We travelled over Thanksgiving week with 2 families (kids 15, 10, 9, 8) and had an absolute blast at this property. The unit location was perfect. We had a great view from the large patio with morning shade, pointing in direction of the sea of Cortez, and super convenient access patio to the pool. The property is so peaceful and clean and the staff goes above and beyond. We walked to the neighbor properties for a few meals and everything we ate was amazing. We also made stops at the market for room supplies and snacks. We will definitely return.

Excellent stay for 7 adults attending family wedding. Property was super responsive to minor issues like fixing a toilet, AC hiccup and bringing more toilet paper. All repaired within 5 minutes!!! Colleen was very responsive as well.

We had a great week at Villa La Estancia. The Villa is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and convenient. We loved being able to walk out our patio gate and be right near the pool. This is not a party or loud resort so being very close to the pool was a huge positive for us since we have two kids who wanted to swim off and on all day. My 7 year old son was bummed we couldn’t play catch in the pool - they are very strict about this. No balls can be thrown in or near the pool. Floats are allowed. I’m only adding this here so you don’t pack those items - I brought a football and pool lacrosse sticks that we couldn’t use. Now we know. The kids ate at the pool for lunch most days and it was pretty good. We took an easy $5-6 Uber off resort to breakfast and dinner every day because we love to try different local places to eat. You could walk too - probably 15-20 mins but it isn’t scenic and it had rained so the roads were not ideal a couple of the days were visited. We’ve been to Cabo many times and this Villa has definitely been our favorite over all. We will be back 😎

A great stay for a week in summer! Perfect for our family of 6 adults, with three full bedrooms. Literally a few steps into the upper pool with the pool bar. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. Pro Tip: You can order food and drinks from the pool waitstaff and have it brought to the porch. Made lunch really easy for us.

We traveled with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the unit on the ground floor worked perfect for us.

We had the most amazing stay at Colleen’s villa! Upon arrival the staff at Villa La Estancia greeted us with open arms. Check in was a breeze and we were on our way to the villa in no time. Oscar and Isabella were there with with fresh guacamole and incredible margaritas! Our travel party consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 5-72. The location was perfect for all of us…first floor walk out to the pool which made it so easy to come and go. We had a couple little hiccups that Isabella worked really hard to resolve during our stay. The washing machine wasn’t working and we all packed with the plan of doing laundry. There is a laundry facility on the property, but that cost my mom and I a full morning of running back and forth. There was something going on with the Dish TV. This was an small inconvenience and really only presented an issue as we were settling in at night. Overall, we were beyond impressed with Villa La Estancia and Colleen’s villa. We are already planning our return trip next year! Thank you, Colleen!

This villa was absolute perfection! We stayed here for a family vacation with friends. The villa was roomy, clean, and perfectly located right by the pool. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff as well as homemade margaritas, guacamole & salsa from the homeowner. The large patio was a wonderful place to relax and hangout. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

This property is always a great stay for our family. We have grandparents, parents and kids that can all stay together. Love the unit and Colleen is great to work with!

This was my first time doing a VRBO and I was a bit nervous, but I couldn't have been more happy with this condo. The process was easy and Colleen answered all of my questions quickly. The condo itself was spacious (plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children), clean, and very convenient to the pool and beach. B&B transportation service, recommended by Colleen, to and from the airport was excellent. We used taxis to go into Cabo and Walmart to get groceries for the condo, it was easy and safe. The surprise of Oscar being in the condo upon check-in was great! He made us homemade guac and salsa and even made us margaritas! Thank you! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cabo.

Six adults that stayed at Colleen's property. The accommodations were perfect with each couple having their own private suite and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having maid service every other day. Being on the first floor provided great for access to the pool. Resort property is beautiful! Dinner at Carbon Grill next door was a unique dining experience and highly recommend. Thank you for the lovely stay, Colleen! We plan to return next year to your villa at La Estancia.

This will likely be our go-to place for all future family vacations!! Such an amazing room to be steps from the pool and a short distance to the beach. We absolutely loved this experience!! The room had everything we needed. And it included a nice welcome treat with Oscar making margaritas, pico, guacamole and chips. Made our welcome extra special!!

This property was great for three families traveling together. It was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for pool access!

Easiest rental experience I’ve had. Villa location is perfect for pool and beach access. We had seven adults and plenty of room!

Beautiful resort. Unit was ver nice. Right next to pool, so convenient to walk out patio door. Not noisy. Pool is great for little ones. Plenty of shallow areas. Staff very friendly. Extra provisions in condo that were unexpected. Appreciated the welcome margaritas from owner after a long day of travel. Beach was in full sun most of the day (mid-October). Sand and sun was too hot to be there with small children. Red flag most of visit so ocean was not swimmable. Close enough to walk into town. Used Prickly Pear for grocery delivery.

This property is fantastic! Stayed here with 6 adults and 4 young children. Steps from pool, beach, hot tub, and swim up bar. The resort is clean, safe and the staff is amazing. So helpful and friendly. Luxury resort but very kid friendly. The pool has a very shallow section perfect for toddlers. The condo had everything we needed. Housekeeping every other day was perfect to sweep up sand, refresh towels and remove trash. Oscar showed up and created welcome margaritas and chips/guacamole which was a special treat after a long travel day. The little market is handy for some essentials, snacks and drinks. We had a 10 passenger van which the staff parked for us and brought up for loading each time we left for dinner or outing. Unfortunately most of the casual restaurants on site close at 5. One by the market was open, however, with 4 little ones we wished other ones, more kid oriented, stayed open for dinner. Loved this place. Definitely will come back!

This was by far the most amazing family vacation we had in cabo and this condo was the center of it all!! It is beautifully furnished and so relaxing. The perfect location and steps to the pool for the little ones. Can not wait to go back and make more memories here!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Cabo! Everything was perfect and as described. The property is very convenient as it is on the first floor with easy access to the pool. We even visited other hotels during our trip and our group kept mentioning how thankful we were that we decided to stay here because it was so much nicer than some of the others we saw. If I come back to Cabo- I will look to stay here. Don’t hesitate- book now! :)

We were so pleased with Colleen's lovely condo for many reasons but to list a few.... 1. Beautifully furnished condo with super comfy beds. 2. Location on the ground floor was perfect and close to pool. 3. Exceptional friendly service by resort staff 4. Excellent food at the resort restaurants. 5. Unexpected, yet truly delightful to have every other day room cleaning with new linens and towels provided. 6. Our group of 6 liked the resort faculty, Cabo location, the extremely clean and quiet resort, and Colleen's wonderful condo, that our family booked it again for the same time next year. It's a keeper and we will return year and year from now on. Thanks Colleen for making our trip so enjoyable with your lovely home.
