This house was the perfect fit for a summer beach trip with kids. We had an amazing time, and had no problem sleeping 8 kids. Newly renovated the house looks beautiful. This house is next to a lot of good restaurants and Wawa along with Elite Fitness which provides day and week passed! A short walk to the beach and bike ride to Beach Haven made this house ideal. The owner was more than kind in helping us check in and out! Will definitely be back!

Another amazing week in LBI Beach Haven area! The property is in a great location few short blocks to the beach and very close to wawa which the kids loved! Had a problem with back door and owner had it fixed next morning ..

My friends and I were actually surprised when we walked into the house - it was even better in person than in the pictures (a backwards catfish if you will). They have done a beautiful job with it - everyone room is large and sleeps many, but the back patio area and outdoor shower are definitely the best parts. Kathy and Pat were so kind and helpful via text throughout the weekend. The location was great for first time LBI goers, and everyone we met in town was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Our main problem was with the cleanliness of the house. We found old masks in one bedroom and uncooked pasta on the floor in the living room. The house is in a nice location on the island but a little too far from the beach.

Great location for beach and food in the surrounding neighborhood. Good space in the house and yard.

I stayed with my family friends. House was clean, and close to the beach and had plenty of beds to sleep in . Backyard is perfect for kids to play. Owner is responsive. We’ll come back in the future.

Thank you Kathy and Patrick so much for your hospitality. The house was very bright, clean and spacious. It was large enough to fit 3 families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids) comfortably and had everything we needed to have a very nice weekend getaway . The backyard is great with lots of room for outdoor dining and the bbq is excellent - kids loved playing there. The location is great too - it’s only 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach and a block to the bay . Kathy was also so kind - even though we accidentally left the key inside the house when we checked out instead of the lock box she was very flexible and understanding about it. Thank you again so much. We enjoyed your home and LBI so much and definitely will return back in the future.

This house was perfect for my family and my inlaws. We had ample space with a very large kitchen, large bedrooms and lots of outdoor seating. The house was clean and comfortable and we would stay here again.

This is a nice property in a convenient location and worked well for my family.

We had a great time getting everyone together for a short beach trip. The house was great and even better than expected. The back yard is a perfect place to entertain and grill after a beach day. Kathleen was easy to work with and easy to contact!

This house was perfect for a group of girls to share .. the owner was so easy to contact and work with and had all ammenties available with a great backyard .. bedrooms were large and had 3 bathrooms ! .. highly recommend this house !

We appreciated Katherine's house for our family to gather as we were on LBI for a family wedding. It was a wet and windy weekend so we were very happy to have all the space in this house. Katherine was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. It was a great place for our family!

We (family of 4 + nanny) stayed at Katherine’s beach house for several days. Although there were only 5 of us, the house can easily accommodate many more. The house was clean, and in a convienient and quiet location. Although we ended up driving to and parking at the beach, you can easily walk there. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the bay. About a mile down the main road to the left there was an acme supermarket and a mile and a half the other way were all the shops, water park, and fantasy island. The grille worked wonderfully and the outside fenced in yard was nice to have, especially with little ones. There are several things I can not go without at a beach house rental. An outside shower, very cold AC, and a washer/dryer. This house has all of them. Although Katherine and her husband are overseas, there was no problem getting in touch with them. I would rent here again.

Our family had a lovely time at this perfect shore house. The beaches are lovely and the entertainment was well suited to our family. We had a fun, relaxing and memorable stay!

We rented this house for our extended family (10 adults in all) and had a great time! There was plenty of room for all of us...4 bedrooms with plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms plus the outdoor shower. The downstairs has a wonderful open floor plan and there was a lovely deck in a fenced in yard. Also, there was plenty of seating for all both inside and out! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was nice and clean. The owner Kathy was very friendly and easy to deal with. We plan on coming back!

I have rented this property for 8 years and have enjoyed all of my stays. The owners are great to deal with and have made the experience more enjoyable. Central location, makes it easy to get to key spots. I have already applied to return again next summe.

The interior was quite appropriate for a beach house. Lots of light, lots of space, easy to sweep floors, lots of books and games. The yard was protected from the highway and offered a large space for outdoor dining. The two level cooling with fans in almost every room meant we were all comfortable. (We had a blip with the AC, but the owner was quick to respond!)

This house was in a great location and was laid out very nicely. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great main floor that everyone could socialize in. Would definitely consider it for a future trip to LBI.

We had a fabulous time. We had 3 families and had more than enough space for 4 teenagers! Check out Howards Restaurant (a 2 block walk down Bay) - great food - its BYOB (liquor store is across the street). The house is well kept and very comfortable and is a short walk to the beach with lifeguards on duty. In case you hear a bell at the top of the beach, its the ice cream man - we did not know this until we got home. All in all a great vacation! Thank you!

We were a group of two families, both with small children, and had a great time at the house. There was more than enough beds to accommodate our group and the house is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream shops. There is an outdoor shower to clean up before entering the home after a day at the beach. The home was stocked with all the items we needed for a great vacation. Overall a great rental.

My family included six adults and three young kids under seven. The house was wonderful. Lots of privacy at night with comfortable great bedrooms. The deck out back was perfect for meals, playing games and enjoying the evening. Loved the two block walk to the beach especially with the three young kids. Had a great meal out at a seafood restaurant and a fun night of ice cream while listening to showtunes from the waiters and waitresses. We're going back again next year. And isn't that the best recommendation anyone can make?

We had a family reunion in this beach house and a great time was had by all. The house is spacious with four bedrooms and there are a lot of sleeping arrangements possible because of the plentiful beds. The kitchen is fully stocked---there was even a salad spinner along with all sizes of pots and pans. The patio deck was great for the children to play on and the backyard had lots of seats and a great gas grill. There is an outside shower so that we never had to track in sand after using the lovely beach, which was a short walk from the house. The beach was never crowded and there are four beach badges to use, just as the owner said there would be. There were surf boards, beach chairs, and even sand toys which the owners made available for their renters to use. The owners themselves were available to answer questions, immediately, both before we started our week and while we were there. The house was clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. All in all, this was a lovely place to stay. We walked to the Marvel bakery and saw doughnuts being made (we also ate a lot of those doughnuts---very good!) and there is an amusement park and water park a short distance from the house. Not so close as to be noisy. In fact, the street and neighborhood where this house is located are very quiet. Everything was perfect and we would definitely love to rent this beautiful home again the next time we vacation at the Jersey shore.
