Nice apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. There was everything you could need on hand. WiFi and smart TV's worked very well. The large, furnished balcony was amazing. The views were fantastic, We really enjoyed our stay.

There was a smell from the en suit bathrrom. The apartment is a little further from the centre of things than we would have liked but we could walk to everything within 15 minutes.

Spacious living area. 3 bedroom. Nice view from balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. A/C in all areas working. Free cotbed and high chair.

The accommodation was not as nice as it is on pictures. It is a run down building. Could do with some renovations. Bathrooms were mouldy, and not so clean, shower curtains were disgustingly dirty. Some furniture not there as on pictures, like swing outside, top of outside seating area missing. When contacted the company, wasn't very helpful with these. Asked for more toilet rolls and to clean shower and shower curtains, the person said will come back later but never saw him again. Had a bad experience and even though we tried to contact them to say what we were not happy about, nothing much happened.

Broken furniture, not so clean bathrooms. ACs are ineffiecient, probably not well maintained, cold in the flat in the winter period. The photos show what the penthouse looked like most probably ages ago. The area and block itself is disappointing, not what you imagine by looking at the pictures. Sad but true.

I found the price-performance ratio in the accommodation super. The roof terrace is a dream, the bedrooms & living room very nice. The location is also really very good. I would book the accommodation again.

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Also it would be great if there was already washing powder for the washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no explanation about the water filter. But after asking, I got a quick answer. The furniture on the roof terrace is no longer the latest and also in the bathroom is missing, for example, a suspension for another towel. All in all, there is room for improvement, but a nice accommodation.

The view from terrace and terrace itself was great. We could see the city and sea.

Blankets weren't clean, we took them off and did the laundry.

Really nice decorations. It was clean. And a satisfying view.

No smoking in any areas of the house.

Very nice place to stay! Near to Larnaca center. The flat is very good and Katerina amazing and very helpful. I recommend 100% !

Has a great location with a huge terrace

The AC wa not working in the living room so it was really hot The toilet was broken in one of the bathrooms The ventilation was broken in the other bathroom

Amazing a accommodation, host was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

Everything was great.

- Apartment is big with very nice terrace - perfect for the summer (we were in February and didn’t use it. - perfect place for big family or friends. 3 separate bedrooms - very comfortable beds - easy check in

- surely is not “penthouse”. Is normal appartment with a little old bathrooms - it wasn’t very clean. There was a dust and the bathrooms wasn’t very clean. Maybe it’s a reason that it should be painted.
