My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was in a great area and was convenient to restaurants and groceries. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed playing the Pac-Man games. The listing had several inaccuracies, which weren’t noted until after booking: there were no beach towels and there was no cable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding. The location & check in process were great! We so enjoyed our stay. We wished we had packed bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.). There was none. We used my shampoo for soap!
Coffeemaker required coffee grounds…. I packed K-cups. It was a wonderful weekend & overall we enjoyed our stay. 😊

Property is in a very nice location and close to everything. I only gave a good rating on cleanliness due to some items in the kitchen that were not very well cleaned aftertake a few things if your going to cook you may want to bring a few thing's. Otherwise the property is well decorated and the owners are very responsive to any concerns. We wpuld stay here again.

The condo is decorated very nicely. 2 bedrooms spacious with their own bathrooms. The double beds are tight for larger people but were comfy. The kitchen is small but has everything you might need. However the microwave did not work. Overall we had a nice stay.

Stayed for a week with family and dog. Charming little townhouse in well maintained community with awesome pool. Close to shopping, attractions and beach. Communication with host was prompt.
We loved the area and our stay, but the condo is in need of some repair/upgrades. The microwave was broken, cookware was very old. The water in the kitchen sink kept turning on by itself. The sliding door to the terrace wasn’t locking. There was no vacuum cleaner. We received a dust pan and little broom from the maintenance service.

East Beach is close and very nice to experience.

My only wish is for supplies to be updated, such as cooking ware (new pans for example, a cast iron griddle) and maybe more toilet paper.
I recommend bringing bottled water while staying in St Simons.

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were here to play in a pickleball tournament and the location was excellent. We could get to everything we needed in minimal time! Accommodations were fine - the only negative is that the carpet (especially on stairway) could have been cleaner. Bathroom electrical outlet was not working but I was able to use one just outside in bedroom and it worked out ok. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

We stayed to visit family living on SSI. Nice, clean and great for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, great location. If you plan to cook you'll want to bring a few of your own items as the pans are beat up and the can opener is broken. We just borrowed one from our family.
Also, the master bathroom had a broken towel rod and TP holder probably due to people who stayed and didn't respect the property (which I can't stand). My handy man husband tried to fix them but couldn't.
Overall, space was well decorated, comfortable and in a great location. The price was very reasonable and the owners were available if needed and responded quickly. This is perfect for a short stay with little cooking.
We enjoyed our stay and getting to have Christmas with family nearby. Thank you!

My stay was good. I love st simons. When I left the place I received a text from the owner that I owed extra money for a clean up fee. I followed all the guidelines for leaving. When I arrived my bed had torn sheets that were also dirty. Also the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. There was no gas girl as in the posting. Will not stay at any of this owner’s properties again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has upgraded flooring throughout. I believe the pictures show carpet but now there’s new hardwoods. Our kids loved the bonus pac man game upstairs. Very nice washer and dryer. A few things that may need attention - the sofa seems older, the bed pillows are worn and could use a refresh. There was bacon left in the microwave from previous renters but I’m sure that was a cleaning over sight. The condo is comfortable and met our needs for our stay! Great quiet location.

Great location. 2 miles from the beach. There was some food options and pharmacy just around the corner which we found convenient. Property manager answered my questions fairly quickly and responded when we thought we had left something behind. The wash and dryer was a must and probably better than my own washer and dryer. We were able to have Walmart delivery so that was great. For somewhere to stay, put your head down, and be close to the beach, it was great.
Some cons, we were greeted by a dead mole near the front door which we later realized was our welcome gift from the stray cat outside. The cat has a collar but doesn’t seem to be taken care of... Friendly but looks to have ear mites, poor thing. The back door was unlocked upon arrival. The carpets on the stairs could use replacement. The electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work. One of the lamps in the second bedroom did not work. The TV in the main room would turn itself back on after a few seconds of being turned off. It was a clean home but I felt as if it could’ve been cleaner in the drawers where the silverware is and more organized in the drawers to find utensils easier. Drains in the baths need to be cleaned out.
Even with these issues, we slept comfortably and it was a great price.

The property was a perfect weekend stay. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, that was in close proximity to the beach and the pier. The property was clean and comfortable. Cynde and Jerry were very responsive, and the check in and check out process was very easy . Very nice place for a weekend in St. Simons .

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location by the roundabout. Saw lots of planes taking off and landing. Wish the weather had been a bit better but can't control that. Showed up to the property that we rented and the hot water didnt work and the cable and internet also were out. Called the property manager and they informed us they had another unit down the road we could use. This location appeared to be under construction. There were patched holes in the wall. The flooring was coming up in places. There were soft spots in the floor that we were concerned that we might fall through. This unit only had one bathroom where the original unit had two. Overall this unit was in need of repairs desperately, but at least the hot water and cable and internet worked.
