We were there to golf. Many of the good courses are within 15-65 minutes. High end to medium restaurants are located within 15 minutes. Relaxing back yard pool. All the amenities are in very good working order. Reasonable rental rate for 4 guests. You won't be disappointed.

To say our stay was amazing would be a great understatement. To say our stay was better than anything we could have imagined is more inline. :) TIME OF OUR LIVES. I can't brag enough about the property - the top notch facility, the soulful and restful vibe, the care, the organization, it was so inviting, warm, quaint, beautiful, breathtaking. I got this for my family coming in-town to stay and i will do this EVERY TIME hands down without hesitation. The stay was as perfect as it could ever be. NOTHING could have been better. Definitely stay here - i guarantee you a magnificent memory. :)

Decorated southwestern style,we stayed in the bedroom off the kitchen,very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There are some issues with the dishwasher leaking and the disposal didnt work. We loved the back yard,plenty of seating.. we didnt use the hot tub because it was dirty and the temps outside too cold to use the pool. We love the area

Great property. Wonderfully decorated. Very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Fully equipped kitchen! Darcy, the host, made sure I had everything to bake my pie! I think I would go a little later in the month next time. We had some rain and the pool is heated by the sun so we weren’t able to use it. Loved the party lights on the back patio and sitting around the fire pit at night. Would definitely go back.

Stayed with some friends at this quaint home and everyone had a great time. Very clean and accommodating house that is in a quiet and relaxing area just north of Scottsdale. Close enough to things for convenience but far enough away for perfect R&R at the end of the day. Would stay here again!

We stayed for 5 weeks and if we could have stayed longer we would have. Great location with lots of space. House is fully stocked with everything you may need. It’s perfect for pets and the host Darcy is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay there again in a Heartbeat.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was a great location for us with quick access to our home being renovated on Dynamite. The house was filled with interesting and lovely Southwestern decor. Home owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive at all times. The indoor jacuzzi was a nice perk for chilly evenings. Very spacious and welcoming home for a two week stay- would highly recommend to others.

The property is exactly as advertised or better--great location, amazing backyard and wonderfully comfortable home with lovely southwestern decorations. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy no matter what brings you to the Scottsdale area. It's an especially great place if you like to cook or have a dog travelling with you. Darcy is a fantastic host--she is very responsive and extremely helpful. My husband and I have stayed at 2 of her homes recently as we need to travel to Phoenix frequently, and both were absolutely terrific. We already have a reservation with Darcy for our next trip to the area in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

My family stayed at this lovely home for a month this summer. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay. My family loved the yard (especially my pups). There are so many adorable bunnies and birds roaming around. I loved floating in the pool listening to the birds. It was heavenly.
The home is filled with Southwestern details, which made for a lovely change of scenery for us being from the PNW. We loved all the art and charm.
Beds were all comfortable with very soft sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. Showers were great. We loved having two masters with their own on-suites.
We did have a few hiccups that were quickly taken care of and we always felt like we were a first priority to Darcy and Melinda (property manager). They always responded in a timely manner, and were eager to make our stay a great one. The communication with these ladies was phenomenal.
Thanks for a wonderful experience. We look forward to staying again next time we're in AZ.

Dynamite House is super funky cool! I am the owner of an art gallery in Southern California and this home is filled with really cool art and Western decor that made me feel right at home. We loved the 2 acre property, privacy and outdoor pool area. The master suite has an adjacent hot tub room! The 2 master suites are on opposite sides of the home giving privacy to any couples who would like stay here. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was about as perfect as one could imagine. The location was perfect for our golf trip and was central to everything. Relatively close to Phoenix airport as well.
The interior was very tastefully decorated. There were 4 bedrooms which served our foursome well. The two masters were INCREDIBLE, especially the bedroom with the library and phenomenal walk-in shower.
The outdoor space was as impressive as the indoors... beautiful patio with seating and hanging lights. The pool was spectacularly beautiful but unfortunately we were there on one of their coldest weeks (it snowed one morning!).
There were even 2 beautiful horses that greeted us most mornings and evenings at the home.
All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Four friends rented this house for a four day golf vacation. The owner was very accommodating and was flexible with both check-in day and time. The house more than met our needs. Four very nice bedrooms, and three full baths. Big kitchen with plenty of amenities, and nice dining areas. A large living room with a television was good for hanging out. The place is very clean. The house came equipped with plenty of towels and other amenities. Although it is on a fairly busy street, the house is set back so that was not an issue at all. The location is reasonably close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, the house was what we hoped for and more.

First let me say the southwest decor in the house is exceptional! Big enough for us to gather or everyone had their own private space, the house was incredible.
My dog enjoyed the extensive back yard space the most, grass area was huge and much of the time he chased balls there.
It was too bad the weather wasn’t warmer so we could have used the beautiful pool. It would be a haven in the heat of spring, summer or fall!

It was so nice spending time in a home with character, texture, and art. This is not your generic VRBO. Spacious, very comfortable, and accurately pictured and described. Well equipped kitchen. Some weekday road noise/traffic is noticeable; I'm sure it wasn't this way before the huge increase in Scottsdale development. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is in the perfect location for the two of us. Everything we needed was within a couple of miles. The pool and backyard area are beautiful. JR Ranch...Comfortable, Spacious, Great Pool, Great Host
JR Ranch is 2.5Acre parcel off of Dynamite and Scottsdale. An excellent location to all amenities in Scottsdale far enough away to be quiet close enough for a brief drive to where you need to go. The property is older but is tastefully decorated inside. The front of the property doesn’t look like much besides dirt parking and a run down stable. Once inside you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the house. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the house in general. We missed having a bathroom in the left side master bedroom which was good size. All of the bedrooms are decent size. We did not use the sauna/hot tub too hot in the room would be great in winter. Darcy provided a great experience with communication which made the stay even better. A good VRBO property, in a great location.

This 60’s era southwest ranch style home offers eclectic character, beautiful outdoor space with patio, large pool, attractive green space, and privacy. Clean and spacious, everything you need, well stocked kitchen. Second master bedroom is off the kitchen and far from bathroom. Friendly and responsive host. This property is a wonderful property. It is fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. If you are looking for a place that is centrally located for northern Arizona this is it.
The home is very spacious with great furnishings. We all had our own space to go to if we needed to decompress.
The backyard oasis was a fantastic addition. We spent most our time out there in the evening after long days of riding.
The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions.
There is more then ample parking. We had our car trailer and the horseshoe driveway was very convenient.

This is not just a rental property- it feels like a home! Very large and also cozy with a beautiful yard. We made some wonderful memories in our 9 week stay and would definitely stay here if we are back in Scottsdale. A Dynamite Thanksgiving!
Our family get together for Thanksgiving was so wonderful! We picked the perfect place to celebrate and visit.
The pups and teens loved the backyard with pool, lots of water toys and lounging.
I cooked a Thanksgiving feast in the super well supplied kitchen. The hot tub was a welcome reward and the beds were super comfortable.

This house is set back off of the road and is not part of a subdivision. Which is a great thing! There’s lots of room for guests and the backyard is huge and private.
