The location of the condo was great. The views stunning and so close to Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.

The family and I really enjoyed this property. Very clean, great amenities, and an awesome location. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful area and fun family getaway!

We had amazing time at the Emily’s apartment. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, not far a way to the lake and other attractions. I love this place. We had wonderful time there with my family. All the best Emily!

Loved the area, loved the property and loved that it was so easy to communicate with the owner when we had questions and the area is one of our favorites.

The property was amazing. The clubhouse included a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, pool tables, ping pong, racketball, and tennis. I really enjoyed it and will book again this winter.

Everything was great! Maintenance crew did a great job of keeping parking lot and walkways clear after significant snowfall. Will definitely be back!

Overall great stay! Couple things to consider; natural fireplace but no source of wood in development. Commercial wood too big to burn, recommend fake logs. Bunk bed probably great for kids, not so for adults. Didn’t try fold out couch so idk. Kitchen fully equipped as advertised. We would stay here again!

Very convenient location to the ski areas and other things to do. Very close to the clubhouse for the hot tubs, sauna, pool, and laundry.

The size and amenities are perfect, best kitchen pantry we’ve seen (well stocked with the things you forget to purchase!). Don’t expect embossed toilet paper, the place is basic, but comfortable, and really- we were there for the skiing not the sleeping! It’s a drive up the mountain, not near the busyness of Dillon. There is a short walk from the parking lot (& it wasn’t shoveled the 4 days we were there). I would stay again- very suitable for a ski trip with kids or 2 couples.

Condo was well located, stocked, and had all the necessities for cooking and relaxing I would stay there again

We booked our stay in wildernest which is luckily close to everything. The property is a value property. Slightly dated. Curtains had broken draw strings. The property is at the complete far side of wildernest so you have to drive 9 minutes up the hill from silverthorne and I70 (minor inconvenience). Host extremely reaponsive. No major issues. Hottubs and pool in building next door (convenient). Beds were very uncomfortable. These were rental beds and not a comfortable mattress. Would advise host spend 2500-3000 on two new mattresses. Have stayed in many rentals and these beds unfortunately were the most uncomfortble ive stayed in and im 36 with usually no concern over where i sleep. My friend on bottom bunk bed said the same. I would stay here again for the value and competitive pricing and new mattresses would make it truly the best value in Summit County!

Emily was awesome. She reached out during our stay and we received all instructions/access codes , etc. prior to traveling. The condo has ample space and the kitchen is nice and has everything you need to cook meals if you desire. Overall we had a great experience!

I recently stayed here with my husband and our 4 children... it was perfect! The view was spectacular and the location was ideal for all the activities we wanted to do. We played in the snow right outside the condo and my kids could not get enough of the clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our experience at this condo. The host was very responsive. There were 6 adults. The living space was very cozy and well stocked. The last thing you want to do is run to the store after sking. We didn’t have to do that and we’re able to relax. The location was great and so was the view. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there with our 2 teenagers and the condo had everything we needed and had adequate space for the 4 of us. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Instructions regarding location and access were on point. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and ping pong table in the clubhouse - we pretty much had the place to ourselves every time we went there. The clubhouse is the building right next door to the condo rental, so just a short walk to get there which was also nice. The property owner was very friendly, helpful and responded promptly - within a couple minutes. We would recommend this rental and we would stay there again without any hesitations! Thank you!

Our hosts provided a very clean and perfect accommodation for a family of five with three teens. Having two bathrooms was great! The apartment was clean, well stocked to eat in with cooking accessories. The price was also very reasonable. When my son accidentally left his wallet they were quick to respond and will be mailing it to us. We don’t need to look at another property when going to Breck!

Thank you to Emily for being so responsive. The condo is beautiful. We just suffer a bit from altitude sickness.

Overall the place was awesome and we had a great time,will recommend it to all my family and friends,hope to see your wonderful place again in the summer time.

The residence had everything you need for a great stay and the clubhouse was the cherry on the sundae with pool and hot tub open whenever you need it.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and well taken care of. The only negative is that the bed in the master bedroom is really uncomfortable, both my husband and I had a difficult time sleeping. Otherwise it's a great location for peace and quiet, the kitchen was well stocked, there were fun games and overall our family enjoyed the weekend. We would stay there again if the bed had a memory foam added ;-)

It was a very nice stay! Our whole family enjoyed it very much! Lots of spices for your food, so many pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, I could bake a cake if I wanted to too! The place was very spotless! We enjoyed movies on Netflix as well. Totally recommend!

No complaints! Awesome place, location, and good communication :)

This place is all about the location, with the wilderness just out the back door and moose resting against the building. However, I have never experienced such poor communication with a property owner in my years of using VRBO. I take no joy in leaving this review, but buyer beware. Emily neglected to inform me that there would be a MAJOR re-roofing project happening during my stay. I saw a sign on the door warning of it happening on a Sunday, and sent a note to her that I was enjoying her place but was worried about the roofing disruption. She merely gave a thumbs up response. Since it rained Monday and Tuesday, the work was postponed. Come Wednesday, there was so much noise and chaos around the place, it was virtually uninhabitable. On Thursday morning, I woke to two roofing workers on a ladder, staring through the window at me in my bed at 6:45am. Again, total chaos that day. I again sent Emily a note and instead of apologizing for the major disruption and perhaps entertaining a refund (really the right thing to do), she responded FIVE DAYS LATER that she hadn’t heard about the project and was more concerned about reaching out to the HOA than making things right with me. While packing my car, I was approached my three different property owners from the complex that were astounded she opted to rent her place out during the project. I asked her to consider a partial refund (I would think two nights would be fair), and six days later she still has not responded. In summary, a nice place in an amazing location with really poor communication with the owner. If she responds in any meaningful way, I will update my review. But hey, at least there won’t be any roofing project for another ten years or so!

The space was amazing. I was so grateful to stay in such a warm and welcoming space as I geared up and ran the Leadville 100. The owners were wonderful and answered any questions we had.

The condo was wonderful. There were two maintenance items the living room window will not shut tight and the faucet in the guest bath is loose. We would stay again.

Absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot for a getaway!

Satisfied my needs

A very well equipped condo with comfy beds, plenty of blankets although the pillows might need some replacing as they were all an average of 3 inches high. There wasn't a thing that was not provided in the kitchen. The view was unmatched in it's beauty. The moose coming around was so pleasant. and We had the added benefit of having snowfall almost every night. The only low point was the Satellite TV. It would not work, after my brother who is a Tech type of person couldn't get it to come on. The Satellite worked in the Clubhouse though. The TV situation in the 2 bedrooms was puzzling to say the least. There was no remote in the Master bedroom but the mystery was solved when it was discovered that the TV's only played DVD's through the DVD player in the closet of the 2nd bedroom.
