not only was it a fantastic location, but the house was perfect for our group of 11 (ages ranging from 4-70)! Jay was responsive and kind. We had almost no reason to drive the entire time we were there because the house was so close to all amenities. The pop up shops and food truck area was about .4 miles away. The beach was a quick 2 block walk and the only time we needed to drive was if we went to the Camp Watercolor pool. The little pool at the house gave the kids a a great place to play during our down time. The area was so nice -you could spend a whole day looking at the beautiful homes. The beach had the prettiest water and Jay even had some buckets, shovels and nets that made our little ones so happy. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

The location is amazing. We used the small pool which was such a great space for the children while cooking dinner. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The beds were super comfortable overall great stay.

What a wonderful home to stay in that was so close to the beach. The golf cart was the real MVP of this trip as we never usually have one, and it was so helpful for me especially at 33 weeks pregnant! The home was well-equipped and the front porch morning sipping coffee while my toddler played were the most memorable.
Jay was a wonderful host, and was able to get us checked in easily, and even let us check out a little later since our flight was later and people weren't checking in for a day. We normally use a rental company vs a VRBO owner, and this was a much cleaner experience. The rental was also much better kept. Thank you for our stay! (7 adults + 1 toddler)

Our stay at 74 Mystic Cobalt was awesome!! The home was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 9. The location was wonderful - so close to beach, Seaside, walking trails, restaurants, etc. Jay was a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond and offer suggestions. We stayed here for spring break (and although the weather was not what we hoped for) our stay was a great one! Thankful for the heated pool... the close walk to Seaside and the Beach Club! Beautiful home! We definitely made some fun memories here!

We booked this house to be able to take in the 30A Songwriters Festival and we were so fortunate that not only was this house absolutely perfect, the homeowner was also a wonderful resource for us knowing so many things about the festival and gave us some wonderful guidance. Jay was great about communicating with me whenever I had a question. The house was perfect and was in great condition, everything we needed for three couples. WaterColor is such a beautiful community. We look forward to returning in warmer weather! (We were there in January).

We enjoyed our stay at 74 Mystic Cobalt. The location is perfect for access to all Seaside has to offer. All within a short walk or bike ride. Of course the six person golf cart was great as well! The entire family loved watching the fireworks from the beach to bring in the New Year!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering for a wedding celebration in Watercolor! Loved it. Rooms were a great size, kitchen fully appointed, comfortable and the golf cart was a fabulous perk. Jay was a terrific communicator. Thank you for everything.

We had a terrific time at the house. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen had excellent appliances and cooking supplies. It made our family meals quite easy! The location is perfect to get to the Watercolor Pool and beach-quick walk 4-5 minutes. The golf cart made getting to the Camp Watercolor facility quick and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be able to come again!

We have frequently stayed on Mystic Cobalt in Watercolor. This home exceeded our expectations. It was warm, flowed well, has a beautiful working kitchen, and a great pool! We liked the passes to the Watercolor Beach Club. A definite home to return to.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Jay was so helpful and prompt with anything we asked. The neighborhood is so beautiful, and leaving our car parked for a week to walk, ride bikes and use the golf cart was just perfect! Lots of time spent in the private pool, screened porch and rocking on the porch swings. We will for sure be back!

Our family loved this house! Plenty of space, great location, comfortable beds and best of all, the pool! We spent a lot of time in the pool during our stay and our kids looked forward to playing in it every day. We spent the extra money to heat the pool since we were there in October, and it was well worth it. The homeowner was very responsive throughout our stay, making the whole process simple and easy. We’ll definitely go back!
