The location is tough to beat, better than 99% of places available at Breck. True ski in and out on a real slope and access to the four main peak 8 lifts directly. Skip the gondola and snowflake lift and head straight up the hill. And since it is a smaller development, no long walk to your ski in/out access, the hill is right there.
Our Ford Explorer with a roof box was too tall for the garages but we were able to make alternative on site parking arrangements with the property manager. The host answered a number of questions throughout the week, great communication!

We stayed here in January for a family ski trip with 3 generations, ranging in age from 5-75! We loved the convenience of ski-in, ski-out! Host was quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. The view was perfect and the common area right next to the condo was great for our group! Will definitely stay here again!! Travelled with 3 adult children to Breckenridge from Iowa. True ski-in ski-out property. Our first time with them his type of lodging and it was a game changer! Loved the convenience. Great view, great beds, nice bathrooms, cozy ambience. Hope to stay again next year! My only problem was with the altitude…went to an oxygen bar and also bought some “canned oxygen” and that helped quite a bit:)

One note for very beginner skiers, it’s located off a blue run. It’s an easy, short walk from a green run, but only true “ski in” from a blue. Luckily with lessons, our kids mastered the blues pretty quickly so we could all ski in. So convenient!!!

This property is clean, has an excellent location for ski-in/ski-out with convenient large ski lockers. Kitchen has all you could need, plus spices, ziplocks and tinfoil! Super easy to come in for lunch every day. We had a party of 7, including 5 teens and the property worked well. This property is older, but it has a great view and location. Things to note: if your vehicle is over 6'4", you will not be able to park in the garage. Additionally, the road that the condo is on isn't maintained for snow and is steep at the top, so rear-wheel vehicles may struggle depending on weather. The lock-box for the key is a bear but patience and a light touch will get it open. Also, the property manager is a skier, so don't expect his help if the lifts are open. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo is nicer than the pictures indicate.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Last time appliances didn't work, toilet was broken and light bulbs were out. They came and fixed things. This time 5 light bulbs were out, coffee maker was not functional, and fans in bathrooms didn't work. I was told no one services this condo anymore and no one responded to text or calls. We went and bought lightbulbs and made do with the rest. The location is fantastic. The facilities are good. The condo is dated but decent. If they would spent just a little time and effort it would be great. Will find a different place in the same complex next year.

Such a great location. True ski in ski out. Wonderful, very large ski locker. Great kitchen., well stocked. Very clean. Easy check in process. Great garage with 2 parking spots. Don’t forget quarters and detergent for laundry about $4 a load but is very fast and convenient. Great work and study space right next to the unit. Condo had everything we needed except comfortable beds. The mattresses are super thick memory foam that you deeply sink into and offer no support. I’m not picky about a mattress. I’m thin and fit and this is the only mattress I’ve ever really disliked. Such a bummer because it’s a great condo otherwise. If only they had normal mattresses I would give this condo 10/10. Be careful as well as the owner is already advertising “new mattresses”. If you book here you may want to check if they are the existing memory foam mattresses as of 1/2023. We would love to stay here again but unfortunately we’ll have to move on to another unit because of the poor sleep in this condo. Note all 4 mattresses are the same. (Mattresses in the loft were normal/fine)

Great vacation rental. The views were amazing. The owner and property manager were very responsive. The property is a little dated, but has all of the amenities that one would need for a week stay. Minor maintenance needs to be done, such as replacing lightbulbs, but otherwise everything worked great. One suggestion that I would make would be to have a change machine in the laundry area or laundy machines that can take credit cards or dollar bills. We knew that the machines only took quarters, so we did bring some, But, each load was $1.75 - $2.50. We had to find a bank to get a roll of quarters to use. Overall, we had a fantastic time over the holidays and would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

This place was perfect location - ski in/out right on Peak 8 at Breck. The layout was also great for a large group, with plenty of beds and a big kitchen island for everyone to eat at. Would recommend staying here!

Best Real Ski in Ski out in Breck
By far the best location for a family or a group of friends wanting to enjoy an actual SKI in SKI out not a falsely advertised SKI in SKI out where you can SKI back to the house but have to walk to the lift. This was my 2nd trip to Breckenridge and I will be staying at ski watch again. Alex was very helpful with any question I had and responded as soon as possible. The hot tub's definitely helped with recovering my legs every evening after a full day of skiing. Both bedrooms were spacious and the bed were very comfortable. Cleanliness was amazing and it was awesome having a full kitchen at our disposal. Balcony has an amazing view of Peak 8. The ski locker for the unit can easily fit 10 sets of ski's or snowboards, boots, helmets, and poles. Also Parking was great and spacious Suburban's and Yukon's had no problems fitting in spots on the 1st floor garage.
The only problem I had with the property was the lock box to get the key out of was a bit difficult and took about 15-20mins to finally get the box to open.

We stayed with our 3 college age boys. They LOVED the actual ski in/out ability the location provided. We don't ski anymore but loved being able to watch the slopes. We're a short drive or ride to downtown and groceries. We used the hot tub every night. Beds were very comfortable and clean. I will definitely want to stay here again!

Wonderful place!
“Pretty awesome” say my two teens. The condo is perfectly situated with a great balcony that overlooks the Colorado and Rocky Mt super chairs at the base of Peak 8. There are lockers for your ski gear and a patio to stop and rest between runs - or go home for lunch. Alex responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
